Team Hoover SAVED THE DAY!!!I was traveling into the DFW area and had a problem with my vehicle. The first shop read the codes and replaced parts according to the codes, but it didn't fix the issue. They recommended I take it to the Chevy dealership in case there was programming needed.The Chevy dealership couldn't figure out what was wrong and couldn't open a support ticket with GM because my vehicle has a salvage title. The dealership refused to work on my car and told me to come pick it up. After getting off the phone with the dealership and getting that (understandably frustrating) news, a contractor I was working with asked what was going on and recommended Team Hoover to me. I am SO GRATEFUL for that recommendation!!! I worked with Colt throughout and his communication and customer service were fantastic! They were able to identify and correct the issue and solve the mystery! I was a mix of ecstatic and relieved, especially after being turned away from the dealership. They were flexible with my schedule as well. I would highly recommend Colt and this crew to anyone and may plan future travel to the area around when my vehicles need servicing :)

I've been taking my cars to Mike for years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are honest and trustworthy. Very friendly and prompt. The whole crew are some of the nicest people. Team Hoover are the BEST!!

I have taken my Jeep here twice! They are very honest people and didn t try to get over on me because I was a female. Both times I got my baby back it ran new like how I had it when I first got it. For any needs for my vehicle I will always go to Team Hoover!

Team Hoover is an upstanding automotive repair facility that I would highly recommend!! Very honest and knowledgeable with all makes and models!! I have personally sent numerous customers to them and I ve had nothing but positive feedback from their experiences!! If you need automotive repairs, go see them!! I m sure you will be treated with the best service around!!

I was having a problem with my car and took it to Burleson Honda for diagnosis and repair. They misdiagnosed it twice. I decided to get two other quotes. Team Hoover was one.I spoke to Stephen at Team Hoover and he gave me a better price for the same work Burleson Honda said I needed. He told me to stop over real quick and he would look at it just to make sure it s what Honda said was wrong. So I take it to Stephen and within minutes he tells me it s neither of what Honda said it was. The real problem with my car would be much less expensive repair than what Honda said was needed. So I let Hoover do the work, and I am so happy I did because they were able to save me so much money (saved me at least $1100). I got my car back and it feels brand new like it did in 2008. Thank you Stephen and everyone a Team Hoover.If you need work done on your car, these guys are professional, efficient, knowledgeable and reasonable. They will not rip you off.

Honest, honest and honest. I moved from Burleson and have a well-regarded mechanic on the corner right outside of my neighborhood, and still drive over to Team Hoover for my truck. Down to Earth people, and Mike is a great guy you can trust.

The folks at Team Hoover are friendly, professional, and in my experience, genuinely honest. I've taken both of our vehicles to Hoovers and several family members' vehicles as well. Highly recommend Hoovers!

Although they couldn t fix my car due to the fact that it is a foreign car, Mike Hoover took great care of me. From the time I got out of my car, he was helpful and very knowledgeable. He even went above and beyond by looking up what part I needed and actually sat down with me and explained what I needed.Felt I needed to give him a review, because people like that are few and far between now days!Excellent customer service.

Very fast and friendly crew! I was on a time crunch and they fit me in the same week. Replaced the camshaft and lifters on my 2015 Dodge Ram, now the truck is running great! I definitely recommend Team Hoover!

Team Hoover serviced my HVAC system and replaced a leaking axle seal on my 2011 Ford Edge. Colt was GREAT to work with! My AC system needed servicing and they found out that my cooling fans weren't working. After Colt told me what he found out that was wrong with my vehicle, I told him I'd replace the cooling fans myself. He was very understanding and they did a great job at not only repairing my vehicle, but their communication and promise of when my vehicle would be finished was "spot on"!!! I'd HIGHLY recommend Team Hoover Automotive Too!!!!Services: Transmission, Auto A/C recharge

Team Hoover is just that!! The best team of people and tech s to work on your vehicle. You can trust that they will always do you right and treat you fair and never over charge. Most people cringe when having to go to the auto shop knowing the feel cheated. Never ever will this happen with Mr Mike and his awesome team. Love those guys.

I started bringing my SUV to Team Hoover (both shops) since November 2022! I have had the BEST experiences from them!! My suv had been sitting for a few years when I had brought it to them. Once they had found out what the main problems were, they called me up and asked me to come up here and so they can show me it was a LOT I loved the fact they talked to me and answered every question I had, and some items went further to explain what the part did!!! I have been back here a few different times (other problems lol) I have a 2001 there are ALWAYS problems. These guys namely Brain and Colt are amazing in truth EVERYONE should have a shout out up at team Hoover!!!Thank you for all of y all s hard work Services: Electrical repair, Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, Auto exhaust system repair, Auto water leak repair, Steering & suspension replacement, Auto A/C recharge, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Auto A/C replacement, Air conditioning, Auto maintenance

Will continue to take my cars here anytime I can. They had my car diagnosed and finished before the Ford dealership was even going to look at it. They communicated well and were honest. I just wish they had people certified for hybrids!

We have known Mike and Gina for nearly 20 years. I only state that to tell you that I know Mike's character. He is a good man and is driven to do the right thing. We have had several vehicles repaired by Mike for a long time. He is technically excellent, his prices are good and he makes sure you are satisfied. I highly recommend him and his company.

I m soooo excited to find this automotive shop. They fixed my crank no start that other automotive shops wouldn t touch. Christian Brothers automotive recommend them. They told me up front hey we are busy and the repairs you need will take some time. They got it out faster than I thought. I wish I could give them 10 stars. Thank y all soooo much. That truck isn t much to look at with dents all over it, and they still treated us the same as anyone else.

Fantastic experience and first impression. Wanted a place where I felt secure in getting an oil change and regular maintenance on my F150. They were very attentive, fast, thorough and priced well. I ve officially found the spot where my wife and I s vehicles will be going.

After my initial review about the difficulty of getting a quote to fix my window, they reached out and worked with me on the price considerably. I took my car in at 8 a.m this morning and it was finished before 10 a.m. Great service and response to customer concerns here on the reviews.
