Thank You Sulak Auto Collision! You repaired the scratches on the hood of my 2022 Tesla X, like they were never there. In addition to the damage in the clearcoat as a result of the failed scratch repairs, by the dealership detailer. You are the best! 1stPic-after second 2pics before

You guys KNOCKED THIS OUT OF THE PARK! I had gone to another shop in town and they had made an absolute mess out of my hood that same day I walked in showed my hood to Sulaks guys and they reassured me that it could be fixed!Honestly I m extremely impressed with the service, quality and care these guys took to get me handled! And opened up on a Saturday to get my hood to me in time for an event.Thank you guys!

I went to two other auto collision caliber collision and whites collision they didn't want to touch my truck. I came to Sulak auto collision because I Work down the street but didn't expect them to take it right away and get to work on it. They took my Truck in and made it better than it ever was I even got upgraded tips on my exhaust. These guys are legit and I will be back for all my auto collision needs. Great job guys highly recommended.

I recently had a minor fender bender (my fault) and went looking for a place to go to get it fixed. I didn t want to make an insurance claim, so I needed a place that wouldn t over charge me. I drive by the Hidden Creek golf course daily and noticed a body shop across the street, so I stopped in to get a quote. I was immediately greeted by the owners wife (Felicia) and she was so friendly. She called out a technician who looked over the damage and the two of them started working on my quote. I had to have my entire front fender replaced, and it had to be paint matched to my Toyota Camry. We went back inside to get pricing, and I was floored. The price was so good, I booked it right on the spot. The fender was ordered while I was still in the office, and Felicia asked the supplier to have it delivered the next day. The fender came in the next day, which was Friday, so I brought the car back the following Monday. The car was done the next day and it looked amazing. The owner (Phillip) greeted me when I came to pick up the car, and was just as friendly as his wife. This place is a legit family owned and operated business. Extremely friendly, very affordable and super quick. I won t go anywhere else.

We were recommended here by family Toyota of Burleson. Our highlander needed a bumper replacement. They gave us the car back after 2 weeks and the bumper doesn t match the car. When we asked the guy about it he made up many excuses as to why it didn t match. A couple of them being it takes an extra 30-45 min and the insurance isn t going to pay it and this car has been painted before . We purchased this car brand new off the lot. Definitely hasn t been repainted before. Terrible customer service. Save your time and go somewhere else. You would think the least they could have done was make it the right color. So what if it takes an extra 30-45 mins, that s your job sir. Save your money, time and hassle and go somewhere else. Photos to show the whites clearly don t match.Service: Body & Trim

THANK you Sulak for the 5 STAR experience. Someone ran a red light and hit our son totaling his truck. Most importantly, no one was injured, but the process of holding the liable party responsible took over a month. Sulak worked diligently with our insurance agent, Jenni Alt to move the process along. In the end, it was determined the truck was totaled. So after weeks, of helping us, answering our calls and talking to insurance companies, Sulak made no money for their time. We could not appreciate you all MORE. We hope to never get in an accident again, but if we do, you will always be our FIRST choice!

Sulak saved my car & my mental health. I was swindled by another body shop who took my insurance money but didn t repair my car. My mother recommended this company, and we took it to Sulak for a professional opinion. They confirmed my worst fears, but were always confident they could help. Felicia and Phillip were horrified with what I had been through. They made it a point to express to me that what I went through is not industry standard, and that they would do everything they could to right all the wrongs that happened. Phillip himself went one by one through my insurance estimate with me of what was and was not replaced. I couldn t be more grateful. If your car needs repair, love and validation, bring it here.

Took my car to Sulak on recommendation from a dealer after the front end of my car was damaged in a wreck. They did a fantastic job, communicated with me throughout the process, and met their estimated time frame - would absolutely recommend to anyone

Thank you Sulak for working with our insurance agent, Jenni Alt to advocate for us with the liable party's insurance company. When you broke down our truck, you were able to have the vehicle totaled. This process took a month of your time and lot space, yet, you gained nothing monetarily. It is not always easy to find reputable, honest companies, but with Sulak we found both. Thank you again!

Wow! 2020 GMC Denali 2500 Damaged and in need of repair quickly. They were able to get the parts, strip the truck down and even do paint work and reassemble in record time and my vehicle looks amazing. Two weeks ago tire tread from a semi hit my car so badly it couldn t be driven. From the time it was towed to the shop to me picking it up right before the holiday, the service and attention to detail was exceptional. No other shop would even take my car - and I m so thankful, because the Sulak team fixed it flawlessly! I recently had the pleasure of taking my car to Sulak, and I must say, it was an absolutely phenomenal experience from start to finish! Philip, the owner, is great. Also Rafael such a talented tech deserves a special praise for his exceptional work. He skillfully repaired all the damages, leaving my car looking as good as new. Worst customer experience I ve ever had by a mile. They lost my car panel and for a year I ve gone in and called multiple times asking about it and I get the run around and lied to every time from everyone in the office. I ve been more than patient with these people but they do not care whatsoever. Do not give them your business.

My daughter had an accident and we were referred to Sulak by Toyota, we are new to Johnson County. I cannot express how wonderful and accommodating they were. Toyota parts are extremely slow to get right now but they kept in constant contact with us on the progress. We have a 2014 RAV4 and I would say it drives better now then even before the accident. I will absolutely refer anyone needing a repair to Sulak. My last accident we used a well known repair shop and would NEVER recommend Caliber Collision, whom by the way my insurance referred us to, go figure. They treated us poorly, simply rude, the paint peeled within a year and a half AND my car scraped when I made a right hand turn. Trust my experience go with the local business and avoid the big companies.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim, Brakes, Battery

First drop off was not very successful. However I gave them a second chance and the service was much better and the body work and paint were great. Will go back again if necessary!

I called this place and we agreed to have myself bring the car in on July 5, so I did. Phillip told me it would take my car 4 days to complete. Well 4 days turned into over a month +I ll tell ya, this place doesn t answer your calls ( if they do, they ll tell you they ll have so and so call you back & of course that person doesn t. ) I ended up getting ahold of them, by this time it s July 27 my car rental company loaned me a car due to mine being in shop, well the car is due but I asked for extension until Aug 3 and they accepted it. I call sulak and ask them what s the hold up, they claim that one of the parts they need for my car is on a nationwide back order. I end up asking what the part is and the part # I call Toyota (they get all of their parts from them) and I ask them if they have it in stock and Toyota says yes & that the last time they ordered that part was LAST YEAR!!!!!! I call sulak and told them what I ve been told and they seemed so confused. They were lying about the nationwide back order and just never ordered the part Smh.Anywho, part comes in the next day and they finish my car in the next 2 days. I go to grab my car & my car isn t cleaned from all of the repairs they did. It s a mess inside, it s a mess outside and then they tried to lie and say the repairs were $9k +It was only 4k. This is a TERRIBLE COMPANY !!! Go elsewhere where they actually care for you.I ended up having to come out of pocket for my rental being they took entirely way too long to get my car done.Thanks sulak NEVER AGAIN Service: Painting

OK, so I drove it into the Sulak auto collision. Told him what I needed done to my rear end, which was completely dislocated from my car at the time due to a flood. They told me it wouldn t take any time at all immediately came out with a hammer, bumped out all of the dents and reconnected my back rear end fender with bolts. Then told me they weren t charging me anything. This is an amazing establishment. I am beyond impressed. I m a single mom. I had nobody else to turn to, so I felt obligated to tip them something and when I tried to they told me no. (Which is obviously did) but anyone wondering if they re a good shop, they re more. They re phenomenal. Highly recommended

Nice people and good prices but they don t stand behind their work. I took my truck there for a bumper and grill repaint and they painted the wrong grill after specifically talking about it several times. I let this go and moved on. The paint started to crack on the bumper after a few months, on a garage kept weekend only vehicle. I contacted them for warranty and they declined to repair it and made up a story as to how it want their fault. I would not recommend, the lower price isn t worth it.Service: Painting

They lied to me about parts availability. I knew the dealer had the part in stock before I ever even looked for a body shop. They claimed it took two weeks for the part to arrive, but I'm going to guess they forgot to order the part until I called to see what the hold up was. They wouldn't answer the phone, and did not return my calls after leaving at least three voicemails.. They used some random, totally mismatched bolts/brackets from the shop to install my wheel liner, instead of ordering the bolts/brackets from the dealer, which I would have happily paid for so they matched the bolts/brackets in the other wheel well.Service: Body & Trim

Was involved in an accident and needed to replace bumper,hood, and wind shield. It took over a month to get me vehicle back and a little bit over a year the paint on my hood completely came off and my bumper tends to pop out frequently.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received from owner Phillip Sulak, as well as his manager Markie. They were both very thorough and patient in listening closely to all my concerns and answering any questions I had. The damage to my car was covered under the other driver's policy with Farmers. The Farmers adjuster tried to make Sulak put after-market parts on my car, but Mr. Sulak wasn't having any of that. My car is only 6 months old! He ordered the parts directly from Toyota, even showing me the receipt. I left my car on Monday and picked it up on Saturday. One of my wheels had to be sent off for repairs, so that took a few days. After I made it known how protective I am about my car, he made sure to lock it up in the garage each night. Markie was super friendly, attentive, & thorough as well. They were both a delight to work with, and I'm thrilled to have my car back...good as new! I would highly recommend them to anyone, and though I hope to not require their services again anytime soon, I won't hesitate to use them in the future!

Although, the sun roof spare part took a bit longer in arriving, the repaired was done and so far the glass is holding on good. Mrs. Sulak explain me delay issue.

We can't even get someone to call us back to set an appointment; even though we actually made an appointment the night before we went and the girl that answered the phone said "how about 9am?" Sounds great well guess what...guy we had appt with wasn't there, we called all day long trying to reach him. They assured us he will call the second he walks in. Obviously the man has been kidnapped lol

Let me just say, best business... EVER. I was in an accident and searched for body shops to take my vehicle to. Sulak pulled up with amazing reviews and I can tell you they live up to every single one of them. The staff is very professional, Markie is such a big help, and the owner looks out for his customers. My insurance company was giving me trouble, and Markie handled the whole thing and ensured me that I would have zero stress over this. Between the rental and my insurance, Sulak handled the entire thing and then some. Also, I swear my car looks way better than when I bought it. They really do ensure customer satisfaction down the the end. I cannot recommend this company enough!! Please, if you are looking for any kind of body work, take your car here!

Great bodywork (bumper replacement) done on my vehicle. No complaints on the quality of work, paint matches perfectly and job looks nice. Wasn t happy that the quote jumped 40% when it came time to order parts. Especially since I previously bought the vehicle used from a local Toyota dealer and the issue was supposed to have been fixed at this same location but was just made to look fine. Crack became visible a week after I bought it and fell apart after two months. Might ve been the Toyota dealers call so I ve contacted them as well.

Rear-ended by an uninsured hit and run driver. Family Toyota of Burleson recommended Sulak for the repairs. Markie from Sulak was phenomenal!!! She was very professional and reassuring that my car would be repaired to like new condition. Received an extremely low estimate, by approximately $8,000.00 for the repairs from a reputable insurance company. She totally dealt with the insurance company to ensure my car was repaired with new Toyota parts. She kept me updated weekly with the progress. Sulak auto collision & specifically Marky in the business office made what would typically be a huge hassle, a pleasant & efficient experience!! After being rear ended at a light my husband & I researched auto body shops our insurance sent over & different companies on our own. It took one phone call with Marky for me to know I made the right decision. She helped me navigate the repair process, how insurance works, & going about getting a rental.
