My contact at S & A Collision was Daniel and they did an excellent job with PDR for hail damage to my vehicle and repairing body molding, buffing headlamps, and replacing windshield. I would use them again.

They connected me with a windshield chip repair man.I did wait a while for him but I was kept well informed.Very friendly and helpful staff.Saved me a lot of money...was less than half of what Safelite wanted to charge.

I messed up my bumper and they made it brand new. I was beyond impressed. They blended into the front driver side panel and you could not tell it was ever there .

Totally satisfied with the services rendered from S and A. Today, it takes patience when dealing with repairs due to parts shortages and lack of parts. Craftsmanship is paramount at Sand and A and I would highly recommend them for all collision repair. Gave them my car after an accident to the front passenger side. They had my car 3 MONTHS. Gave it back to me at one point still not fixed. I finally got the car back and was told that the suspension is probably messed up so take it to a mechanic soon. I've had it a week and 2 days ago is started making loud pops every time I turn. Communication was terrible. Now I'm left with a car that probably should have been totaled and isnt even fixed and I'll have to just deal with it out of my own pocket which I can't easily afford. They are nice people and that's the only positive thing I can say. Please don't use, I'll tell anyone who will listen. You will regret it.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

Great place. Since they earned my business many years ago, they are my go-to for all paint and body work. I've even moved over an hour away and still use them. They are honest and dependable, and I trust them for all any time any of my family's vehicles need to be repaired!

I have used S&A Collision for all my body work on several vehicles! I am extremely happy with the work they do every time I take a vehicle to them! They make it look BRAND NEW!! Amy is the sweetest and always makes sure to keep me updated and go above and beyond dealing with the pain some insurance companies can be. While the insurance wanted to put after market parts on my brand new car, Steve was not having it and made sure I got brand new factory parts put back on it! I am just blown away at the amazing job, the communication of keeping me updated, the friendliness and prompt service this company gives! Will recommend this shop to anyone and will definitely be back if I need any more work done in the future!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

We were hit by another driver. 70+ & never had an accident before. Car was towed & S&A retrieved it. FAILED TO HONOR THEIR ESTIMATE Something happened to these guys. I had a great experience with them a couple of years ago with my Scion repair, but when I came back with my Hyundai they gave me an estimate for repairs "cash pay" and recommended I file an insurance claim. After I filed the claim, they proceeded to demand more money for the repairs because my insurance estimate came in higher then what they initially quoted. I'm quite disappointed. I think they are going through a tough time because they said they are building a house and have a lot of stress from that. They should still honor their word though.

I'm so glad I went to this business for my PDR on my SUV. I had been told by another company that they didnt know if they could get out the dents (since 2 of the dents were on crease lines of the doors) but S&A took the challenge and did a fantastic job!!!!! They were quick, honest, and 100% professional! Definitely will recommend them to anyone needing body work done!

Stephen the owner is a bad business man, and not a man of his word. He made a deal with me on a truck. After he agreed on a price, shook my hand and said we have a deal! He then sold the truck to another individual an hour later, and blames it on the title that he could not produce! People, beware!!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. They deserve 100. I have taken my car, 2015 VW GTI, here at least 4 times now for body work and repair. They have worked on almost the entire car now. Front bumper/fenders, rear bumper/fenders, quarter panels, windshield and even the plastic bezel that surrounds my sunroof. I called and talked with too many people that had no idea how to handle the plastic on the roof of my car. Not even the VW dealerships knew how to replace this piece. I called dealers in Texas, California, Florida and New York. Nothing was solved with them. S&A looked at it and said no problem, don't worry. It doesn't even look like anything has been worked on! That is how great of a job they do. This car is MY BABY! I hate the thought of leaving it in someone else's hands. S&A is one of two places that I can leave it and not have any worries at all and the other is my mod shop. I know they will take care of her and treat her right. This is literally a 'NO WORRIES' place. Not only do they do beyond exceptional work, they are down to earth people. They aren't like your normal body shops that want more than you need. They truly take care of you. They won't cut corners, just to make an extra buck. If anything, they will sacrifice a few bucks to make sure you're extra happy & 100% satisfied. They constantly beat everyone with their prices too. Who doesn't love that? I cannot give this place enough credit for the work they do. When I first had body damage to my car, I was freaking out bc of the estimated costs and fear of bad repairs. After my very first experience with S&A, I had no more fear when/if something hit my car. Unfortunately, my car is a target for objects on the highway and has been hit twice when parked. Needless to say, I have had plenty of insurance claims, comprehensive luckily, when taking it to S&A. They work great with all the insurance companies and even though the insurance companies try to get over on you, S&A makes sure the process is painless. Each time I have had to take my car in, they go above and beyond. I know it isn't the case, but they truly make you feel like their only customer when you are there. It truly is refreshing to deal with a body shop that works with such high respect and knowledge of the industry and people's vehicles. I cannot stress how amazing this company is. It feels like I am getting a brand new car each time I pick my car up from them. Again, this place deserves 100 stars. I can promise that you will not find a better body shop than S&A. I couldn't be happier with the work they do here! My car is still my baby simply bc S&A treats it like their own! Thank you so much S&A!!!

Another shop wanted to charge nearly $800 to remove a a small door dent. S&A did a paintless dent removal for a fraction of the cost. Friendly folks. We will be back if we need collision repair in the future!

I have had a Mazda, a Camry, a Beetle, and a Rav4 all repaired here over the past 20 years. I have always been extremely pleased. On the Beetle the insurance company wanted to use a used radiator and Steve (owner of S & A) pushed back because the car it came off of had many more miles than our car. Steve ended up getting us a new radiator where somewhere else might have just installed what was defined by the insurance company. They pay attention to the details and it shows. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Not really a kind of place I want to have to go to. But they take away my fears of quality work. They are the only bodyshop I'll ever use. Great staff and workmanship. I wish more business' were like this one.
