it's a decent store, but the store on south side of town seems to have more stuff in stock. Dave is a great knowledgeable employee, but some. of the employees are children and need. to be schooled on how to search up. parts. it's best to find your own part numbers then go in or ask for Dave.

Stopped in to swap out the daily limit of 5 batteries for a gift card and the older dark haired lady was extremely rude. She said I ve already swapped out a bunch of batteries today so the best I can do is 2 or 3, and then when I questioned her whether she wanted 2 or 3 she demanded that I just don t stand there, go get them , didn t offer a cart a hand or anything. Looks like me and my commercial account will keep using the Crowley store even though it s further, she should really take notes from Quincey and the Crowley guys. I will say the younger curly haired girl was super nice though

Maribel at O'Reilly in Burleson was extremely helpful and kind. I needed a new battery, and she went above and beyond and changed out the old one for a new one. There are still kind people in this world. Thank you Maribel for your service.

Store was predictably busy on a weekend, but someone stocking helped me out to save me time in line. I explained where the drain plug is on my oil container, but I don't think he figured it out. Glad I keep paper towels in the car.

Y all keep praising everyone, besides the person that really deserves it. The beautiful Jenna always takes care of me. I think she is the best and most definitely unappreciated. Very good employee and deserves a promotion.

A great go to place for kind, fast and friendly service for my auto needs. Most orders I've placed online for simple savings are ready for pick within the day if not stated otherwise. Sure is always very clean, parking can be hectic as this location is busy, staff is great. I feel confident in getting only what I need no overselling of items, but info is provided on all options upon request.

Showed up for a battery check and found my battery was BAD. I hoped for a warranty offering a partial credit. Did not expect a complete replacement. Wow, even provided tools to swap it out on the spot. Very friendly staff and will be back and thanks to the whole team!!!

Unbelievable! The battery in my wife's pick-up died. I told her to go there and buy an inexpensive battery because they would install it for her.They told her that the battery she COULD afford WOULDN'T last six months! And then sold her one that cost twice as much. I took the truck up there and told them to exchange it for the less expensive one and the girl said "I sold one of those cheap batteries the other day and that person never got out of the parking lot"!They SHOULD NOT be using "scare tactics" to force people to spend more money than they can afford!

Fantastic! The Assistant Manager, Anna, made my day! She really helped me out this evening with one of the best jump starters. It was worth spending the extra money, and I'm truly blessed that she was the one to help me. I will be a frequent customer for sure, maybe even for life!

I went in today due to a wiper blade issue that was installed and ended up flying off on the highway. I spoke with Mark the manager who immediately took care of me and went above and beyond to fix the issue and was super friendly. I will definitely be back.

Yesterday I went into this store needing a running light of my vehicle changed. I knew it was a long shot but I asked if anyone could change the bulb out for me. Instantly Arthur volunteered. For that I am forever grateful. Thank you guys for going above and beyond.

It was 105 degrees in Burleson today when I visted O'Reilly's to pick up some automobile cleaning supplies. During my visit, a young lady who lives about 75 miles away came in, worrying about some behind-the-bumper carriage material that was hanging down. She wondered if she needed a tow truck! Employee Tanner, who had expertly directed me to product areas, immediately came to her assistance, sliding under the car, getting dirty and no doubt, sweating profusely. He was armed with zip ties to help her get home safely. She didn't need a tow truck! My hat is off to Tanner for this compassionate act.Dr. Don Newbury, Burleson,TX

This place deserves ZERO stars!!! Worst customer service experience I have ever experienced. I walk in to ask if they had a particular battery in stock, and NOTHING. First, no one around however I can hear people are there. After a minute, two employees walk out and make eye contact with me so I know they see me and my 2 teenage kids. However they not once bother to say hello or acknowledge I am even there, they just continue on with their business. 1 employee was changing the trash bags from the trash cans behind the counter and even changed the trash can underneath the register I was standing at and still ignored me. After about 5-7 minutes of being completely ignored (my teenagers even asked "do they not see us?" ) 2 more people enter the building, 1woman and the other a man, they ask (jokingly) if anyone was working since no one had YET bothered to acknowledge any of us customers. I refuse to spend my money in a place such as that. It's really sad that my teenagers have better manners than those employees do. Shameful!!!

They have multiple employees in the back talking about their wife s so loud you can hear the entire conversation- and one poor lady at the counter. Worst customer service I ve ever had at this store.... get it together.

Wonderful employees. Went in to get wiper blades for my mazda. Will, the manager, helped me find the blades for my car and then installed them for me!! I was so relieved as I would have stood out in the rain to figure it out on my own. Great service! Thank you!

I went in around 930 and asked them to test my battery and the lady told me it was fine. I figured that was strange because when I hooked it up to my car the lights wouldn t even come on. I went to autozone right after and the man tested my battery twice and said it was completely dead. There was no need to lie, I just needed to know if I needed a new battery

I gotta say this is the worst oreillys I've ever been to I was trying to do a return and since I did not have the receipt I was asked like 10 questions and pretty much treated like a thief and pretty much called one they're very slow and the manager there was very rude will never go there again and he kept my items 70 dollars I just lost horrible experience

My check engine light was staying on, so went to find out why. Unfortunately, the employee didn't know what it would take to fix the issue. He tried to reset it, and then checked it with their tester. At least, I had something to take to my mechanic.

The most knoledgable and helpful parts house in the area by far.... I've been an add certified master tech for 25+ years and been using them for most of my career. Need something hard to find ? Like a primary drive belt for a custom one of a kind chopper. Just ask for Stephanie she will take the time to find the right part the first time!! Can't even say that about the local motorcycle parts stores... I highly recommend this store and attest to there professionalism in all things vehicle related.Michael JamesMaster technician

Had an arm full of stuff I wanted to buy, but ended up putting it all back and walking out when an employee started playing music that had many many cuss words in it while he stocked products and my children were on the next isle over and my only choice was to leave so they didn't have to sit there and listen to it. Not good work ethic people. Only play that kind of music when your not open for business but customers shouldn't be subjected to it.
