1st photo: is a picture of the paint job i have (Left Pic) which is Very rainbowish vs the Paint job i desired and paid for (right photo). See how it s all silver and no rainbow flake. Taken by the same phone in same light settings. They claim they re the same and that while it won t be perfect it will be close does that look remote close to you? Lol These were taken by the same phone & lighting as the vehicles were side by side. So why are they so drastically different if it s the SAME EXACT paint code???2nd photo & 3rd photo are primer marks and making tape left from them fixing & painting my hood the first time. They were supposed to repaint the whole thing top and bottom due to the mistakes and errors but again new management ignored what the employee said infront of him on speaker on thier recorded lines & told me that he could not honor it since it wasn t on the paper.. even Though their employee confirmed what was done in their faces 4th photo shows my hoood pins being installed completely wrong.. he tried to blame Frame damage no that s installers error. If you look at them they aren t the same direction. The right hood pin is facing a completely different direction & people point it out. It s embarrassing & still isn t fixed nor addressed.

I did a color change on my truck to match an enclosed trailer for my business and it looks amazing. I would definitely recommend Chad and his team excellent work

Best service especially from bailey !All four of my tires were stolen last week and left on cinder blocks and honestly the stress and inconvenience was a terrible experience however luckily I decided to call this company and man these guys walked me through the experience like no other and made sure I got the absolute best service. Definitely my go to place from here on out and best bang for anyone's buck

Totally unprofessional and a waste of time!Did a online estimate, was contacted by a sales rep, explained to her that I needed an estimate for hail damage and told her exactly what I needed. She told my that I could make an appointment online or through her. So I did it online and even put "hail damage estimate" on the online appointment form. When I arrived to get the estimate, I was told that they don't do hail repair, only body work. They use another company for hail repair and someone would have to contact and schedule with them! Why did the sales rep...especially after explaining exactly what I needed...tell me to make an appointment if they don't even do that kind of work?!?Totally unprofessional and a waste of time!

Terrible customer service, terrible quality. There are 20-30 other shops in Burleson Texas that can do a better job. Management is absolutely inept. The manager told me he gave me a discount so that s why the quality of the work was poor .I had a car hood painted, and now it s at a different shop getting fixed.First we agreed on color and price, a phone call 3 hours after I dropped off confirmed they couldn t match the color we discussed.When I arrived to pick the hood up, there was bumps (trash) in the paint and it hadn t even been buffed. The Manager said he could clean it for another $200 lol.Needless to say, Go anywhere else.

Let me start by saying after countless estimates from other body shops that were outrageous in price I decided to get an estimate From Maaco in Burleson. The quote they gave me was very fair in price and what I needed done to my Truck. They did an amazing job and I highly recommend them. Give them a chance to earn your business, you will not regret it. Mary and Derek were very professional and made me feel welcome the moment I first walked in the door. The Body Technicians definitely know there stuff.

I had warranty work done after my Carvana car purchase. And the main guy Chad I think helped me to get it done quickly and the job was truly primo! Had Rear bumper paint damage and interior door panel replaced. Expertly done. Again many thanks.

I got my car completely resprayed and it was the best price around. There were a few minor mistakes but after we pointed it out, they fixed them and did extra for no extra cost. They went the extra mile. I've had it for about 1.5 months and it's looking great. Nearly like factory thus far.

Would not recommend. Went for hail repair and ended up receiving my car back from repair only to find multiple other issues with my vehicle that weren t problems at all before I took it in. This became a huge drag on my time, required me to go to my car dealership, get a new rental car and take my car back to them at Maaco multiple times to fix their mistakes. Not the type of experience anyone would ever want when dealing with any repair let alone hail dent repair the only slight saving grace was Brittney with customer service. She was great and very kind, but most of the time did not have answers for me and had to get back to me after speaking to decision makers.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I worked with the GM, Monique Hayes, who s helped me several times. I went in for a bumper repair and I also had shields mounted on the bottom of my truck. Every time I went, everyone was courteous and willing to help. Good prices. Last time I went in, Dakota hooked me up and ensured I was taken care of. Would highly recommend this location for all of your auto body needs!Service: Body & Trim

Exceeded our expectations. Adrian and Mary were on point - quick to respond and advise on any questions or concerns. The paint job looks AMAZING!!!! Fantastic work going on over there - we drove 1 hour to THIS Macaco with the promise of perfection. They met that. Step one in a fun project for us and glad they did a great job. Here are a few picts of the exterior. They also did rhino liner on the interior and it was done well too. Don't hesitate to give THIS Maaco a chance!

If VALUE AND FRIENDLINESS are characteristics you look for in this inflation-plagued time, then you will be pleased with MAACO.
