Can't present an unbiased review ,due to conflict of interest. The new acquisition, albeit getting off to a rocky start ,will be a premier gm facility ,suggest any leary customers of liking or disliking the former Lynn Smith Chevrolet to give a try !

Rebecca was absolutely great from start to finish! I felt like I was a long time client of hers. She kept me updated the entire time my vehicle was getting serviced. She presented me with multiple options and gave me tips on how to better maintain my vehicle. I communicated with her over the phone, via text and email and she was always prompt with her replied. Trent also did a great job checking me out and running through the inspection report. This is by far the experience I have ever had getting work done on my vehicle. They are the definition of customer focused/oriented service.

I was a long time customer until I went in to look for a new truck. Lynn Smith serviced my truck for years and were only willing to give me $5k for trade in on my truck that KBB had trade in value of $20k. Not only that, but they told me it was due to my truck having a transmission issue. Since they they were the ones servicing my truck, this truly shows their incompetence. I won t ever come back here for service or to buy a vehicle. Happy with my new Ram.

Took my car in for a break job. I told them that the rear defrost wire came off back window and asked what it would cost to fix it. I was charged $169 for a DIAG to see what was wrong!!! What are you talking about, I told you what was wrong. Then was told the back window would have to be replaced. I declined bc it was stupid expensive and had no idea I was going to get charged for DIAG. I should charge y all bc I already diagnosed it. Won t be back for any kind of business.Service: Brakes

Highest praises to Lynn Smith's Service Dept. (especially Dennis Williams and Risha Valentine) We found ourselves 300+ miles from home with a dead lithium battery for our Volt. We left our car with Lynn Smith and drove rent car home. GM said it would be 2-3 months to get the new battery. During all of that long wait, we were constantly kept up-to-date by phone calls from Dennis. The battery arrived in 2+ month and was instantly installed but Dennis wanted to test it for several days before sending us out on the road again.Since this is our favorite car EVER, we so appreciate all the care and attention given to getting it back in tip-top shape.If you have need of Chevy repair, you won't find better place than Lynn Smith Service Dept.Thanks to all who made this bad situation into a good one.Service: Electrical repair

Scheduled just an oil/filter change for a Sat morning.-In and out in about an hour-SA wasnt familiar with price matching or that my vehicle used 6 qt not 8qt-SA did offer slight discount-oil/grease marks all over driver side door and steering wheel-no topping off fluids-(windshield washer fluid very low)-no courtesy wash-MPI not in color so cant easily see areas that were of concern.

Would 0 stars if I could. Simple oil change caused tire sensor problem, they changed the wrong one, then caused a check engine light to come on, etc. Will not use ever again!

Excellent service, communication, pricing, notifications, and friendliness. Great service. The problem I was having showed I needed a new battery. The service department confirmed and replaced the battery. It was completed quickly and I was notified the car was ready for pickup. Advisor was very nice just didnt hear from him very often. Almost had to leave my truck longer because even though it was agreed I could pick up my truck late due to my work schedule, I tried calling the front to make sure before closing to let them know I was on my way and none answered.

My Malibu had issues when I parked. I shifted it into park and a signal would display stating "Shift to Park". My husband took my car to Lynn Smith and they repaired the issue within 3 days. Lyn Smith provided a shudder that brought my husband home within 15 minutes of his arrival. We were notified a part needed to be ordered. On the third day the car was ready for pickup. We have a warranty that covered all charges. Rick, our Service Tech, was informative and professional. We are very pleased with the service that Lyn Smith Chevrolet provided. I have had many oil changes and regular maintenance and I am happy with their with this company.Service: Oil change

Go see Robert at Lynn Smith, he will treat you right, & get you the very best deal for your trade-in, & make you a great deal on a new car. We bought our Trailblazer in September 2022, & couldn t be happier, FYI getting 30 mpg in town driving, 38-41 on the highway.

Fixing a dent on the right-front panel above the tire went very well due to someone hitting my car while shopping. Cannot make out where the dent was after pulling the dent out rather than replacing the part which was in not readily available. Was told the wait was 2 hrs, got a shuttle to a nearby shopping center. Never got a call or status on my vehicle so I had to WALK back to the dealership only to find my vehicle was ready for who knows how long. Communication was absolutely disastrous. Dennis Williams and his team in the service department went over and above in finding the problem with our 2022 Chevrolet truck and repairing it to our complete satisfaction. Dennis researched the problem and found what was wrong whereas another dealership we had previously taken the truck to said there was nothing wrong. We can't say enough about how well Dennis treated us and took the time to listen and take care of the issue. We were traveling through Texas and had made an appointment at Lynn Smith for some routine service on our Silverado 2500HD (scheduled at this dealership based on reviews). Had a great experience! The scheduling and pre-arrival follow up and check-in was excellent. Greeted immediately by the Service Manager and we walked out to the truck to confirm the services to be performed. My first time here and I will definitely be back! I recently moved away from my previous dealer, so was worried about finding a good dealership on my brand new GMC truck. They were very good to me, even though I didn't buy the truck from them. Nice waiting area with coffee and spotless work bay. I made an appointment online. The next day My husband shows up for the appointment at the scheduled time of 9:00am. He was told that they hold your vehicle for 5 DAYS before they can look at it. Who can be without their vehicle for 5 DAYS?My husband was told he was phoned right after the appointment was made on the same day to verify the service and then he would be informed of the holding period for the truck at that time.Tara did not phone until 8:10am the following day. My husband was already in transit to the appointment, only to be informed of the 5 DAY holding period for his truck when he arrived, no service performed whatsoever.Tara had called my phone number. There was no record of the dealership calling until 8:10am the following day.My husband missed work, earned no money, AND paid the exorbitant high cost of gas driving to the appointment due to no one calling us until the next day to inform us that the service department would keep his truck for 5 DAYS!!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I brought my truck in for an engine diagnostic scan for a random misfire code. The service team could not find the source of the problem or have any confidence on the next procedure to try. Great service, quick responses! Unfortunately our truck ended up being a total loss, but I would use Lynn Smith again if needed. Ken was great to work with and made the process a lot less painful than what I was expecting.

Brought in on time, took longer than expected. When I got home I seen greasy finger prints on Door handle and door. I did notice on my steering wheel little grease. I had to clean. Fantastic job by Miss Risha Valentine and the Mechs! Brought my 16 Colorado Diesel in for brakes, fuel filter change and DEF . I wasn't expecting it completed the same day but was pleasantly surprised that it was. I particularly appreciate Ricky A..'s authorization of rotor resurfacing after the mechanic failed to observe a definable fault. The operation of the braking system was definitely smoother on my trip home.
