Came in for oil change and general check up. Clean facility, respectful staff. Also got a complementary car wash, had washer fluid reservoir and coolant reservoir topped off, and was sent a video of my vehicle while it was in the service area-- it detailed the condition of my tire tread depth, front brakes, engine filter, cabin filter, etc... Upon receiving my vehicle, however, there was an oil stain left on the inside of the driver door and I had to roll down all the windows to get rid of the oil smell. I was also recommended additional services that were overpriced-- like changing my cabin filter for $60... that made me giggle tbh. Undecided if I would return.

I ve gone to the service area a few times since purchasing my car (mainly for nail repair and oil changes) but every time I have had the pleasure of having Mary as my service tech. She is always polite, professional, and gets straight to the point (which I appreciate).

Took my car to this location to have three updates regarding recalls. Everything was fine. Wake up and my engine light is on! I call and was told I would need to come back so they can see what the issue is. I take my car back just to be told there is nothing they can do! Spoke with the manager as I requested just to be told the same thing. Nothing was wrong with my car prior to them touching my car! Been having my car for 4 years low miles and have never had an issue until I bring it to this shop! I can t even begin to explain how mad I am!!

Dude,, these folks are awesome.. it's worth the drive. I ordered a part they placed it on my car and also replaced some light bulbs that were not easy to get too. Didn't even charge me anything. Dude.....

Service seemed great, however I felt being nickel-and-dimed for $300 of stuff I didn't really need upon completion of the maintenance.

lousy, the saleswoman would only give me a car if I gave her 8 thousand down payment, so I went to Mitsubishi and for 2k they gave me a new car 2022
