Out Of All The Vehicle Consultants I've Ever Delt With In My Lifetime (And I've Purchased Several Vehicles) Mary Carter Is Truly In A League Of Her Own When It Comes To Customer Service Skills. She Always Goes "Above & Beyond" = Weather It's Scheduling My Service, Answering A Question, Making A Suggestion, Apologizing For A Mistake Or Finding Me A Coupon. Seemingly ( ) She Genuinely Cares About My Every Experience. I Live Approximately 10 Minutes From The "Fort Worth Hyundai Dealership", But Because Of The "Excellent Customer Service" I Always Receive From Mary Carter, I Drive All The Way To Hiley Hyundai Of Burleson.

Brad was AMAZING. He was very easy going and friendly. He showed me exactly what I wanted to see and answered all of my questions. The process was quick and easy. MORGAN HANSON is my girl and she will be yours too, just ask for her! She is sweet, honest, knowledgeable, and she will work for YOU!! When we came to look at their vehicles on Saturday, she came right out to greet us and I immediately liked her, we test drove the one we liked and we said we would get back with her, she smiled and said okay, after we left, she text us and said it was great to meet with us and to let her know if we had any questions. Upon leaving, I told my husband that I really liked Morgan and her no pressure professionalism. We were back to meet with her early Monday morning and we bought the car that we test drove. Best car buying experience that we have ever had. I love my new Hyundai Tucson and I am very happy! Thank you so much MORGAN HANSON!!!

I scheduled an appointment online to take my car in for recalls. It was very easy to schedule an appointment online and navigate the website. Everyone I spoke with at the dealership was very friendly and helpful, especially Mary! The waiting area was nice - it was good to have wifi to keep working and the coffee was definitely appreciated. I thoroughly enjoyed the video the service tech took of my car as he did the inspection and the communication throughout the process was top-notch. Due to mileage, it was recommended I get several services done while I was there; the recommendations came via text and there was no pressure to agree to ANY service, it was completely my choice. All told, one of the best dealership service experiences I've ever had!

My usual experience is always very good. This is my first ever review. Mary in Service Department is Fantastic. My recent visit with Jami as Service Advisor was outstanding. These two ladies have gone out of their way to be accommodating. Service at the Hyundai Burleson is the very best I have ever experienced anywhere. I was literally overjoyed as I drove out of Service parking lot.

Big ups to Clint (Eastwood ) to making my car buying deal so informative and refreshing. Clint was very patient with me and worked with me to get some much needed deals. Michael Bills was amazing and patient. He took extra time on the test drive for us to try out all the features and did an amazing job. We did not plan on buying right then but he worked hard and fought for us and we got an amazing deal. Taylee assisted us with buying our new car this weekend. We were her first sale, so she was assisted by Jordan. Both sales reps were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions and more. When it came down to numbers they were able to keep us happy. Would highly recommend looking for a vehicle here and working with either of them!

Michael Bills just sold us a 2024 Hyundai Tucson and we're very thankful for the exceptional service he provided. He was patient, understanding, informative and just an amazing individual. It was a bit of a drive from Dallas, but was worth it. Rachel C was great. She worked with us along the way and we actually got a better deal that we thought we'd get. Five stars for making it easy. Five years or 60,000 miles bumper to bumper is also a winner. Toss in free maintenance with competitive financing and a bump from Hyundai for using them equals happy customers. I hope our check goes through. Lol.Things that could improve on a new auto delivery .Make ready should have filled the wiper fluid they did not.Used it twice and the wife was saying the light was going off.Tires had balance red marks all over them , that is a two second fix with cloth and gas. Tape marks from transit wrap was on front and rear again a short fix.I ordered cyber silver paint touch up and it's been 6 weeks i don't think it was ever ordered. The little things matter...

Andy was amazing! Very professional but still very easy to talk to and answered every question I had. He even followed up the following day to make sure everything was going okay! Paul in finance was amazing as well. Everyone at the dealership is very easy to talk to and not pressuring in any way.
