Wow this store only 3.5 star rating? As a long-time client of Firestone, up in Washington, I expected the same amazing service.Brought by van in with a front tire flat (purchased all four tires on 8-20-22 for $634) with 65,000 mile warranty. However, the woman tech in Burleson, TX said, 1) the nail is on sidewall (really??? see photo) 2) they don't have stock 3) They will not prorated off millage (10,000 since purchase) ... Should charge me $20, not $85.Well, Firestone just lost a customer for unfair and poor service practices.I even have an extra tire in great shape as I replaced four and held onto 1 just in case of such an issue. It has lots of tread, but I was told they would not mount it due to safety issues. I said, why not inspect it, it's fairly new. Just I replaced all four prior to leaving WA for Texas. She said NOPE!Update: Just took my van for the first Lifetime wheel alignment. Was asked if I like the $9.99 checkup, I said sure.2 1/2 hours later, they found $5,000 of work to do and denied me the wheel alignment until I get some of their services done. What the heck???This place is horrible compared to other locations and the grounds are filthy. Bathroom was a mess, water fountain broken, and cigarette butter and trash all over the grounds.

Went there yesterday to change headlights , initially they order wrong parts and made me wait for over an hour , they could not fix bulb , at the top broke other parts .While fixing they broke couple tabs on cover and did not told me about it and gave car back . When I check and complained they told me to come today to take care of me .Went again today , my second visit . Firestone mechanics wanted to fix thing with Zip ties in lieu is tabs very un professional and made my quote double . And they do not have bulb or tabs to fix anything .Visited twice , and they broke parts in my car , doubled the quote and expecting me to keep going to get broken part fixed .Shameful how immature and sneaky professional becoming these days .I do not recommend Firestone at Burleson , they will break things and will not tell you and not able to fix after couple visit .Please go somewhere else , firestone at Burleson do not have good car mechanics per my recent experiences .6 +visit , 5 +review , 10+ calls , 3 customer service folks , corporate follow ups ,4 appointment of hours where they work on car for hours and Firestone could not fix my car .People will talk good but at the end is week to me , Firestone was a time waste and comparatively lacks professionally of able to fix .

I ve been to this location many times and there always seems to be a problem when I leave. One time I had my oil changed and the vehicle was spewing oil. The cause, loose oil filter. Had it changed there again, more oil in my drive way. This time they said it was from excess oil on top of the engine . Never have heard that one before. My wife took her vehicle there yesterday to have a tire looked at. After numerous calls dealing with a very strange guy we got the vehicle back. They repaired the tire and we went home. This morning we got up and the repaired tire pressure was at 37, the others 30, 30 and 22. I ll be taking our vehicle elsewhere from now. I ve tried them too many times.

I came in April for just a lifetime alignment and oil change and I had repeatedly told them not to roll down my driver side front windows cause something was broke so it wouldn t go back up. As I waited 3hours with only one person in front of me and watching the person working on my car sit down to smoke multiple times and for Tommy to still roll my window down and when I tried leaving they thought I wouldn t noticed that they scratched my tint!!! I as of today finally got it fixed after waiting forever and having to make appointments myself to get someone else to fix my tint. I definitely will NOT ever be coming back. They don t listen, they take longer then they need to, and they don t have any care for there customers!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Oil change

Tommy was a great help. Came in for a tire repair and a check engine light. They were very informative and very professional. Will definitely come back for future vehicle needs

Tommy and his folks at the Firestone on Wilshire are the BEST. They take care of all 3 of my vehicles and make sure they are in top shape. If something needs to be done they inform me a make sure my older cars are in great working order. I m retired and on a fixed income so Tommy makes sure if there is a promotion or discount he makes sure to tell me. I have been trading exclusively at Firestone for over 10 years and would not trust my cars to anyone else

Highly DO NOT recommend this location. Just left without having tire repaired. Arrived at 2:18 and was told 30-45 min to get tire fixed. I had a nail in the tire and told them I even marked the location. I said I would wait. At 3:15 I asked how much longer. The guy said he apologized but my truck was skipped but it would be next as soon as a bay opened up. At 3:42 a bay opened up and they pulled another vehicle in. When I told the guy I needed my key, he had the audacity to ask if I wanted to drop it off and return later. I responded no. I just watched everyone that was here before and after me get serviced. I was not returning.

Needed to put new tires on my Jeep...I had new tires already. Stopped by on a Saturday around 10. They were very busy. Talked with them...told what I needed and if they couldn't get to it on that day I would pick them up Sunday. Within in 2 hours. They were great!!!

I stood there for a long time while he was helping someone else. He didn't even acknowledge me. He acted like I wasn't even there. As soon as the other person left he just kept dealing with paperwork. I finally left and went to Texas tire. The manager came straight to me and helped me before I even went into the office a full 20 minutes before they even opened. I will never step a foot into Firestone ever again. They made me feel like they didn't even deal with me. Like they don't like dealing with woman!!!!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!!! My husband dropped my car off here due to my oil leaking dropped my car off to have the oil housing unit repair they said it would take a week so I just went to get my car. I called them after my husband replaced it and it cracked again (a defect on dodges) and asked how long it would take he assured me it would be ready by the end of day well it wasn't we had to call them to get any type of update. They said it would be ready by 12 the next day I show up and they say my car won't start!!! I dropped it off and it was fine. They tried to charge me for the "defective part" that was fine on my vehicle previously before dropping it off. I called corporate! Never have I ever dealt with this type of shady business. After corporate called them and delt with it my car was ready 3 hours later. The mechanics were just sitting there looking at there phones with my hood open doing nothing to fix what they broke. They didn't even call us to let us know my car wouldn't start. Worst business ever! Please just go to a small time honest business instead of here!!

Went to have my car diagnosed for a battery issue because my dash was saying " check charging system" . When I go back to pickup my car the only thing they tell me is that there might be an issue with the 12 volt battery but couldn't tell me for sure if that was the issue and said i would need to take it to someone else to figure out what the issue was. Total scam, paid 130$ for them to tell me nothing that I didn't already tell them when I dropped off the car! I don't think they actually did a diagnostic on it, but yet still tried to get paid for it.

Service has just gone down everywhere, I wanted to give Firestone a chance in burleson, but won t be going back. Took a fleet vehicle to them for new tires, state inspection and a oil change. $2300. I ask him if they top off fluids. He says yes and carry s on. I was the first customer of the day. It took them 3 hours to complete. Okay great! I went out and checked my fluids before leaving, they were all below the min. I went back in and he came out to see. He added washer fluid, but nothing else. I asked why they didn t fill before and he says it s complementary. So shouldn t everyone get it? Isn t filling the fluids part of the service? It s checked off on my receipt, as being done.

If I could it would be zero stars. Today at 4 pm 2/20/24 I stopped in to purchase 4 trailer tires. NO ONE was working, flats on many outdoor vehicles, one rude time consuming customer at the front counter, 15 or so minutes later I left this sorry place and headed to Walmart Never did get asked but was told to wait

Second attempt today for a tire repair to get a patch job on a nail in the rear tire. But, after being told yesterday they were out of patches but would have some the next day, I returned today and was told they did not get any patches in.I told the woman working the register I had a tire in the back of my vehicle and asked if, instead of patching the damaged tire, could they just mount that tire on the rim, and I could come back at a later time to patch the nail damage once they did get some patches in stock. She asked if the replacement tire was brand new with sticker, and I told her it was not, but had very low miles on it. She said in that case they could not mount it because they (the corporate They) have become pretty particular about not mounting used tires. It seems laughable they will pull a used tire off your car, one with drive wear and actual nail damage, and that tire can be repaired and re-mounted despite the shop not knowing if it was originally new or used, but knowing it has damage history yet they cannot mount a tire just because it cannot be proven to be new, (but which, had they taken 10 seconds to look at it, would have appeared in far better shape than the other tire with the nail damage). So, we have a tire service center that fails to keep an inventory of patches to fix tires and won t mount anything not new. A cynic might assume they simply attempt to force you to buy an overpriced tire from them.I may have rated them simply a 2 based on this experience, but also noteworthy here is that this was the second time I brought my wife s vehicle to this location. First time was fir an oil change and a diagnostics they told me my battery was leaking which turned out to be false, while at the same time not correctly diagnosing a failing radiator fan. The impact of both visits compels the 1-star rating.Others have found better experiences, while several have shared a similar service level to mine. Bring your business here if you like. It will be my last attempt at going here, and i d recommend them to no one.Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Battery, Oil change

It's Sunday, and this place is super busy. I only came in for an safety inspection for an '85 Mustang, so we'll see how it goes. Thus far I'm having to wait, because David (the gentleman inspecting my vehicle) is waiting for someone to return from lunch. Thankfully, I got here close to 1pm, so it shouldn't be too long of a wait.Well, I'm extremely disappointed. Here it is an hour later, and they're just getting to my vehicle.

I have waited to calm down before writing this review. But want others to know this place will not stand behind their work. DO NOT GO HEREI brought my vehicle in for a rear brake pad change and rotor resurfacing in October before a long trip to CO. This was the vehicles first brake change. Firestone assured me that the work was warrantied for 1 year. Key word is WORK, not just the parts. From day one the brakes squealed in reverse, I thought maybe it just needed time to settle in. They never stopped, but life with two kiddos is busy and my wife and I both work. Knowing it was warrantied for a year, we returned several months later and informed them that the squealing had never stopped. They took the vehicle and told me they would call me with results and do an inspection for me.When they called, they informed me the pads were bad, and that the rotors would need to be replaced for several hundred dollars because there was not enough material to resurfaced. When I told them I should not have to pay, because they job was warrantied, the woman on the phone said that they were not going to pay for the rotors to be replaced. I asked why, since they had not been working right from the start. To which she replied, well how are we supposed to know that? You should have brought the vehicle in when you first noticed it.It should not matter if its 5 days of 5 months. If you are giving your word that the job will last a year, Firestone. You darn well better make sure that your customers don't have to come in and spend additional money to have the job done a second time.Service: Brakes

They fixed my car, no problem. It was more of a customer service issue. I waited 5 hours for them to change my oil and tell me they could not inspect my car bc I had just changed my battery. Right across the street is a sign for a 5 minute oil change, what irony. So they made me pay for the inspection even though I did not pass so I had no choice, but to come back unless I wanted to pay another inspection fee. I scheduled an appointment online to hope not to wait another 5 hours. When I arrived they told me they could not accept state inspection appointments, to put it mildly, I was upset. So after two days and over 6 hours spent I got 1 oil change, 1 state inspection, and 1 new tire. I won t be going back, my time is too important.

They charged an arm and a leg for spark plugs and the coil pack, but the thing that bothered me was that there was a bolt sheered on my valve cover, and they said they replaced my valve cover gasket but left the sheered bolt in place, making me wonder if they ever did it at all. Everything I needed fixed was fixed though, so there's that.

Went here for a state inspection. Had to wait in a line of only one person in front of me for 20 minutes. Finally got to the counter for David to tell me it will be a short wait before they have my inspection finished. 45 minutes later, he calls me back to the counter to run my card. But doing so before telling he failed my car due to no muffler. The car is obviously loud on startup. My issue is that he waisted over an hour of my time, and my money. When you could have not done the inspection to begin with. I was beyond upset. This is poor business practice. But not new for a Firestone. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.Service: Exhaust

I came in because my AC was blowing hot. They told me that I need a new AC compressor and condenser. I agreed to it. Well they said it would be ready in a few days but ended up ordering the wrong part. This ended up costing me a few days at work but eventually they fixed the AC.3 weeks later I was about to get on the highway with standstill traffic. I decided to turn off the highway to avoid the traffic jam. As I was going down the side street, the AC began to blow hot again and I heard a loud noise from the compressor area. I took it to a different firestone near my apartment. They told me that the Burleson store did not install it correctly. They should installed it with a AC kit but didn't. Therefore, it damaged the rest of the parts. So far so good at the new store but we will see how my AC acts in a couple months. The staff at the Burleson store is incompetent and not organized and don't believe them when they will have your car ready. I would recommend taking this elsewhere as it's a gamble if they will fix your car properly. I usually don't write many reviews but this annoyed me so much. People need their car in America to get to work and you are costing people time and money when you can't produce a service on time and correctly. They seem like they just don't care and want to milk you for every dollar. You have been warned.Service: Air conditioning

I arrived for service for my vehicle. When I went to pick up my vehicle I realized my key was broken the management meat understood the issue accepted the responsibility and took care of the issue giving me a resolution in minutes. I was surprised and shocked that I didn't have to argue and they never once hinted that they doubted or thought that I was lying about the issue not being my fault. Most places you have to explain multiple times and argue but they quickly accepted responsibility and fixed the issue thank you to Frank and the other two gentlemen at the front end. I appreciate how I was treated.

Had to get new tires. Had front end alignment done 6 months ago and still my car still pulls. Took it back for the 3rd time to find out only the dealer can do an alignment on my car. So the 1st 2 I went to lied and took my money for a service that was never done. But the young lady at the 3rd Firestone told us the truth. So not sure why they lied and stole from us. Called the original Firestone who us the lifetime alignment that they can never do. Still waiting on a call. So my husband will be calling corporate to get our money back.

I was quoted a price for lifetime alignment then when my wife showed up the doubled the price . Won't be going back there ever again. Needless to say very poor company to do business with. I do not recommend anybody using them

I do not recommend this place. I brought my truck in for an alignment, after their so called (ASE certified mechanic) was done with it I noticed my front end started making clunking noises when turning and when stopping. The next day I brought it back in again, they said everything is tight and that my lower ball joints are bad ( they aren't). I was very surprised that my lower ball joints would have gone bad already since they were recently replaced (2022). With that being said I brought my truck in to my mechanic who I trust and have used for all my truck needs ( he does not do alignments) we test drove the truck and he immediately noticed that my upper control arms weren't tight enough and that my transmission mount was torn ( Firestone Inspected the vehicle for clunks missing the trans mount) . He double checked my front end and tightened what firestone mechanic left loose on it and replaced trans mount. No more clunks and noise when I make a turn. I suggest you stay away from these guys, they wanted to sell me parts I didn't need and wouldn't fix my truck in the first place. It amazes me how places such as this stay in business. Do yourself a favor and find a different shop.Service: Wheel alignment

I went in to Firestone to have them check my tire pressure. It was so low that I left my car for them to check the actual tire. When I returned to pick up my car I was pleasantly surprised there was no charge. They were all friendly and the facility was clean. I have already shared my opinion with my friends and definitely recommend them!Service: Tires
