I would like to give Zero but I can t for the service center. I bought this car here almost a year ago with new tires. I went for the tire rotation and told them I had a leak in the tire. Well 3 days later I m at discount tire. Apparently there is a screw in that tire. It s on the inside tread and the guy here found it in 5 seconds while it was still on the car. Burleson Toyota couldn t find it on a rotation? . I guess don t buy the maintenance package at this location. Go somewhere else. I would expect better since I was there over 3 1/2 hours. Ridiculous. Also apparently this dealer did 0 of the 100,000 mile maintenance. The first trip back since I bought it (about 9k miles) so 120,000 on the car. Do the math.They wanted over $1400 to do all the 100,000 mile maintenance

Don t go here spoke with the service manager about the issue I had and I didn t make it a big deal I just need it to be rechecked. Brought the car in and after it was check no one told me it was done or printed out a report for it. I had to ask Tyler the service advisor which was so kind to help me while he was attending to other customers. I got my print out from him and got in my car and left just to find out they only examine the left side of my car and not the right side. Definitely won t get any service out of me again. You better off going somewhere else.

Purchased my 2022 4 runner TRD Pro new off the lot. Since then, I have taken it to get repaired 4-5 times for repair of a chirping noise. Each time they do the same thing (either tighten or loosen a bolt) and then say it's fixed. Each time it ends up chirping again 2 weeks later. Recently took it in for regular maintenance and the chirping noise. They had my vehicle for 4 days. Stripped my lug nuts from after market wheels and claimed they checked fluid levels. Funny how I mentioned when I dropped it off that it would need wiper fluid, was told they'd take care of it and then after picking up my vehicle, still empty. Tired of the lies. Paying way too much for a vehicle to continue having the same issue. Are the techs even looking at the vehicles? Can't wait to go spend more time for them to loosen the bolt this time. *eye roll

Went there this morning and waited in the service line for 20 minutes. The service manager said she would get someone to help me when I arrived and nobody in 20 minutes even took my information down. I didn't have an appointment however, if I needed to schedule one that could be done in 2 minutes!

On September 1st I had what I thought was a shimmy after finishing some repairs.I wanted to make sure everything was ok.I started the engine and heard the loudest grinding in front end.I slowly drove to the dealership. Worried about more expense.The people who took care of a very nervous driver were remarkable. It took a bit of time for things to be checked out and I met a very nice lady that kept me chatting and laughing until service men were done.Thankfully, there was nothing at all wrong.A few days I realized it had to be the aids.I have hearing aids and had forgotten to check if they were the set properly.They were on wide open.Carol Hughes

I came here few times already for multiple routine maintenance . Can t complain! Mandi and Nastassia were great. I like that they inform you what your vehicle needs, but don t push unnecessary services here and now . I live long ways from here, but local dealership was terrible and Family is worth the drive! Have in mind they quite busy, so if you need multiple services bring a book. Or you can watch TV and use their Wi-Fi.

Carlos Lewis is . Flawless. He left for a bit and I had horrible service but when recently came back and I'm so thankful. I was about to find another Toyota to have as my "home" location. If he leaves again I don't think I'd go back. He a hard worker. On several occasions during Carlos being absent I'd sit in my car for a long time before anyone even came to acknowledge me. On one occasion I even went inside after being acknowledged and nobody knew what was going on. They were just going to continue to let me sit there. Looked like 10 youngsters in there just sitting on their phone. Anytime Carlos is there nobody is sitting on their butt when they have a job that needs to be done. He must be a manager. Very professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. As long as Carlos is there I'll be a loyal customer.

The difference between a good business and a great one is how they treat their customers after the sale. I purchased a car here 4 years ago and have taken it for service at the same dealership whenever I'm in town. Kyle and Armando did a great job making sure my Tacoma is up to date on recalls and service work, they even knocked out my state inspection while it was in the shop. My truck is running just as smooth as the day I bought it. Family has earned my repeat business!

Took my truck in for a question regarding a reduced engine power light. Met service manager Devin Fitzgibbon on the service drive. He got me in and even replaced the panel on the driver's seat that had broken.Can't say enough wonderful things about this dealership and the service department.Thank you Devin for taking care of me on one stop and trip.

BEWARE: To those who will choose this branch for a maintenance check on a Saturday, PLEASE tell them that you will wait for your car. I was, unfortunately, "THUGLY" assisted by a certain DEVIN, and instead of finishing the service requested in a couple of hours, they pushed back the schedule for my car after lunchtime. I arrived at the location exactly on time according to the time I booked which is 9:30 am. They did this because I requested that will not wait for the car and will go back home and request for pick up back to the center. So the scheduled booking was flushed in the toilet, just because I didn't wait for the car. I spent 2x for ride-sharing because this certain Devin has no sense of customer service, cannot set the correct expectation, and was never concerned whether I'm going to get the car back on time. My expectation was so high for a mediocre branch. This is the 1st time I experienced this from a TOYOTA branch. It strongly suggests that they really don't care about the customer, they are more on the money coming in, and especially if the vehicle was not purchased at this branch, expect the same. Gladly I didn't spend much on this place. I'd rather support the local shop next time. to DEVIN: Go back to school! Learn the basics of customer service! Basic for you: SET PROPER EXPECTATIONS and LEARN EMPATHY!

What a great experience I had at Family Toyota of Burleson! I brought in my Tundra to get serviced and they did a phenomenal job. From the moment I spoke with my service rep I knew my truck was in great hands. I am more than pleased they are very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. They actually care about you and taken care of their customers and giving your vehicle top notch care is their number 1 priority. This was my first time here and from now on they will service my Tundra. Thank you Family Toyota of Burleson for taken such good care of me and my truck.

I stopped by on my drive just to pick up some common parts. Service at parts counter was good, and pricing was competitive, albeit a few bucks higher than Freeman. They had free ice cream in the waiting area. What was impressive was that it looked like they actually had vehicle inventory, unlike most dealers right now.

I have been coming to Family Toyota for thre years for both my 2019 Camry and then after trading it in for a 20 RAV4. Lindsey has been my service tech and he is the best. I called him about someone putting two dents in my car with their door and he looked my car up and luckily it was under warranty for dents and dings for the next 24 hours. I was able to get it in and get it fixed along with my oil change and inspection that was scheduled for the next day. He got me in no problems. I absolutely love this place Ms will continue to buy my vehicles from here and get serviced. Lindsey and James are awesome.Services: Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Oil change

They have always taken great care of me and family members.They also take great care of my Toyotas. Service prices are competitive with any quality repair shop. Why take your vehicle to someone that doesn't specifically work on your vehicles. I recommend them

Traded in my 4runner for a newer year model. Sales person was great. Said they would have the vehicle detailed and gas when I came back to pick it up. They detailed it but didn't put any gas in it. Oh well. Took it back 2 days later to have an extra key made, service guy said 1and half hours. It took over 3.

I went in to get a repair done on my car, and used a Dignifi loan to pay. The repair ended up being lower than the amount of the loan, and I was told they would report the difference to be fixed. I also did not get the full repair done cause of a delayed part and was told I d be contacted soon.Fast forward a month later and I still had not had the loan amount updated and the repair still had not been finished. After two weeks of both myself and dignifi loan office trying to contact the manager and no luck, being told someone would call back and receiving no call back, I finally was able to reach someone. I was told I would get a refund for the difference of the loan and the repair that wasn t done on the mail.Three weeks later no refund has been received. I called to check on the status and was told there was no record a refund being issued in the first place, AND HERE WE GO AGAIN.I am absolutely disgusted at the runaround I have been given, and the lack of competency it seems on behalf of this location/company. The service team, such as Amberlynn, have been amazing. The management, like Matt who seems to ALWAYS be in the middle of a meeting, have been a nightmare to deal with. I still haven t received my money and I will absolutely NEVER come back to this location.Edit: this account is a screen name, before I get a response saying there s no record of me.

Very frustrating... Bought a new Toyota Tacoma.. have gone in several times while under warranty to have the computer/media/radio??? fixed in it... 3 minutes down the road the computer resets and drops my phone calls and looses all my settings... Went in again ...waited for hours and guess what ... Still happening... I ask for a manager every time ... Every time a person says oh no... We can help ya.. still not taken care ofY'all have my number and name ... I would love to change this review... But I have done this too many times and can't count the hours lost now...Please call me. Come get my truck and fix this correctly

Needed a new starter battery for my 2014 Prius. The service rep was courteous and quickly got me taken care of. The repair took just slightly longer than the one hour estimate. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. There was complementary water. coffee or tea along with ice cream and popcorn if you wanted it. All around good experience for the situtation.

Family Toyota of Burleson is Awesome! Got my New 2022 RAV4 XLE Premium there at the price I wanted. Sales Associate was great. Finance department got me the price I wanted! I will continue to buy my Toyotas at this dealership!
