No one likes getting new tires, but they have pretty good rates and warranties. Good service, they really work with you and your car/situation. The wait can be long sometimes, but only because they get pretty busy. Never have to wait multiple days though. Plus the free air check/fill is always nice with Texas weather.

I m so pleased with the work those guys did for me on this morning! I had a screw in my tire that was too far in for just a simple patch. I apologize for not knowing all the guys name who helped me but from the guy who added me to the waitlist, to the guy that looked at my tire to the guy who came in and told me what was going on and giving me my keys!!! I couldn t have asked for better service. I got there a little before 10a and was gone a little after 11a. And trust they were busy but they were moving!!!! Sooo polite and knowledgeable, all of them!!! This is the one closet to me so of course if I have any issues I will definitely go right back so they can help me out. My advice to anyone is just to try to go early!!!!

At this location here, the staff is so helpful and friendly. I came in one afternoon in need of a tire because I had been having to air up one of my tires, three times a day due to a nail. But I was short on cash and time. The guy made it work out. I got my tire replaced and was back on the road within.... not even 30 minutes. I truly appreciate the young man who's helped out a struggling stressed-out single mom that day. You guys, ROCK! Keep up the awesome job! Highly recommend it as a great place for your car needs.

Dropped my car off after 4:30 pm on a Friday, with the expectation it wouldn't be ready until Saturday (4 new tires). They called 10 minutes later, reviewed what we wanted, and said it would be ready by 6:00 pm same day. Very impressed and will definitely recommend and use them again!

I booked my appointment and ordered the tires online. Upon arrival, I made sure to tell the service advisor that my car has a pinch weld that you need to jack it up from so as not to damage the vehicle. While waiting when they were installing the tires, they told me the lug nuts we damaged and that they did not have them in stock. Which I'm grateful for. They gave me back the vehicle, and I found repayments at a local auto parts store nearby and came back within 15 minutes. They then replaced the last wheel, and I was good to go. I left, and upon inspection, I found that they didn't jack the vehicle up properly and damaged the body of my by the side skirts. Don't bring your vehicle if it does not have standard lift locations.

Had this in my back right tire came in and was patched right up in about an hour Make sure they put your caps back on. I didn't notice til I was getting gas days later

This place is phenomenal. I wish I could mention everyone s name that assisted me today. They greeted me at the door on a busy Saturday morning, immediately got me checked in, and gave me a time frame my car would be finished. They finished well before that time and kept me updated the whole way. Jason handed me my keys and I told him that I was amazed by their customer service. This is what keeps me and my family coming back over and over again.

Great Staff!!! Fast service!!!I purchased a set of tires and made an appointment for the same day. I was in and out in under 30 min with new tires balanced and rotated. Best experience ever!

I carried out a tire. The guys were quick and knowledgeable. Lots of people waiting in the office, but I can't speak to their service times. It was clean. A little sterile, but plenty of space in the waiting room.

This place is going to downhill fast. I had to order tires in the size I needed. They came in later than expected and I couldn t make it before 5:20, and I did not want to keep them after 6:00. So I paid for them and made arrangements with Matt to have it there at 7:30 and he would be looking for me to hand off my keys before they opened and it would be the first car in. There was about 8-9 people inside and they all acted like a bunch of fools not wanting look in my direction to acknowledge I was there! Lord forbid they have to talk to someone before hours. So, I just left the keys in the bed of the truck.I did not hear anything from them by 8:25 and I decided to check on it. They acted like I was crazy and had no idea what I was talking about. They put me on hold and came back and said they they forgot about it would put it in line and have it out between 10:00 and 10:30, no later than 11:00. I was not happy about it but just, let it go. I told the guy to make sure the small spacers ended up back on the truck and he flat told me no we don t do cars with spacers!! That was the last straw. I told him not touch it. When I got there they were like we were wrong we can do it . I am easy going until I am not and then when I am done, I am done! I got a refund and was treated like I was being unreasonable about the whole thing. Best part: I submitted an inquiry on the customer help line the response I got back thank you for letting us know! And then nothing at all. Very sad what this place has gone too. Find somewhere else that will take care of you.Update: I had an issue with the refund and had to go back. The Store Manager had his guys lie to me that he was not there. He was standing about 25 feet from me and his picture was right in front of me. Sad cowardly person. Just shows garbage at the top just trickles down to garbage output!!

Talking to receptionist to get my tire replace, while checking the quotes for me he got a call. He cleared what he was checking for me, and started helping the customer on the phone instead. I asked him and he told me to wait! After few minutes I walked out.

Ordered online and set an appointment. I arrived early and checked in through the website. The staff was exceptional and had me in-and-out even before my scheduled appointment time. My wife was disappointed because I was back home with the new tires installed before she had time to get deeply into her "me time".

Wow! Brody at Discount Tire of Burleson, TX is an absolute lifesaver! We were in a jam on our way to Houston when disaster struck with a blowout. Despite it being a Friday evening and closing time looming, Brody stepped up and provided top-notch assistance from start to finish. His professionalism and friendliness made a stressful situation much more manageable. If you ever find yourself in need of tire help, look no further than Discount Tire and ask for Brody. Been here numerous times over the years and this particular facility is one of the best I have been too. Always courteous and welcoming. They do an excellent job and get down to business. My only issue is the restrooms are never really clean. I have been here various times if the day to include opening up for the day. First in the restroom and it is obvious they haven't really cleaned to prepare for the day.

Tyler and Robby were efficient and incredible in their service efforts for my car. I learned about the best tires for my vehicle and received great service from Matt and the team. Ive been going to Discount for years because they cant be beat on price. But the service is EXCELLENT too! I bought two.new tires because I thought the old ones couldnt be balnced. The problem turned out to be a defective hub bearing! Discount took the new tires back nd remounted my old ones and only charged me for the mount and balance! LOVE these guys! If only every business provided this level of service!!

To be honest I don't know why you would go anywhere else for your tire. I have never had the service this exceptional from any other tire service places. They are amazing.

Today I took my car in and Josh welcomed me and signed me in. The Matthew was my agent. Both smiles to me genuinely and let me tell you. It made my bad news a little easier to take. Because I was treated like to humanity instead of being treated like a next sale, I will be back this week to get my new tire. Thank you guys.

Great on my car. Tirelessly (!) nagged me to buy truck tires every time I came in for a flat repair or rotation on my truck or car. Did, then 10 minutes later they said they couldn't warranty or mount them on 9" truck rims. Truck is factory Ram Rebel 2021 1500 TRX package. You've been warned. Wasted between here and Sam's 6 hours of my Sunday. Manny at Texas Tire handled it next day.

I always have a great experience whenever I come to any discount tire. The Burleson and Altamessa branch are very good. I received an exceptional service from John, Roel, and the management team who helped me on my complicated staggered set up for my car. The service is fast and the prices are very reasonable. They also helped me out with military discount and rebates. The tires are very good brand names and cones with warranty. I will definitely come back again In the future to do business with them. Thank you again!

Best deal around on the tires I wanted. They didn't make much effort to let me know my truck was done. I probably waited an extra 15-20min. There was only one employee that didn't have a name tag on. That drives me crazy.The good thing is if I go out of town and there is a discount tire and something goes wrong. My warranty covers me there.

Even with the place being crazy, I was in and out in about an hour with 2 new tires. Tommy was really great at explaining some issues he saw and that would require a place that does complete care. He helped me understand exactly what I needed so I wouldn't have to worry about someone trying to get me to buy extra stuff. I really appreciated that!

I purchased new tires for my truck (no rebated discount tires) I purchased quality BF $1400 to shoe all around AND made a reservation. When I came in I still had to wait, left and was told they would check get in as soon as possible. Waited an hour, and came back to find the white lettering on my front tie scrapped and lost the appeal I paid for! My wife told me to relax and think before I called in I drove to the gas station because the shop UNDERAIRED MY TIRES over 11 pounds each and that s not to break them in! My last straw, putting air in and HAVE 3 DIFFERENT STEM CAPS!!!! Seriously?!?
