Would not recommend. My husband took his vehicle there and while they were decently efficient, they broke 3 bolts on the water pump and charged THREE EXTRA HOURS for labor to drill and retap. But that s not even why I wouldn t return.When we arrived home we opened our trunk (which was CLEAN when we dropped it off) and it looks like during whatever they were doing back there someone maybe cut their hand or something and they opened the First Aid kit in OUR VEHICLE to clean up. And then put nothing back. Literally not even whatever they had been working on. So yeah I m being polite by even putting 2 stars.

They wanted to upcharge like crazy, so when we said we'd like to take it somewhere else for a better price they charged us $100 to get our keys back or they were going to keep my car never in my life! And never again now that I know better. Stay safe everyone, don't get scammed.

Their honest diagnostic service saved me over 1000 dollars vs the dealership!! They sent me an extremely detailed diagnosis with nothing but the facts. Detailed pictures included. They did a extremely thorough inspection of my truck and found a leak that I didn't know about. Sent me a detailed report of suggested repairs and things that need attention in the future with no heavy sales pitch. They try to make having a broken vehicle as painless as possible.

They were amazing! I drove all around Burleson looking for someone to do a state inspection on my car and they were the only ones that had time. They were quick, efficient, and very kind. Highly recommend.

CHRISTIAN BROTHERS AUTOMOTIVE in Burleson, Texas is the greatest! Management here is very customer oriented. Zach White and his service team went the extra mile to help me with my car. Kudos to you all. I highly recommend this place for someone looking for superb service and great customer support.

Horrid. Just all around horrid experience.Keep in mind my car was in perfect condition before I went to this god forsaken place.Came here for an oil change. Everything was fine until I got on the road and SMOKE emits from the engine. I pull over immediately thinking the car is on fire, a bunch of smoke emits when I open the hood and sure enough there's a hose that was pulled off deliberately and there is antifreeze EVERYWHERE. I go back to reprimand and tell them to fix what they broke. I wait for them to fix it. When it's time for me to go, my key was already in the ignition turned on. I turn it off, open the hood and sure enough there is antifreeze leaking from under the hood. The representative just stands there speechless as I get some paper towels from my car to clean up their shoddy work. Never got an apology and I have to refill all the antifreeze that they intentionally leaked. Hands down worst customer service experience in my life I'll be submitting a complaint to the better business bureau. Good riddance.02-22 edit : you typed for nothing, I didn't even read your reply. I'm just gonna say I hope you don't do this to someone again. Like I said, before I went to this miserable place, my car was in perfect shape.

This was my first time dealing with Christian Brothers automotive repair. If I had know it was this good, I would have come sooner. The cost was not high for the service provided. I received text messages through out the entire procedure informing me of the process. I really appreciate the extra benefits through out the entire time I was there. Here s the deal. Christian Brothers will always be slightly pricier than other shops, but for good reason. You get what you pay for when it comes to your vehicle repairs. Their customer service is second to none, everyone is so friendly and informative and doesn t push unneeded repairs on you.I took in a 1999 Trans Am I just purchased with a misfire issue that two other shops could not correct due to aftermarket headers. Christian Brothers had the issue diagnosed and repaired in ONE DAY. The car runs beautifully now. I will continue using this shop with any issues I have due to their honesty and quickness.

Very welcoming, fair pricing, fast service and they have a very friendly staff that listens to their customers to quickly determine issues and get you back on your way. The ONLY auto shop I feel safe taking all of my vehicles to!!!

Horrible experience would never recommend this place to anyone went to get an oil change just for them to tell me they can t get the drain plug off and I need a new oil pan for $650! Thats not even the worst part took it to another mechanic watched the guy do it he removed the oil plug within 5 seconds and told me they didn t even try to remove it cause that was easy yall are some liars and trying to scam me very messed up of yall

The staff went WAY beyond my expectations. Absolutely the best experience I have ever had! Brandon from service advocated for us with the extended warranty and she got over 12,000 in total covered! I thought it was hopeless and she really went above and beyond any experience I've ever had with an auto service.Very detailed oriented with pictures, videos and extensive technical diagnostics!Shout out to Brandon and the Foreman for going above and beyond! I bought a 2019 Chevy Silverado Z71 RST with 1500 miles. Today it has 111000 miles, no oil leaks and still growls like a lion. Serviced by Christian brothers. Our first experience at CB was awesome! We actually had an appointment at another shop to change out a wiper washer motor that morning and they told us once we arrived that it could be 3 days to complete. Not good. I called CB once we left and Zack White answered and he was more than accommodating and so friendly. We arrived at the shop about the time Zack checked to make sure the part was available and when I walked inside the nice woman at the counter was expecting me. She took my info and said she'd keep me posted. She corresponded by text to update me and the car was done 5 hours later. I returned and DJ checked me out and was also very friendly and helpful. Not once did I ever feel like CB Burleson didn't really value my business. 5 STARS and our new car repair go to. Highly recommend.

Everyone I dealt with at Christian Brothers from the receptionist, billing person to the mechanics are very professional, honest, and friendly. I have used them in the past to repair my vehicles and have always had a positive outcome. They are very fast and efficient at getting the job done. I would recommend them to everyone that needs a vehicle repaired.The most recent repair they did was on my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee. It was a fuel tank replacement. They ordered the tank and installed it. They even saved the full tank of gas that was in it. This was of repair that was not listed below in the repairs that they are capable of.Services: Auto brake repair, Vehicle safety inspection

Came here to have a "clunk" looked at on my truck. Whole process was great. Desk staff and advisors where very friendly and helpful. Price for inspection and quote to fix was very reasonable. Didn't use it but they have a shuttle service available to get you to work or home and back if you're vehicle is going to be in for awhile. Clean nice waiting room and reasonable fair price on repair. Truck runs nice and smooth now. Very happy and would come back and recommend.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Took my truck to the dealership. They had my truck for 5 days and never looked at. Took my truck to Christian Brothers, dropped it off on Wednesday and had it back on Friday. Great communication. Definitely use them again.

Very polite and friendly service. Clear communication. Transparent diagnosis and recommendations. Really like that you have videos of the technician perform the tests and give your customers the ability to see what your technician to sees. I feel confident every time I bring my vehicles to Christian Brothers that the issue will be resolved in a quick and efficient manner at a fair price. Customer for life!
