I don t have enough good things to say about this place. I had some front end damage on my car so I brought it here. Had the pleasure of getting all the insurance details sorted out with Joy up front who was so sweet and informative and then we were handed over to Shannon who is a car body genius and just a gem. He had my car back to me in less than a week and it s better than before. So grateful for this place. Hope I don t have to come back but will definitely not go anywhere else but here if I do.

The car we got fixed looks amazing! We really appreciate the hard work.We wish the administration/communication would have been better. It was really confusing to know when we would get our car back. We would call and get the response that it would be ready the following day, and then radio silence for a few days. This happened 3 times. It s hard to plan when the time frame given wasn t accurate. I totally understand shipments not coming in when expected, we just would have liked to have an accurate line of communication of what is actually going on. Again, the car looks great, just wish the communication was better.

Shannon Andrews delivered exceptional customer service throughout the entire process, from drop-off to pick-up of my car. The receptionist was also very pleasant, and the entire staff was incredibly friendly. I highly recommend this location for anyone in need of collision repairs.

I've done work with caliber collision before but this one in burleson is by far the BEST. Shannon is one hell of a customer service specialist. He kept me up to date every step of the way. Excellent work on my truck. Thank yall very much.

I recently had my car repaired at this location and all I can say is I'm a very satisfied customer. From the time they've scheduled for me to drop off my car, Hope the lady in the front office was very pleasant to talk to. Shannon the Service Manager who assured to get my car fixed up, he also kept me posted with the status of the repairs. I highly recommend Caliber Collision, 320 SE John Jones location. Kudos to these guys and thank you all for the outstanding service!

Marvin was my contact at Calliber and he did a great job of keeping me informed and working with the adjuster to make sure everything was taken care of correctly. He kept me informed with updates and made sure I knew what was going on with my car. They did a great job fixing my car.

My experience was fantastic at Caliber Collison. From the time I arrived the service was exceptional. My service advisor Marvin was very understanding to my busy schedule. He was able to get me in and made me feel very confident that my vechile would be in great hands. He kept in the loop throughout the entire process. They were very friendly, fast and had great customer service. We received a phone call the week we took it in and they gave us an estimate on when it would be complete. All information they gave us was correct and they had our vehicle back to us in 9 days. They did an excellent job on the paintless hail repair on our 2022 F-250 truck.Service: Body & Trim

This location was excellent in all aspects, the service and knowledge is top notch. Anyone who has ever worked on a car would understand car repair is not always easy and a quick turn around is not always possible, transparency and quality work makes up for that and Caliber is on top of their game. Got rear ended which landed my car in the shop. I chose Caliber and I am So happy I did. The back end damage that was caused due to being hit was fixed 11 days after I dropped My car off, but Due to Mother Nature a hail storm blew through and damaged my vehicle while as Caliber. They called me to let me know and of course I understand things do happen. I dealt With Steven at first and he was wonderful! Then got assigned to Mario and he was amazing as well. They took care of everything and even fixed my side door panel from my crazy child who tore my leather. Thank you caliber for making my car look like i just Drove it off the lot. I appreciate You guys so much.

Don t really do many public reviews but these guys really went above and beyond for me. I m pretty sure they fixed things that weren t damaged in the accident just so it all looked right. They deserve more than 5 stars honestly.Best body shop in town!!

I highly recommend Caliber Collision on John Jones in Burleson. I had to take my car in for repairs on the front end. Reed met me and walked through the repairs needed that were visible. He called me after they were able to get a better look at the car and kept me informed throughout the process. Upon arrival, Hope helped me through the process of dropping off and getting my rental car. The whole process took less than 30 minutes. Reed called me when my car was ready after about 2 weeks. I was more than pleased when I drove up and saw my car waiting on me. The repair job was perfect and very professional. You would never know there had been any damage. Also they had detailed my car, both the outside and inside were like getting a new car. Reed once again walked me around the car and pointed out all the repairs. Reed was my contact person from start to finish. I loved the way he cared about doing the best job for me and making sure I was happy with the results. Everything about this experience was top of the line. I highly recommend this branch of Caliber Collision for any repair need you may have. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

I brought my car in after the hail that occurred during the winter months. The glass was repaired first and then I took it to get the bumps out of the metal of the car, and I could not find a place that they missed.. The car is is looking great, and looks better now that went it in.

Having my car towed to get fixed was never something someone wants to have done. Upon it getting to caliber collision I was just hoping my car would get fixed. Shannon Andrew s made sure my car got fixed and looked even better than before it was involved in a wreck. I highly advise that if your car is involved in a wreck to take it to him. He ensure that if it can be fixed it ll be fixed the proper way.
