I ve been to a lot of dealer service centers and I must say I am SUPER impressed with this one. I have worked with Peter every time I have come in and he has been amazing. Super friendly and always willing to answer my questions with great detail. I have even sent family to him because I know he will treat them right. I will be moving soon, but I plan to keep using them even though it will be more of a drive because they are just so wonderful.

A huge thanks to Peter for helping us get a repair done quickly. I was very impressed - this was not a typical dealership service center experience. Peter was friendly, efficient, and not pushy with trying to add additional services. Highly recommended!

I have been using the Honda of Burleson Service Department for years - especially on my newer Honda vehicles - and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience! Dee Alexander is the guy to work with! He always greets my wife and I with a smile and we especially enjoy getting to chat with him while settling up after the work on our vehicles is done. He doesn't just care about our car, he cares about us and he cares about the reputation of Honda of Burleson. Furthermore, anytime we've had an issue - which is rare - I've been able to discuss is with Chase Rasmussen (the service department manager) and he always goes above and beyond to help out and take care of us. I have used outside service centers in the past and do find the pricing to be very competitive at Honda of Burleson.Updated 7/29/2023: Dee Alexander has moved on, but the quality of the Burleson Honda Service department has not changed! Peter Chomicki is now my go to guy and I promise he ll take good care of you. Be sure to sign up for service department emails and check the website for specials and coupons.

I love this location! They re always so kind and get the work done on my car as quickly as they can. I typically bring my work with me and my dogs. I appreciate that they don t try to charge me more or do extra things on my car each time I m here just what I need.

First of All let me say that Chase my Advisor was a nice guy. Instead of me ranting about my experience I am going to share the facts. I brought in my Honda Odyssey because the transmission was hesitating when taking off. The first thing that was incredibly hard to believe is that they had my Van for a full 20 days (a loner was provided). Apparently the rear seals were VERY hard to get ahold of due to a UPS delay. (I called UPS and they said there were no delays whatsoever). The second thing is that even after explicit instructions on how to contact me they still reached out to the wrong number. They called me once in 20 days and that was initially to tell me what wasn't covered on my Extended Warranty Plan. No courtesy call to apprise me of the situation of being shorthanded or too busy to call and tell me they were still waiting on parts, no communication unless I initiated it. The last thing that actually prompted me to write this review is that they sent me an invoice detailing how they charged me for gas. I filled up the tank right before dropping it off, once the gas pump clicked I felt that was full. However that isn't how BH saw it because they managed to charge me extra at $3.50 a gallon, granted it was a minimal charge but it was aggravating that I went to the trouble to fill it up before dropping it off. Anyway at this point it is unclear to me if I will trust them with my business but they are the closest dealership to me right now... Hope this helps!Service: Transmission repair

Please was amazing couple of years ago, we bought brand new our Honda CR-V 2018 Clark was and amazing part of the organization but he's not there anymore. Staff now it's poor on costumer service and it's the second time they fail us on part's. Hope the please can be what it used to be.

After almost 15 days of gosting me I got my car back with my "fixed" light.They were so "nice" not charging me for the service they say they did in their order but I got an $50 invoice charging me for the borrowed car's gas they didn't say I need to make sure I replaced.The reason I recovered my car and hear what was the status was showing up at the dealership and ask personally for a couple of days.Waisted time, resources and $. Never again

I wished I had walked away and never had giving them my business. Kevin has horrible customer service skills. Chris the finance manager had a cool personality, but is very sneaky with with adding on discounts, my trade in and also my down payment. Make sure when or if you trade in your vehicle make sure you make them do a separate transaction and do not let them add it into your out the door price. That is what I asked Chris to do and it was not done. Do not get fooled by his cool personality like I did.

Well since my last review at Burleson Honda which didn t go to well. My most recent visit with a gentleman by the name of Allen he did a great job he was very professional and very courteous he took care of everything I needed done and it was done on time when he said it would be. I want to thank him for a job well done .

Have to give 5 Stars. Dee Alexander and Allen are both professional and concious of what your car needs verses your budget at the time. Very refreshing and it's why we pass the other Honda dealerships in Fort Worth to get to Burleson Honda. I do miss the receptionist in the service center though and hope as the market rebounds one can be added. But there getting the job done!

Took in my Pilot and was greeted with a very unfriendly staff. I brought it for a second opinion about my shocks. Turns out that B-Honda was charging roughly 2k more for the same service as the dealer in Arlington. I asked to speak to the manager. I was told the manager was out even though he was visibly in his office. I will never use this location again. Beware that you are being upcharged.

Making an appointment doesn t matter here. Might as well just walk in, there is no priority on the cars that have appointments. Took 1.5 hours after my appointment time for them to start the rotation of my tires. So total time spent there was 2 hours for a tire rotation.Service: TiresService: Tires

Talked with a service person to schedule them to look at my husband s cracked windshield. We purchased the vehicle with a warranty a few months ago. It was explained that it was bumper to bumper coverage. The salesman even gave the example that if we buy the car that day and we get a windshield crack, that it would be covered. We spoke on the phone with a service person this morning. He said the windshield guy comes in at 10. We scheduled an appointment for 11. My husband sits and waits there for two hours before the service people tell him that the windshield guy is not coming in because he is sick. Could they not have told him sooner? Like when he was supposed to make it in at 10? Just wasted a drive there, 2 hours of waiting and a drive back for nothing.They did however give a quote for the service that they did not perform. I called the manager and left a voicemail . No call back. I wrote him an email as well. No response .

The service here is professional. I had never been here before and was a little early for my appointment. My service rep met me as I was driving up, knew who I was and actually read my online appointment so he already knew why I was there. (Seems obvious, I know, but I m surprised at how many times I started from scratch at other dealerships even if I made an appointment online with all the details.)The waiting room was clean, has coffee and muffins for free, and free WiFi. I would recommend Burleson Honda to anyone needing their Honda serviced.

I was driving my 2015 Honda Fit last week when all of the sudden it started making a horrible grinding and scraping sound on the ground . Pulled over to discover the plastic undercarriage piece had broken partially loose and was dragging on the pavement. I just moved to Burleson from out of state , so I was not an established customer of theirs......well I am now! They were so wonderfull. Fixed the problem at no charge so I could drive safely until I have the money to order and install the new part on my car. And they washed my dirty car to my surprise! Didnt charge me a dime !!! I almost cried i was so amazed at their kindness and generosity ! Thank you again Burleson Honda! I will be back

Burleson Honda and David did a fine job helping my great-niece get her old CRV repaired, practically brand new for a near 20-year old SUV. David and the Honda staff were very good about staying in contact with her and grandpa with repairs, paperwork, phone calls and texts. David in the service department, thanks again for going above and beyond!

Tyler in the service department was sooo helpful and informative! Definitely the guy you want to talk to. He wasn t pushy, didn t try to sell me extra stuff I didn t need. I will definitely be coming back here again.

Always very professional service from all the advisors. Usually does take a little longer than I would like, but they do a great job and wash and vacuum which is a bonus.
