Working with the sales people at AutoNation Ford was really an amazing event. Aaron Cross is such a caring and attentive sales person. All the people that I worked with yesterday were amazing very accommodating very polite and going above and beyond your expectations. The gentleman that cleaned the car for me to be able to leave was a true gentleman. The finance gentleman I believe his name was Tyler was and went above and beyond. I want to thank everybody there at AutoNation Ford for making my day, and my experience a very pleasant one.

I am disappointed. Their service department is so back up. They had my vehicle for 8 days and didn t even diagnose it. They told me it would be 7-10 days but hadn t even begun on the 8th day. I m thankful for Douglas and his help, but I will not be going back here for service and I wouldn t recommend it unless you are able to be out of a vehicle for 1-2 weeks.

Good luck getting your diesel truck repaired in a timely manner. Hope you have a month to wait while your service adviser places the blame on everyone else! Certainly could add another diesel tech to the staff to speed up everyone s vehicle turnaround time. But why pay for another tech when you have jobs lined up??? Meanwhile customers have no recourse when it s a warranty issue.

My Service Advisor, Alonzo, was great. He was knowledgeable and attentive and answered all my questions. He offered to wash and vacuumn my truck. The wash looked good but there was no vacuumn and that is what I wanted most from that offer. I will return to AutoNation for continued service.

I scheduled my appointment for service. They were quick to bring the service. I appreciate the video showing any issues that needed to be addressed. The service representative named Matthew was very helpful. I will continue to return to AutoNation for service.

Arriving at 7 AM there were 2 service representatives. I was already booked in to see one of them and he had a client that took him 50 minutes for him to finish her appointment. I could not check-in with the other employee who serviced 6 other people while I was waiting to see my representative becuase of thier computer reservation system. I'm giving them three stars because once I was checked in the service went quickly. I will say their prices have gone up over the yearsand significantly this year. I am reconsidering using this dealership for my future services.

I drove to the Burleson dealership from Midlothian to have the oil leak and catalytic converter fixed and the manager, Chance, told me he couldn t help me until after the first of the year. So I called the manager in December thinking maybe they had a cancellation, but of course Chance the manager, never returned my call. So I called the entire month of January and once again the manager never called me back. I called their useless answering center and they left messages on my behalf and no response. So, in February I received a call from Chance to bring my car in.When I purchased the car the end of may , I bought the best extended warranty they offered because I didn t want to pay for any issues along with making a car payment. I wanted to make sure my warranty included a rental car so I wouldn t be without a vehicle. It was a good thing I did because they kept my vehicle almost 3 weeks. Auto Nation only communicated 3 times during that 3 weeks and come to find out, are you ready, the warranty doesn t cover catalytic converters. Are you kidding me???? Why didn t they tell me in the beginning that it wouldn t be covered???? So they kept my car for almost 3 weeks to fix a valve cover. My next move was to maybe get into another vehicle and trade that one in. Of course they wanted to deduct the catalytic converter from the value so that made my car worth less than half of what I paid for it in May. My payments would be twice as much as I m paying now and as a senior citizen, I can t afford that.I truly believe that Ford Auto Nation discriminates against Women! The reason I say this is because my daughter bought a new Bronco from them and had a small issue with her soft top and she s been there 3 times since, ready, last July, that s right, July and she can t get them to help her. The 4th time she went up there she took her husband and of course they ordered the part for her right away. You guys asked for a honest review and I m giving it to you. When I first purchased my car I had a great experience and I told everyone about you and gave you wonderful reviews. Now, I m telling women to beware of purchasing a vehicle from Ford Auto Nation. Don t purchase a warranty of any type because you won t be able to get in to have any issues fixed. One might think at least I had a vehicle to drive, yes I did, but I m paying for it thru the extended warranty I purchased. I still had to pay 100.00 after all of that because that s what the warranty says. If I were Ford Auto Nation I would eat that 100.00 and put me into another vehicle with the same payments I m currently paying. Of course they probably won t do anything because they don t operate with dignity and respect. The only nice thing I have to say is Kipp, the advisor, and Melton, the new car salesman, were nice to me. I have Nothing positive to say about this place. I would be ashamed if I treated people, especially women, the way that I was treated. Don t purchase a vehicle from Ford Auto Nation!!!

Ordered a new 2024 Ford Ranger 4x4 XLT FX4 on May 30, 2023 ... 10 mon ths later, on April 5, 2024, it finally arrived!Craig Parr & the team at Burleson Ford hung in there with me, during the whole process, including some flakiness during the last couple of weeks on my part, to finally get the purchase done! Good group of people at the dealership, and very happy with the process and my new (final?) truck!

We went in the door that had the hours on it stood there people just looked at us didnt say hi can i help u nothing went back out side finally someone said go in that last door there when we got in the last door the gentleman older man was very disturbed that we walked in his door he finally helped us but he was not pleasant thry said it would take any where from half a day to 2 days we got the car back the very next morning so that was a plus. Overall personal interaction with employees there not great. Speed of service great job.

First service experience was very positive. Service representative responded to my needs and questions. He told me where to wait.Upon completion of the oil change the vehicle was washed prior to returning (totally unexpected). Explained pick-up and return for future service.Overall great service.

AutoNation did not perform acceptable service! To get my car PROPERLY FIXED I had to go to another business who took care of all the issues Ford did not do!! I will never do Business with them again!! Held my car hostage for a month and again for a week and still did not diagnose and take care of the car!!

Hassle free friendly crew. The sales personnel including the sales manager were a pleasure to do business with. In addition the finance department was honest and didn t push for anything that wasn t in my best interest.

The service center is a real let down. This has been my experience so far...my ford expedition is having a power train issue which I found put is pretty common with expeditions. Wish i had done some research on it before I bought it. Any way I took it in on Feb 23rd. They told me it would be atleast 10 days before they could even diagnose the problem. So since it was under factory warranty still I asked if I could get a loaner vehicle. No dice there were none available. So Bryce the advisor told me I could get a rental car and it would cover 10 days for $60 a day and if it took longer they would extend it. I was so happy because my husband works out of town and we live in rural joshua. I wouldn't have a way to get around for over 2 weeks with no vehicle. So I go rent a car. It's a very small car and doesn't meet my needs so I call and ask Bryce if they by chance have any loaners a week later. Still nome. Mind you the rental is on my credit card so I ask how do I get reimbursed after this is all done. He acts like he doesn't even know what I'm talking about ! At that point I'm distraught because are they really expecting a ford customer with a factory defected power train to pay for a rental car ?? How did it go from it being covered to not ? He then gives me ford services 800 number . After that conversation I call the service department manager Chase and tell his voice mail I need to talk to him. He never calls me. Then I call the 80p number and the lady says we don't cover rentals that aren't pre authorized and ford vehicles only. What ???? I was never told this Bryce didn't get pre authorization prior to me getting a rental or even say ANYTHING about it. So she calls them talks to Bryce tells him what he needs to do so they can reimburse me for a rental since it's going to be AWHILE before my car is fixed! Next day I call Bryce and as usual get the voice mail (no one answers there phone ! Or calls you back unless you keep calling!) . As of today March 7tb ! I still have no word about a rental or reimbursement or a time line that I'll get my vehicle back ! My husband and I both have ford's. Maybe we need to get a different brand at a different dealership that treats their customers with respect instead of avoiding doing their job , informing their customers and avoiding having to do anything in the way of helping with the defected vehicles they're still selling!!

Made an appointment to have my Vehicle worked on and the service adviser said it would be that same day and he would have me an update I called him on Friday he said it be a week or two before they could look at it. I was not told that when I took the truck in. Kip the service adviser, was not been truthful. I had the oil changed, and the tech left the dipstick out and got oil all over my engine and undercarriage very disappointed with the service tech and adviser.

Unbelievably bad service. Please take time to read.I have a 2022 F-150 King Ranch. On or around the 11th of Jan while cleaning out my truck I noticed that my drivers side floorboard was wet to the touch. It had rained in days prior, so I assumed a leak. Called Autonation of Burleson to make an appointment. I was told to bring it in on Tuesday of the following week (16th). I was told 24-48 hours for them to dissect the problem and at that point they would let me know what the next step was going forward.Dropped off the truck first thing Tuesday morning, spoke with Douglas Owens. He let me know it would be Thursday or Friday before getting back with me on the issue. No problem there.Went by Wednesday morning to get things from truck that were needed for work. Spotted the vehicle before going inside to get my keys (it was locked when I dropped the keys off). Tried the door.. the truck was unlocked. From what I understand, their policy is to keep vehicles locked if not being worked on, so there would be problem #1. I didn t even bring that up at all. Got my things for work and left.Checked in first thing Thurs morning, was told by Doug that should be done today, but either way I would hear from him. Didn t hear from him.Call 8:00 Fri morning, he says for sure will get looked at today and apologizes for not contacting me yesterday. He claims there are only two cars that the service tech planned to look at that day and I was one of them. Asked about the temps being low (because they would need to use water to look for leaks), he reassured me that I would be looked at today. No word, call at 4:15 PM and was told it wouldn t get looked at today (by another employee/not Doug). This was a problem since I need the truck over the weekend and rain would be moving in the following Monday - which was discussed with Doug) I asked this employee to make sure Doug called me back. He did. When I brought up the fact that he said there was only two vehicles the tech had to look at today, he stated the tech has spent all day on the other one. And didn t have time for mine. This obviously upset me and I let Doug know as much. He tells me to hold on, goes and speaks with the tech, comes back on the phone and lets me know they are going to fit me in before closing. 15-20 mins later I get a call from Doug saying they pressure washed the truck and could not reproduce the problem . At that point I bring up the fact that it is 100% chance of rain on Monday and I have no way to park the truck out of rain, I was reassured that the leak was due to freezing temps and that since things have thawed out, there is no longer a problem. I pick up the truck Friday about 5:00.Fast forward to Monday morning, it rained in Burleson on Sunday night. When checking my driver floorboard, more water was found.Call up to the service desk. Got Douglas voicemail. Left a message explaining the situation. No call back ALL DAY.Finally I call back Monday afternoon. Someone else answers and said they would look at the truck the following day. Before taking the truck, I wanted reassurance that it would get looked at upon return and not have to wait almost a full week like the prior week.Rained basically all day Monday, Monday night, truck floorboard is now full of towels to soak up water.I begin calling first thing Tuesday morning (23rd). Speak with a different employee, when asked to speak with Doug. I get put on hold. Over 30 minutes later, the service manager get on the phone (Chance or Chance). He claims there is nothing more they can do and that my next step is taking it to a body shop. I asked him if it was protocol on these kind of leaks to spray the pressure washer for 15 minutes and that s all they can do. He responded with Yes .I call body shop in Fort Worth (Autonation Collinsion center) I speak with a person by the name of Rick. After explaining the situation, Rick chucked at the idea that the dealership would only do 15 mins worth of checking on the issue and said that he would be going through the same testing the dealership would.

Auto Nation Ford of Burleson service department takes care of business. They are quick to answer questions and get you back on the road. The new added service of pick up and drop off of your vehicle for service, takes a lot of the stress out of getting your truck serviced!

I went to AutoNation hoping they could help me. My salesman Craig Parr and the finance manager went above and beyond my expectations. They worked hard to find a car that I could afford. At the same time they treated me like a customer who was buying a much more expensive car. I would recommend AutoNation to anyone buying a car.

AutoNation Ford Burleson did a good job aligning the tires on my 2018 Ford F150. Their valet service worked extremely well and the valets were courteous and professional. Overall, they did a great job.

I used to like this place but it s really gone down hill. HAD to have my vehicle towed & chose here. Had my vehicle for 2weeks with out ANY communication even though I left a VM almost daily. Finally had it towed elsewhere. Heard they had someone else s vehicle for 26 days w/o communication and they have only 1 diagnostics person. AutoNation Burleson, don t schedule appointments without telling the customer wait times. And the call center thing sucks!!!
