I went in this weekend to look at a used 2019 Edge ST after making a reservation with Craig Parr. This was one of the fastest and easiest experiences I have had in purchasing a car. The price was reasonable, and I was not hassled at all. Just wanted to leave a review to say thank you to Craig. Great guy, if you need a sales rep give him a holler. Thanks!

I came to this dealership on April 4 2024 and had a chance to work with Matthew Cherry...he is an amazing sale man, young and very energetic on consulting customer about his knowledge of ford vehicle's products. His honest informations had lead me decided to buy the 2023 Ford escape hybrid....highly recommended him for future purchase to other customers.

Hector Monroig and Matthew Cherry made finding a new car for my husband such a pleasant experience! They were patient , and detailed when working through the deciding which car process.Robert pafford in the finance department was absolutely amazing as well! He made sure to really fight for us to ensure we were able to get the payments we needed to leave with a car! He made the whole signing process such a breeze and really set us up for success with paperwork when leaving!

My service advisor Kipp took good care of me. Work was done on time which was very important. Quote was accurate and the service team is good to work with. Carey is a great diesel guy. Would not hesitate using them again if needed, hopefully nothing but oil changes in the future

We worked with Scott Lynch to purchase our Ford Edge. He came highly recommend and I quickly knew why. I wasn t sure going in what I wanted. Scott knew all the vehicles and model differences. He took time to learn my family s needs and my preferences then off we went. He was very patient and knowledgeable of warranties, and pointed out all the features and actually help me understand them. He saw the purchase all the way through.We feel like we were given a fair price for our trade in as well. Robert in the financial services was great as well. Overall, we are very pleased with everything. When we purchase another vehicle, we will definitely come back. I will refer friends and family there also.

Great service writers. Will is an outstanding tech. I use to take my car to him at another dealership. Now I take it to AutoNation.Also, Autonation has the best parts room of any dealership in the area. They are most likely to have the part I need or can get it fast.

I have bought several truck from Autonation Ford Burleson and Melvin Jones. I won t go anywhere else most in part because of Melvin, he will find me any truck I am looking for and I don t have to settle.Service use to hit or miss but now they are great! My truck is always serviced in the service department. They have been working on bringing the department up to date with how they communicate with customers.Make your next purchase with Melvin or service with Autonation Burleson.

I have never been able to get an oil change *with an appointment* faster than 2 hours at this location. Today it s taken nearly 4 (and counting), and I even arrived 10 minutes early, with only 4 vehicles ahead of me.I dropped that truck off at 9:35A and foolishly said I d wait (I should have known better based on past experience). I m submitting this review at 1:20P and my truck still isn t ready. Every time I ve come to this location, I ve waited no less than 2 hours for a *scheduled* appointment for an oil chance, but ~4 hours is certainly a new record. Seeing multiple people arrive after me and leave before hasn t helped. When I ve visited AutoNation Ford Fort Worth (Hulen area), I ve never waited more than an hour.In something of a comical move, however, a salesman from this location called me 2 hours ago while I was in the waiting room, wanting to get me to trade the truck in. So I guess *that* part was important. Of course, this is the same dealership that blew me off 3.5 years ago when I was trying to buy an F150 in the first place (I went to AutoNation Fort Worth that time too, and ended up buying my truck there).Honestly, the folks here are nice, but if you want timely service, this is not the place for you (unless you want to wait long enough to get through 4 episodes of TC shows and an entire soccer match). Save yourself some money time and visit a different dealership.EDIT: Finally leaving at 1:35. Glad I at least opted out of a wash. They didn t count the service against my package, though, so updating to 2 stars.

Have to give a shoutout to Preston Harper who s been a great help over the last couple of years especially when ordering new trucks. Definitely recommend him to anyone in search of a vehicle. Great salesman. Even went out of his way to help me out in the service dept. on multiple occasions.

What can I say? I've owned multiple Ford vehicles in the last couple decades. And because of it, I have been to multiple dealerships but AutoNation Ford-Burleson has had the best level of care in ALL areas. They have managed to turn unfortunate events into pleasant ones considering all things involved. I feel heard, and not dismissed for not knowing a lot about vehicles. They have taken care of all my vehicle needs in a timely manner. And I feel I can trust that they put their best work forward always.

I wish they had a zero star option on the review after my experience with this dealership. Took our vehicle to them for what I figured would be a total of 8-10 hours of billable work under our AutoNation extended warranty. One month and $350 later for diagnostic fees we had our vehicle back with all repairs denied. He did offer to replace the $12 part to fix our AC for a low price of $950! Their service department failed miserably with communication and left us without one of our vehicles for over one month. Not only did they not get the AC repair covered but they also drained the Freon and didn t replace it. AC worked when I took it in, just made an unfamiliar sound. Now it just blows hot air. My personal opinion is avoid AutoNation Ford Burleson at all costs! After we got our car back we actually spoke with a friend who stated they have also had one of his trucks for over a month and he has heard nothing but crickets on any timeline.Best of luck if you gamble at their service department.

Went in to sell my SUV. It was an amazing experience. Was in and out under an hour. Jim was friendly, honest and straightforward. I received a more than fair deal. Win/Win for both parties. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

My 1st time visiting and it was a pleasant experience the entire time. I was greeted promptly, staff was kind and considerate. Communication was clear and the service was completed timely. Their valet service of bringing your car to you is phenomenal and came in handy. When I have any car needs, I will definitely return.

Everything was great. Angie picked up and delivered my vehicle from my home and Alonzo gave updates and information throughout the process. Also, received a video from the tech who worked on my vehicle with detailed info. Highly recommend this dealership. Will be returning for sure.

I love the AutoNation family at Burleson but the reason I do continue to go back there is for one of your salesmen named Melvin Jones. He is by far the greatest at his job. Every time I go to either buy a new car or get my oil changed, he is ALWAYS smiling and going over and beyond to make everyone feel at home. Now to the service dept. I do believe you need to do some improvement there. I got my oil changed 2 weeks ago and had to wait 2 hours with an appointment. When I go, I always usually have a man named Douglas and he is amazing. He always would keep my in the loop of what was happening with my car and pressed to get me out quicker. I am unsure of the gentlemen I had this time because he did nothing but take my keys in the beginning. Melvin is the one who kept me in the loop and checked on my car idk how many times and when it was ready brought it to me. Melvin needs a raise in my opinion.

This was the best experiences I have ever had at a dealership and they went above and beyond to get the best deal they could offer . I tried a lot of different makes and models from other manufactures but ford by far has the best offers and incentives than any other deals. I will mostDefinitely tell people if they need a car or truck to go visit this dealership. Thank you again for being polite, kind and treating us like people need to be treated and not just trying to make a buck or two. It needs to be like this every where , I was raised to open a door for other people rather than a man, woman or child. Be polite kind and respect others like you would want to be treated, and if so pay it forward . A little hello or a smile can make someone s day.

I had a bad experience with Ford in regards to repairs to my car. I couldn't get it settled, but today I went in, and Ford made it right. I spoke to James Matchett, Service Lane Manager, and he was on top of it and helped me get my car repaired and was able to get me a loaner. Trevor was absolutely incredible to work with. Hands down the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. It was time to get my husband a new car, and we couldn t be happier with the new Explorer. Trevor was able to handle most of the process over the phone. When we showed up for the Explorer it was as simple as a test drive and signing the paperwork that was already prepared for us.Thank you so much! We will definitely come back for our next vehicle.

I just sold my vehicle to AutoNation Ford in Burleson. I had a KBB cash offer and they were able to pay me more than that offer! It was a fast, painless, & easy experience! I love Burleson Auto Nation.theyre professional while giving down home service.The new pick up and drop off service is awesome. I didn't have to leave my house. I didn't have to wait in their waiting room for my truck to be serviced. They came and got it and dropped it off to me when it was done, and they even sent me a video showing me what they did.I love the pick up n drop off service!!Going on vehicle #6 for us.and my whole family uses them

After a pretty horrific experience at another dealership, I was very happy with my overall interaction with the folks at this dealership. I spoke with Michael Barrow briefly by phone, and then drove down to Burleson to see the truck. Michael was very quick, helpful and got us in and out without the typical getting passed around from one person to another. I never saw or spoke to anyone other than Michael and Robert in finance, who went over the warranty options with ease and that was it. Not an all-day affair getting passed around from one manager to another and raked over the coals. It was a pleasure doing business with these folks.

SummaryI bought a brand new truck. (02/17) Sales side went ok... in the beginning.Final paperwork was supposed to be emailed... took multiple times following up to finally receive it only to get incorrect paperwork.During this event, (the same week it was bought) the check engine light came on.(02/24)Was told to drive it a little longer and it should go off.It did.About a week or so later it came back on.(03/06)Was told to bring it in for service.Took it in.After intermittent (sometimes forced) communication and having to press for information, received truck back today (04/06)DetailsWhen I picked up the loaner when dropping the truck off for service, I asked about just moving into the loaner as I liked that truck better (different options in a configuration I wasn't shown during the initial buy)Keep in mind that occurred in the same 30 day period, so I hadn t even made a payment yet.Was told by sales they would see what they could do.3 trips up there to verify/follow up (week of 03/15) , as my phone calls/messages weren't being returned, only to be told they would set something up with the GM and call me. Never happened.Hence the pressing for information referenced above.I even called to try and talk to GM... every day for a week and he was told he was "not in".I understood that an even swap might not be possible, and was willing to pay a little more for what I wanted.Offered (via phone call) an idea on how to work the deal where we could all potentially walk away from the arrangement comfortably.Apparently it fell on deaf ears as no one was willing to discuss it, at least with me.To cap it all off, the service department didn t have any paperwork outlining the work that had been done over the course of the month they had it ready when I was picking up the truck.Then I get home to find out that the price of the loaner had been lowered between the time when this all started and I picked up my truck today.OverviewHad to press to get sales paperwork emailed.. when received the first payment due date was incorrect.Had to take a brand new truck in for service same issue (02/24 & 03/06) second time finally conceded and let me bring it in.Had to press to try and get communication on a deal to get into a truck that was more in line with my preferences which never occurredHad to press for updates on the status of the truck in service.Sales Manager spoke to my wife like she was dumb.Paperwork wasn't ready when I picked truck up from service (04/06)... said it will be emailed.ConclusionI Feel like the original deal was done and the dealership (or someone) didn't want to spend time with anything further.Am extremely unhappy with the way this was handled especially considering I've been a pretty loyal customer for the past 6-7 years.Over that course of time, I have bought 5 brand new vehicles here, personally sent family here, 2 of the 3 sent bought a new vehicle and the other has since bought 2, my wife has sent 2 coworkers who also bought vehicles.Tally that up...Over the aforementioned course of time I have personally bought or otherwise been involved in the sale of 10 vehicles from this dealership. (11 total from AutoNation as in this same period I bought a new Chevy from the dealer in NRH.)This will be the final time, I buy or send anyone and will endeavor to direct people elsewhere moving forward.And for whatever it's worth... I STILL haven't heard back from the GM, and haven't received the paperwork from service for all that was done during the month that they had it.

Ok let me say I have bought ALOT of cars over the last few years. Many horror stories and bad experiences at all. Today I went to Autonation Burleson and I can t say enough! Trevor and Tyler went above and beyond to meet every need and concern I had. They never made me feel rushed or pressured and explained every detail of the process as we reached it. Made sure to get the deal I wanted and did it all with kindness and curiosity and a smile. I felt like the only customer in the building complete focus and 100 % satisfied. I will be back in the future to purchase from them again! Glad they restored my faith in this business. Thank you both so much! Go see them you won t regret it!

Melvin & Jimmy did all the leg work to get me into a newer pickup. They secured financing for me and tended to everything i needed. Robert took care of all the paperwork. I walked in, signed the paperwork and was on my way in 20 minutes. Talking to these guys made me feel like I ve known them for 20 years. I highly recommend Autonation Ford in Burleson. Telling my friends about this place and this is where I ll start my search in the future! Thanks again Gents!
