Good knowledge & feedback on possible repair options. I ordered a radiator cap,waited a weekend+a day cost $5.63Wrong cap. Kristopher (a seasoned employee)searched stock & found 1 that had been In stock the whole time cost$7.43. For that small blunderO'REILLY's Auto gets 4 1/2 star

Incompetent employees.. sold me the wrong gasket for my thermostat which cause it to dump all antifreeze that i had just purchased from them. Went back the next day and the male employee got an attitude because i kept saying "he" so the employee cut me off and told me that i hade the wrong receipt because it was a "she" whos register number was on my receipt. The "he" that got my parts and rang me up was standing there like he know he had checked me out 9 hrs earlier. When i pointed that he was the he i was talking about... he said ohhh yeah, then put the blame on another employee. After all that they ordered the correct one, but told me if it dumped antifreeze again they would cover it. Feel like they should have covered this time since it was their fault. Pretty sad when all parts have a number and all they have to do is grab the right one.

The guys here are awesome!!! I have taken my vehicles to these knowledgeable guys several times saving me from having to take it to the dealership or a mechanic. Last week our headlights would not work on our classic car. He fixed the relay for less then $20! If we have issues with any of our vehicles we take it to them first. They go out of their way to help you. Highly recommend!

Very friendly service. I asked for my check engine light to be diagnosed and the clerk was ready and checked. He was vague about the problem and tried to sell me something that I found out later was not the problem.

I returned an oil filter for a friend because it wasn't the right one for the vehicle. The employee was happy to make the exchange and even called my friend who owns the vehicle to check vehicle information in order to ensure a proper match. This employee made my task as the messenger a pleasant one and I left smiling

Monty the manager was so helpful! I was in and out within about 15-20 minutes. He tested my alternator and battery and we found out my battery was bad! He replaced it quickly and efficiently! Very friendly service and staff!

Added: Anthony was very knowledgeable & helpful, thank you Anthony!Finally, I found a store that sells a hula girl for the dashboard that stay put! I have bought so many that don't last beyond a few weeks. This one, from O'Reilly's, I've had for almost a year & it still is attached & looks great - has not faded! O'Reilly's is a great place for basic replacement items.

Always used this shop for my parts needs. Always fast, always knowledgeable, not always friendly but it could've just been an off day. Everyone has bad days so just take that with a grain of salt. Great business all in all.

Thank you for helping my mom today when Auto Zone on Kemp would not pay any attention to her. She asked for help figuring a check engine light and they just gave her a cable. She told them she didn t know how to do it and they would not go out to help her. She then went to O Reilly and they walked right outside and helped her. Good for you O Reilly!!! She is almost 80 years old.

Nathan is simply wonderful. We were broke down at the KOA, not sure what was wrong. Told Nathan our problem and he suggested fuel relay switch. He came out with one and sure enough that was the problem. He is very knowledgeable and we are so happy that O'Reilly has someone like him working for them. Thanks again, Nathan!

This afternoon, there was a guest that arrived in a Volvo to have her car checked out by the system that you all have and apparently the reason her car wasn't checked out was "We cant' hook her car up to the machine". Nearly all machines at an auto parts store should be able to check a vehicle out and have a diagnostics sheet printed out so the customer can find out what is wrong with their vehicle. By my standards of what customer service is and seeing nearly all of your advertisements of taking care of customers, it is not proper customer service. I am just pointing out what I
