By far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I worked with Daniela and Tommy to purchase my truck. They were helpful and efficient throughout the entire process and worked with my bank seamlessly. Between the test-drive and the paperwork my transaction was complete in a little over an hour. It was well worth the drive to work with the professionals at Lipscomb.

After dealing with several other dealerships in North Texas, Katelyn at Lipscomb was the best. She did not pressure us, listened to our needs and helped compare vehicles. She was extremely patient with our indecisiveness and always helped with our questions. I would have to say that I chose to buy from Lipscomb because of Katelyn but also the whole sales team. They even fed my kids hotdogs while we waited.

Lipscomb Chevrolet has a great staff with experience and knowledge that will help guide you through the hassles of buying a new or used vehicle. The process to buy a vehicle from Lipscomb was smooth and easy. Lipscomb worked with me in many different ways in order to accommodate my needs. After going to 4 other dealerships in the area I found comfortability with Lipscomb. Ethan was as communicative as possible and very honest. I had a great experience designing my new 2024 heavy duty truck with him and he helped through the entire process. When my truck was delivered to the dealership I was contacted within 10 minutes of its arrival and I was able to go that day to buy it. I dealt with Jason for the buying portion and have never experienced a better salesman. He stayed late for us just so we could get our truck that night. This dealership not only makes you feel welcomed and comfortable as a customer but they make you feel like family. There is no better place to take your business!

A friend asked me to go car shopping with him for advice on buying a new vehicle.So went to Lipscomb and my friend settled on a new vehicle and although the deal wasn t the best he wanted to buy and get it over with.Upon making his decision the salesman asked do you want it titled in both names!? HUH!? Looked at each other, I said just here to offer my opinion, wanted to go elsewhere after that but my friend ignore that and move on.Have no idea where that came from except for the fact that some people are very judgmental and make poor unfounded assumptions.Curious to see what Chevrolet/GM think about this salesman.

I traded in my 2021 Camaro for a 2024 Silverado 2500 and honestly I can't say enough positive things about my experience at Lipscomb Chevrolet. My salesperson Dexter and the sales manager Ethan were amazing from start to finish and constantly went above and beyond for me and all of my questions. I am happy to drive from the DFW metroplex, where there are plenty of dealers, over two hours to get the level of customer service provided by these two guys and this dealership. I have purchased multiple Chevrolet vehicles in the last few years and all of them were purchased from Lipscomb and will be returning soon I'm sure.

I have to say it was a very bitter sweet experience with Ethan Oden and his crew at Lipscomb Chevrolet. I absolutely hated getting rid of the car but they were so gracious and understanding. They did an amazing job taking care of my husband and I. He absolutely loves his new Ram 3500!! Thank you Ethan and the Lipscomb family. Highly recommend!!

This place deserves 10 stars! I went in for a used vehicle and left with a 2023 Equinox. I had a ton of obstacles I just knew were going to stop me from being able to have a new and dependable vehicle, but thanks to Amber, Tommy, and Ethan, I now have one. These 3 went above and beyond for my family and I for almost a week. It is greatly appreciated and I will never go anywhere else.

DONT BUY WILL SCREW YOU OVER TO GET ANY MONEY THEY CANBad dealer ship had relatives go there and like 2 weeks in had transmission problems they tried to take it back to see if they could fix the problem or atleast trade the car in and was denied was told they couldn t do anything about the vehicle that it wasn t their problem also when I went up there manager was rude and started arguing with me(CHECK OUT HERB EASLEY GOT BETTER WARRANTY DEALS )

My fianc�e and I had an awesome experience working with Lipscomb to get us our 2024 Chevy Trax! Such an awesome car! These folks are really courteous, honest, and helpful. They do business the right way. I did want to give a special shout out to Tommy, for all his insight during the whole process. We had a great experience with Geoffrey from the start. He kept me updated throughout the week on if the car that I wanted was still available until I was able to make it there. LaDena was able to schedule around my busy schedule and was able to value my trade in and get my family and i into a bigger and better vehicle, all within a short amount of time. Very courteous and professional group of individuals who make you feel right at home. Brought the whole family and they had no problem hanging out with the kids. Def recommend for anyone looking for a new vehicle. Thanks again!! We love our new vehicle!!

Was introduced to Lipscomb Chevrolet by LaDena Skelton who was very nice and professional and I just had to go visit and see their inventory. When arriving I was greeted at the door by Stephanie Stallons who helped me the rest of the way on my final decision. I changed my mind a few times on what truck I wanted because they was all so nice. Stephanie listened to me on what I said I needed and she then showed me the truck my wife and I purchased. The finance team then hooked it up on the paperwork and got us in and out of there. Should be the last truck I need for awhile but was the first truck of many more to come from Lipscomb Chevy

I took my 22 F150 to them to get a spray in bed liner. They did a fantastic job. They removed the hardware from the bed so it didn't get sprayed. I seen no over spray anywhere. I highly recommend them. Staff was very nice and helpful. Also have me a military discount.
