I purchased the vehicle the beginning of May from this dealership and two weeks after I purchased a vehicle I took my car in to my mechanic for just now look over to make sure everything was running properly and to make sure there was no issues. Upon expecting my vehicle, my mechanic found that there was a piece of black electrical tape over the check engine light, which was on, and when I contacted the dealership regarding this, they chose to not acknowledge the situation I went on and on about how I got a great deal on the vehicle but I, but in all reality, I would not purchase this vehicle, knowing the check engine light was on which they chose to have a piece of black electrical tape over the check engine light which way the dash is it just blend it in and there is no way of actually seeing it until you actually went looking for It till this day they still have not acknowledged it they didn t even offer to split the $552 bill with me to save base so I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau for fraud and we ll see what happens .

Owner had a nice Truck and we were interested in it, so I did a Offer and he accepted, but next day he texted "Sorry, just sold it for a higher Amount"!! This is not a good way to do business after he accepted and then let us wait just to tell us it's gone now !!..Bad Customer experiences

I purchased a vehicle from them Jan 10, 2021, test drive went fine, no issues, thought everything was great. Halfway home (about 15-20 mins into the drive) the car stalled out on me. Did this repeatedly after about 20 mins of driving. Dealership never responded in regards to my concern, thankfully it was an easy fix. A month later I had to have the back tires changed out because they were cracked, during which I found out they were completely dry rotted. Month 2 came with a blown front tire (also dry rotted) while waiting for those new tires to come in. Vehicle has also died on me numerous times and misfires because of bad spark plugs. My breaks/rotars are warped and causing issues so I'll have to have them replaced as well. These are all things I was told were "CHECKED AND GOOD!" On the vehicle and are quickly adding up (did I mention I'm a single mom?). Definitely steer clear of this place.

check your contracts. before signing with ohenrys most importantly check your reciepts before sending next payment theyll try and say u agreed. they trying to burn me for my trade in value. saying i still owe said amount, and if u keep paying and not saying anything its a contract. be careful theyll rip u off if your not careful, and pay real attention.

Easy and quick. Truck was garbage but that s not the locations fault, that s on Uhaul.
