Sorry guys you lost my 5 stars. A year ago I gave this place 5 stars, but now only 1 star. This place went downhill after Bobby left. This place was rocking last year, but now it s a ghost town with incompetence. For 3 years I was getting oil changes every 30 days but I will go elsewhere like the rest of the clients.

This shop went above and beyond. We are from Arkansas and traveling back after purchasing a new to us vehicle. We had a blow out and had to be towed to the nearest shop. They closed at 5 and we got there at 445. They were able to find us 4 brand new tires. They stayed late to put them on, balance and all. Super sweet and kind humans. With a 6 month old and a truck that needed four tires, this shop and the workers came through for us. Will always remember this business and group of beautiful people.A bonus was this sweet little kitty they had just rescued.

Stopped for an oil change while passing through. Very professional staff, office and garage. The techs are very knowledgeable and fast. Is truly a one stop shop! Thanks guys and girls!

Inspection Services until 12pm until further notice. I showed up at 1150 waited in line behind 1 person before I was asked at 1155 what I needed. The young girl behind the desk told me they stop inspections at 12 noon. I said we'll I've been here since 1150 and it's not noon yet. She then said rudely, well we have a line and we aren't taking anymore. There was one car in the bay and then my car. What line? But ok!! I won't be back.

My Tesla had a flat tire on my way to Houston and glad I found these guys. They helped me out quickly and got me very quickly back on the road. They are very knowledgeable about Tesla jack pads and were super nice

Wish I could give 6 stars: The new owners at Bison (OH Tire & Lube) went above and beyond today! I was halfway through my 4hr drive WITH 2 CATS when my fan cover came loose and started flapping. They were closest on my route so I called. Not only did they get me in right away, they went the extra mile to help me keep my furry travelers calm and charged me NOTHING for the trouble. Y'all, I can't say enough good things. Thank you OH team!

I just wanted to give personal thanks to Bison Auto Salvage. They were definately a blessing today for my daughter. She was on her way to Dallas for a funeral when the under carriage of her came loose and started rattling. She pulled off at the next exit and came upon this blessing. She explained to them what happened and within five minutes he had her car lifted and fixed. We appreciate the fact that you helped without hesitation. Thank you for your kind service and gesture!! It makes me feel a little better knowing there are still people out there willing to give a hand when needed. Bless you!!

We had a tire blowout on the interstate as we were starting our return home from vacation. When I explained our predicament although they didn't have the tire we needed she called around to find one and pick it up. When I told her our roadside assistance tow truck was going to be 2 hours she recommended a local service that was able to pick us up right away and deliver the van and my family to Bison Tire. They then installed the new tire right away and got us back on the road. Very friendly and helpful. We are grateful for their assistance. Would definitely recommend.

The owner was very helpful! I have a long trip I need to make this weekend and didn't want to do it on a donut. They stayed open a little past close for me to come in after work so I could get my tired fixed. Very reasonably priced. They saved the weekend!

Traveling across Texas, my vehicle generated a low inflation TPMS warning. I stopped to check my tires but didn t feel comfortable evaluating them myself. Thankfully, Bison Tire was only a few miles away. I was promptly seen, and all tires were aired up properly to get me back safely on the road. Thumbs up for fast, friendly service!

Driving through Texas a nail got stuck in my tire. Stopped by this shop and my tire was patched. I was good to go. Great service.

Super friendly, and even more helpful!! When my work trailer blew all four tires do to a leaf spring hanger breaking, they found a welder in the area to come to the shop and fix it before we drove off. Life savers!!

Awful customer service. Owner was short and rude about having to do an inspection for me. Will not do business there or recommend anyone to go there as well.
