Leif Johnson Ford Truck City's service department always provides high quality and dependable service. If they're able to get me in same day, they do that. If not, they have a mobile service truck or try to work around my schedule. I appreciate their reliable and honest dealings with me.

Truck City Ford Dealership in Buda, Texas has been a Gem on Rebuilding my 2014 Ford F-150 Limited and got it back to driving conditions? It is now being Repaired at Lucas Ford in Burlington NJ for a Damage Gear Shifter that Locked up in Park and won't go out of the Park Position! Hopefully they can get the Parts for that Job? Then it will go into the Body Shop for Wind Damage on the Driver's Door Hinge! All in All a Very Costly Vacation going to and from Texas!

Front license plate bracket installed great! But I should've placed the registration sticker on the windshield myself. I asked them to do it for me, and they put it a 3rd of the way up the windshield, instead of at the bottom left corner.

Having my truck serviced here was a singularly miserable, expensive, and offensive experience.My primary concern is communication, or lack thereof. I needed to know when I can expect my vehicle back, and I didn't enjoy calling them or visiting in person just for them to tell me that they have no idea when it'll be done. They literally gave no answer when I asked if it might take days, weeks, or months.I dropped off my truck and after they had it for a week, I was charged just under 3 grand for some basic work (oil change, brake check, alignment, etc) and to address an oil leak. This is fine, I don't mind that. However, the day I got it back and indeed, the very first drive out of the lot I smelled burning oil and smoke started billowing into the cab. Obviously the leak was not addressed. Where did my 3000 dollars go? I dropped it back off and then radio silence for days, stretching into nearly weeks. I had to chase down the person in charge of my repair in person, and not only was he completely unprepared to discuss the issue (no idea of completion date or explanation of why it wasn't fixed the first time) but he grinned and laughed at my speech impediment. He then completely ignored my request to follow up with me the next day, leaving me to either call or continue to be in the dark.Imagine taking 3 grand from someone, not doing the work right, failing to communicate anything on the follow-up, and then laughing at their disability.The only reason I'm giving this 2 instead of 5 stars is because they allowed me to borrow a rental for the last week or so. The rental person I talked to was very kind.3 total weeks of them having my truck, giving no updates unless I asked for them, mocking my impediment, and failing to properly service my truck.

I bought a used truck from here from out of state (North Dakota) and had a great overall experience with Truck City Ford. I saw the posting for the truck online and called the dealership and got in contact with a salesman. He provided information and answered any questions I had about the truck. Once I decided to purchase the truck I got in contact with the finance manager, Charles. He did a fantastic job in walking me through the process of how everything would play out with me being out of state and helped answer any additional questions. I can not express how great it was working with Charles. We flew into Austin where we were met at the airport by an employee who drove us back to the dealership to get the truck. Upon arrival we had noticed some additional cosmetic damage that we were not made aware of before making the purchase. However, the sales manager (I believe his name was Zach) was very understanding and helped resolve this problem right away by reimbursing back some money. Overall the process went very smoothly for being out of state and I wouldn t be scared to purchase another vehicle from this dealership, would recommend.

We bought another Expedition and they gave us a great trade in price and great interest rate on another Expedition. We came in and drove out with the new truck within about 2.5 hours or less. They had a great selection of vehicles and made this easy and fast. Everyone was helpful and friendly. They were ready to do business and so were we! Good experience.

Called for an oil change. They could not even schedule one until tomorrow. With all of the quick oil changes around here why wait? This is the way Truck City Buda takes care of the vehicles you buy from them. I will be buying my next vehicle somewhere else.

Recently had incredible service offered including onsite oil/tire rotation/and some recalls handled. Larger service required in shop work which was accomplished with the pickup and delivery option offered by Leif. The service, follow-up and attention was phenomenal.

The service and quality has declined year over year since I started buying my vehicles here. I loved the old finance manager and his staff was great. The service department literally put fake numbers on my paper work and I m assuming didn t do anything other than change the oil when I paid for a full service. The service manager promised i free service next visit and I haven t been able to get a call back or confirm he will honor the handwritten card he gave. Just purchased a truck through Toyota in San Marcos. Much better experience. Will be trading in my current vehicle soon and staying away from truck city Ford after about a decade and multiple purchases.

We broke down and called for a part. They not only had the part, but delivered it roadside. We were able to replace the part and get back rolling. We travel for our business and this was exactly on time! Thank you. No towing, no waiting for anything. 2hrs and I m back at work!!

Took 3 1/2 hours to do an oil change even though I was one of 3 that were in line when they opened. Even my service advisor was wondering what was taken them so long. Since then, I've been hearing this rattling noise when I go over a speed bump and now I suspect why they took a forever. They were probably trying to fix these loose bolts that just keep spinning and said forget it. I've only taken my vehicle to this location for any service. Very upsetting given that I bought the truck and the service plan from this location.

My service advisor, Richard, was great! There was a slight issue when my tinting was torn a bit when I got my car back, but Richard made it super simple to get it repaired and the dealership covered for it. First time using this service department and really, Richard made all the difference.

I had a very friendly, easy and friction-free experience in trading in my existing truck for a new 2023 Ford Bronco Raptor. Oscar (sales rep), Jeremy (Sales GM), John (Sales Mgr), Anita (backoffice) and Jeff (delivery) worked well together, answered every question and generally rocked it with me - including introducing me to fellow Raptor owners so I could network into the community. They're an awesome team and I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from them in the future.

TCF has been taking care of my Escape for the last 3+ years and Travis has been an excellent Service resource. The crew and mechanics have went above and beyond to facilitate our vehicle repair and routine service. While other dealerships have months of wait time to get an appointment for routine service, TCF was only a few days wait. Richard was great to work with in the Service department. He kept me informed every step of the way and I would like to thank Mario as well for helping and 'connecting' me with Richard as my service advisor. The sales team is great at communicating and sell at MSRP. They were able to answer all my questions and provided fast contract signing. When one of my vehicle extras wasn t installed when I came to pick up my vehicle they came to my home later to pick up the vehicle and make everything easier. They had a big bow put on my Bronco for pick up when my husband asked for it :) it was a nice surprise.

This is the BEST Ford location in the Austin area. They are very respectful and have great customer service. I have only had great experiences with this location. Richard was my service counselor, he was wonderful!! Thank you again for changing my Ford experience.

I m giving 3 starts because Adrian the service man has been nice and trying to really help but the mechanics are not doing there best. I have taken my car in twice because I hear a noise every time I turn it sounds like my tires are rubbing on something to only to be told the mechanics don t hear anything. This last time Adrian said he would listen as he pulls my car up abs sure enough he heard it right away. he said he would work to get it fixed. I am glad Adrian is listening to me and working hard to get my car fixed but I am very irritated and disappointed that the mechanics are lacking and because of this I have to take my car back to the shop agin to fix what they should have caught the first time I took it in. This is not something that could have easily been missed it happens ever time you make a turn. Ford service center needs to be grateful for Adrian if it wasn t for him they would be getting 1 star.

My experience at Leif Johnson couldn t have gone better, the service was quick and affordable. After several months of having issues with my truck shaking at higher speeds, my service advisor Hailey M. was able to diagnose and resolve my issue. My truck has never driven smoother, if you re looking for a place to take your truck this is the spot.Services: Wheel alignment, Oil change
