Knowledgable, Skilled, and Friendly staff! Had a quick valve FAILURE and pulled in to Southern Tire Mart on i-35 in Buda, TX, and Chris found us some great valve stem replacements and Jovani installed them. FANTASTIC customer service! Thank you to you fine gentlemen!!~

Tire sales and service pull all the way to the back building.They were friendly and quick to take information.I went in with possible nail/screw and low pressure on front and rear drivers side tires.They were quick to find nothing wrong on front, just low pressure.The rear inside tire had a bad valve stem.All tires were checked and properly inflated.Honesty and integrity seem to be a thing here. I recommend them for tire sales and service.I will return if near one of their locations and in need of tires or tire service.

We followed Paul Wolfe to this location because has a CAN DO attitude and he delivers the results. Dependability, communication, and follow through are important in serving the customer and Paul has never once missed a beat on this. We use this location as our primary since Paul is based there. From time to time we also use 290 and other times we have some work done at our yard with the remote guys. Paul talks to us about where the product or service is that we need and then who to see at the shop for this or that. He raves positively about the team and he is a good advocate for SMT as a whole. Yesterday he hooked us up with Devin in Buda. Devin received us and had 6 new tires on in no time flat at the end of the afternoon. Top notch team working together to serve the customer. We appreciate SMT and we will be back.

Was in and out, fixed my flat without charge, their service was friendly and prompt and just based on their hospitality I'd consider them with my future tire purchases and service.

Went for a tire change and was charged for unlug/lug an extra 20 dlls. Been driving for 20 yrs and I had never heard such thing. Too many employees sitting around not doing nothing using unprofessional language in front of customers.

AFTER trying unsuccessfully to change tire myself,,,,i decided to take tire to get fixed ,,,unfortunately,,99% of the tire shops out there are wussies,,wouldnt even look at a split rim tire,,(because they arent REAL tire shops)these guys kicked butt on my tires ,,DAN the MAN,,, the manager at this store is awesome,,unfortunately,,the wuss(bodo malo) that left the review below me,,,blowme,,,haha,,is a cheap idiot that wants good service at wetttback prices, so dont pay attention to his BS,,some people are never happy,,,,BUT I AM,,,THANKS GUYS FOR AN AWESOME JOB !!!!Max

Went through the automatic car wash ($10) and it was a little tricky but they came out and helped me. The car wash didn t get everything but the gentleman was so kind and directed me into one of the bags where he personally cleaned it a little more. Such amazing service!

The manager, his name is Dan, at this GCR Tires location has maybe invented this business slogan: Either we can rip you off, or you should go somewhere else.For installing 2 tires I got a quote of 160$+tax (installation, not tires price!). I never have seen a more unfriendly attiude. Asking for a tire price he only gave us the highest possible quote. Asking if we could bring our own tires then he first said ok, but that would cost 50$ per tire for installation. 2 minutes later he changed his mind and said: 50$ + 30$ for balancing. If we do not like that price we should go somewhere else he said, what we did. (we paid 25$ per tire then)I told him that I made good experience with GCR tires shop in the past in Tucson thats why I was comming, his reply was: Yeah, but this is Austin, not Tucson.I am not making up a story here, this is exactly what he said. Something is really wrong with that manager there.

Reasonable priced truck tires and the absolute best customer service from the guy in the office to the guys in the garage. Even the guard dog is friendly! Great group of guys.
