Super nice! The storefront is very clean and open. Waiting area has a place for kids to play. Went there for an inspection, even though they were extremely busy they still got us in and out quick. Will definitely be going back.

These guys are always professional, efficient and helpful. No one likes to hear that they are going to have to spend money on vehicle repairs, but Reliable is always transparent and fair with their pricing, and the customer service is always first class. We always feel like they have our best interest at heart, and that they have done good and honest work.

Reliable did a diagnostic on my vehicle same day and was done with repairs quick! The reps were super helpful & knowledgeable and was very good at communicating status. They worked with my insurance and were very easy to work with. We had a motor mount replaced, control arms & alignment & gaskets replaced and a couple other regular maintenance repairs.

Definately the most professional and best auto shop Ive been to ever. They performed a 50k miles service. The communication by Ray was excellent. The workmanship was beyond what I expected. I m going to be a regular and highly recommend Reliable. Very upfront and honest style of customer service

My engine died over the weekend. Had to have it towed there at night. They had an easy and convenient night drop so I didn t have to come back.They were quick to diagnose my problem and gave advice on what to do. Even though that meant recommending me to ford so I could possibly save money on an engine replacement.They provided pictures and a diognastic recap of the problem and I was able to pay through my phone. Saving me extra Uber fees going there.The tech was very helpful over the phone and overal experience was amazing. Highly recommend.

From start to finish my experience was GREAT! Treated like a family member. Kept in the loop throughout the entire event, repairing my 2007 Silverado. Kept running like new because of Eric, Kevin and the guys that get greasy doing the dirty work.

I've been taking our two cars to Reliable Auto in Buda for six years. We have never had a poor or even difficult experience. The guys at the front counter are always extremely courteous, and communicate everything clearly. The technicians in the garage have always done great work.I am loving the new technology system they are using to share the vehicle diagnostics. I received a 66 point inspection checklist and recommendations via email. It included photos of my truck and key insights on things like my brakepads and more!Keep up the great work guys!!Steve G (Ram 1500)

The work is always good, but I had to wait 2 days to get my truck back. I took my truck in on Tuesday afternoon to be first on Wednesday morning. It never got worked on and had to wait till Thursday after 4 to get my truck. I cannot be without my vehicle for 3 days. I had to make arrangements to get around, if you are not able to do the work, then you should not take the vehicle in. I have been coming to Reliable for over 10 years and have never had this happen before. I hope they make the necessary changes to get back to the great service they have always had.

These guys are the best! They are always upfront and trustworthy. They re not out to nickel and dime you and they do great work. Ray the manager is great with customers and always keeps you totally informed. Only place I will trust for mine and my wife s vehicles

Needed a simple thermostat replacement on my Jeep. A job I had done before in 30 minutes at home under a shade tree. Reliable did fine on the repair and did it quickly, but the labor charge was $333. RepairPal suggests labor for this task should run only $97-122.

On 11/29/23 I took my car in to Reliable Automotive. Ray was the service advisor who assisted me with my car issue which turned out to be a faulty injector. Three days later my car was ready for pick up. Upon arrival I was presented with a repair bill of $1,119. Two weeks later I returned and questioned the bill at which time Ray was dismissive and rude about my concerns and simply said that all cost are computer generated and there was nothing further he could do for me at which time he suggested that I speak to Eric the manager. After showing him the invoice he too said that all service cost are computer generated. (The old computer generated routine) I then pointed out that each spark plug replacement was with tax $49.68 for a total cost of $198.67 for four spark plugs. The average cost per spark plug for a 2019 Kia Soul is $11.49. Ray advised me that he gave me $100 labor cost discount but that was not reflected on the invoice. After further negotiations the manager Eric apologized and reduced my total bill a few hundred dollars. I assured the Manager that I would simply leave and not submit a negative review however when I asked Ray if he owed me an apology or explanation he told me that he would not apologize nor give me an explanation. Initially Ray was friendly and helpful but after this situation he was obviously annoyed with me. I was very disappointed with my first time experience.

I've been going to Reliable since they opened in 2016 with Brad H. at the helm. He has since moved on, but the folks that manage the Buda shop now have treated my family like their own. Kevin and Ray have gone above and beyond to make sure my family is safe on the road. Thank you!

I ve been going there for a few years for inspections and occasional work done. They re very easy to work with and straightforward. They ve done quite a few little no charge fixes here and there that saved me from getting unnecessary repairs. Good guys and trustworthy in my experience. Nice clean shop, fast, no hassle with friendly service.

The running light on my Chrysler Pacifica went weird. Thankfully I bought the Carmax Care Package. When I called carmax they made an appointment with Reliable Automotive.1. They are by my house!2. Got me in quickly.3. Took great care of me and my van!4. PunctualThey had to go to great lengths to replace the complete headlight mechanism. Two came in damaged. The third was finally unharmed.Very thankful for their small town manners. Great service and punctuality!Zach is an amazing person that is great! Appreciate them so much!

Excellent customer service!! Great prices too! Very reasonable! I went in to get an oil change & new air filter. I dealt primarily with Rudy (store mgr), and he was great! I was in & out under an hour, and when I was checking out Rudy suggested what other maintenance my car needed for possible future visits. Every time you go in, you get a free tire rotation too!! Plus you can view details about your car through an app on your phone! They really made everything very easy! I will definitely be going back!!

I am so thankful for Reliable Auto! Eric does a great job managing the Buda location, Raymond takes great care in communicating with you and the technicians are so thorough in their assessments (all with pictures included of the vehicles issues needing to be addressed). I appreciate feeling like I ve been taken care of, rather than taken advantage of. Our vehicles will not be taken anywhere else.

Ray and the crew at reliable are as nice and helpful as they come. I called Ray in a pinch trying to get spark plugs replaced on really short notice. He proactively ordered the parts which helped get the repair done fast. He and the crew went out of their way to help me out in a pinch. Great guys, great service
