Outstanding customer service here at this hill country shop! Service advisor Joey gave great advice on what needed work on my semi and how to keep things running best long term. The prices work for those of us on a budget. I work out of Louisville and travel long haul and make this a regular check up spot on my journeys.

I couldn t fix the turn signal light in 2 weeks; when the trailer was sent in for repairs, this was indicated and there is photo evidence, but they forgot. How can you be so unprofessional?

Went in to get a DOT inspection they got me in and out. They were Joey the Service Tech/Writer was the best I ve had and I go into Inspections all across the country. Very professional and spot on GREAT!Thank you Sir Joey and Performance Truck BudaThanks!!

Slowest Dealer i have been to, crazy prices for hourly charges for a low knowledge set within the shop. Took them 2 days in the shop to change battery. Great place to just bring your money. Stop only for emergency at worst.

Service department is a money grab... Charged 14 hours for a job that the truck was only in the shop for 6.. I would have let it slide had it actually fixed the problem.. I questioned their diagnosis several times because I didn't think that was the issue but they assured me it was... $4K later, it's still doing the EXACT same thing... Now they want another $10k for another guess!!

You guys forgot the bearing for the input shaft..... why?? Sadly I sold the truck before the issue was found. But your ignorance cost a good man a lot of down time and money. Y all need mechanics in your shop. Those parts swappers y all have are giving you a bad reputation.

Yes they got me in for my small job. Replacing batteries. Like all shops they to have back up work.Parts counter was working friendly.Like most shops and lot of other businesses they got the signs up looking for help.They helped me so no complaints.

Ramon K. and his team took real good care of me. The tow truck dropped off my truck past midnight early Saturday morning, and by noon of the same day I was back on the road. I'd highly recommend this dealership for any service.PedroHonor Transport

Happened a while back, heater wasn t working. Got my truck back 2 weeks later, charged 2k to fix the heater and wire repair 2 days later I call and tell them it doesn t work if they can look at it right away and say no it has to go back of the line and another 2 week wait. I now take it to capital truck and equipment in temple where they have way better customer service and their mechanics actually know how to diag instead of wire repairs that they didn t show me where it was done at. This is a 2020 w900 with low miles, blows my mind nothing is covered with them.

We were very unhappy with the service we received. 1st of all, the truck sat in their lot for 9 days before they even looked at. Once they did, it cost us thousands just to get the truck diagnosed, taking 5 days to figure out the issue even though going into the shop we were told it was 1 of 2 items. It only took a day and a half to actually fix. They had the part in stock because it's a common issue. Then why did it take so long to diagnose and cost so much? When we finally got the truck back after 2.5 weeks later, we found out that they broke our ELD cord. When he went to run the truck for the 1st time we discovered fridge all of a sudden isn't working and the engine light was on. Back to the shop , they recharged us for an hr of labor for another 20 minute diagnosis. How come that wasn't discovered with the 13 hours of diagnostic they did last week? So frustrated with how they do business. We will be using another facility from now on. Buyer Beware.

This was some of the worst customer service, from a parts counter, that I've ever seen. When I got there, I was the only customer there. After waiting for both of the guys to get off of the phone, the first guy helped the person that got there after me. The second guy, that was sitting directly in front of me, got off of the phone and walked away. 5 minutes later, he came back, and then finally asked me if I needed help. Mind you, I immediately went straight to the parts counter, as soon as I got there. The other customer was just meandering around the store, and was helped before me. When the guy asked what I needed, 10 ft. of air line hose, he said that they didn't have any after looking for it, for 10 minutes. He then suggested that I go to A-Line Auto Parts. By this time, the other parts guy was finishing with his customer, and looked up the part, walked 5 feet away, and came back with over 100 ft of the air line that I needed. From now on, I'll save myself the trouble, and go straight to A-Line instead.

The customer service reps are nice and helpful. The mechanic Eddie very helpful.........but where this business falls short is keeping their deadlines they give u on when the work on your truck will be completed! And I do not believe it s because They are not doing the work, I believe they can t keep their completion deadlines because they are not a 24/7 establishment and it hurts their ratings a lot !!!!

700 dollars plus tax for a Kenworth t680 headlight assembly!!!! Got the same exact headlight online, shipped to the front door for 174 dollars. This place is scam! Do not go here!

Billy Cheatham was very helpful service rep. They fixed my truck in a timely manner and helped fight to get warranty coverage. Overall satisfied with outcome of work done and service provided. I recommend dealing with Billy he seems to back up and follow through on what he says.

Slow, Slow, Slow...BUT, they will find you exactly what part ya need. Staff has gotten better at customer service over the last year, which is great. Either way, I'll still recommend these guys to anyone seeking parts. I have yet to deal with the service department, so count me out on them in this rating.

This place hates to answer phones, call at 7 am where there should be less phone traffic and just get hung up on. When they don't hang up on you you wind up waiting sometimes for 30 min to an hour on hold. How in the world do these people get business done?

Customer service was very poor. I not only had to wait for the guy behind the counter to finish a very important tweet. All I wanted was a simple LED bulb which was part of my daytime running lights he didn t even try to look it up he just said no we don t.

I brought a Peterbilt in for some maintenance last Tuesday. I confirmed what i wanted done on Wednesday and was told it would be ready Friday. Each day I call they say the part they need will be in "tomorrow". Friday has since turned into Monday, Monday has turned into Tuesday, and Tuesday has turned to Wednesday. Truck part still hasn't shown up and they won't give me an order number so I can confirm when the part was actually ordered. We have GPS on the truck and unless the truck has been in their bay for 8 days (highly unlikely) then the truck has sat in their parking lot for 8 days with not a finger on it.If you have a company that depends on their trucks to be on the road and need their trucks fixed in a decent amount of time don't come here. We will be picking the truck up tomorrow and have essentially missed 8 days of work and the truck still won't be fixed.

They had my truck for two weeks, to fix my ac an dpf,When I went to pick it up a/c was blowing hot, when I asked what happen. They said the tech forgot to check it out. Don t take your truck here

Terrible service, a man named Ramon King in charge of customer service, arrogant and nefarious, in a very bad mood and with very bad manners, giving excessive acceleration to my tractor, badly treating the tractor, and telling me that you can take the truck to where you want that he did not care and that if I left him in the deler it would take 1 week, when I said goodbye to him he told me see you in two weeks making fun of the situation. this was due to a problem with the cruise control radar, all this happened while he was watching a baseball game on his cell phone, the worst place in Kenworth deler in the world

Great people very helpful told me information I wasn t even aware I needed. Had exactly what I needed to fix the truck. The young man sitting on the left was friendly and very knowledgeable. The others seemed genuinely helpful and friendly.

Absolutely the worse parts department ever ** CALL MHC WACO ** at least they ll answer the dang phone. We run a fleet of KW products and we can NEVER get these folks to answer the phone which forces us to go out of area for our parts. It s sad, they don t care either way

Great group of people there,at the parts dept they had the part I needed...advice I can give to drivers going there call first before you go there to see if they have what you are looking for also, very easy to get to them right off of 35 you can see the sign before you get there.....

Truck was dropped for an extended stay (12 days now) because driver was going to be out of town. Here we are needing our truck back for a load tomorrow and it hasn't been fixed. Just needed a new A/C Compressor.
