I believe his name was Victor who helped us two days ago when I stopped by to have my battery tested to ensure it was bad or not. I expressed concern that the car might not start if I turn it off to test it but he assured me he would get it to crank if that happened. It didn't crank and it took 3 different methods of jumping my car to get it to crank, but Victor helped immensely. He was very kind and in-between helping me and other customers, in-all spent about 30 minutes with me trying to get the car to crank. He was very informative too and friendly and it would be amazing if there were more helpful and above all -kind- people like him in the world. Thanks so much!!!

One of the employees here was really rude to me, and talked down to me as if I was stupid. I came in for help with my transmission fluid leaking, and went to grab a stop leak treatment that a different o reilly s recommended in San Marcos. I went to ask him if I should use another bottle since it still seemed to be leaking - and he held up the bottle to my face and said does this look like it s good with CVT? What does that say? He did the same thing with the transmission fluid bottle see right there? Read that to me what does that say I would ve given this 1 star but his colleague was a lot nicer, and helped me unlike him. How are you supposed to be feel comfortable going to an autoshop for professional service if you re treated like that? I m going to avoid o reillys now.

Ismael extremely rude to his fellow employees and customers. How he talk to other guy was disgusting. I am a general manager I would have wrote him up and made him go outside. He was refusing to help people needed battery tested. Sending same guy outside in this awful heat bc he about to go home. Then when it was time to change our battery he claimed it was a battery no one can change which is hilarious since he didn't even ask what type of Car it was. That I had to goto a dealership. Shock shock went next door to AutoZone they changed it less then 5 minutes. This guy just lazy.

Ismael is terrible, he was more ready to go home then help customers. Extremely rude to older gentleman that works there. I Watch him tell to ladies he couldn't help them so I went to AutoZone with them next door. Got them setup, with AutoZone who help them quickly and got the ladies going on their way. He permanently made me a autozone customer.

Make sure to ask for Jerry! He is such a huge help and makes it easy to find the exact parts your vehicle needs! Also, the rest of the staff is so helpful and really know how to treat their clients with respect! Way to go!!

Two days before Christmas, my headlight bulb goes out. Hoping that between O'Reilly's and You-Tube I can purchase a new bulb and replace it, I make the stop at O'Reilly's. What a great idea. The woman at the desk looked up my bulb, found it on the shelf and insisted on replacing it for me ( fortunately no other customers). It took awhile as my bulb is in a tight spot and has a tiny screw that has to be removed. She never huffed or puffed and acted likely she really enjoyed scraping her hands on dirty metal. I cannot tell you how appreciative I was. After watching her, I knew I couldn't have done it myself. Will definitely return and have already told my family to go for their needs.

Staff didn't know what a universal spark plug wire set was. So ended up having to order it online since didn't want to waste my time going back into the store even though they had them in stock according to their website.

Came in to get parts, a nice gentleman assisted me and while I was there, another employee that goes by Eloy said disgusting misogynistic things degrading women as if it was nothing... Manager was informed hopefully this gets addressed. Very concerning people still think like that in this day and age.

I was having trouble identifying the right part for my car and so I went in to ask the person working the front desk. He was extremely polite and professional and gave me the information I needed. Great customer service!

It s been a long time since I experienced customer service at this level! David (the manager) couldn t have been more helpful. I was calling around to check prices on batteries, but after speaking to David I hung up and drove straight there. He was so friendly and helpful over the phone, earning my business. He is just as helpful in person, and had me back on the road in 10 minutes.

The worst o'Reilly's I've been to. 1 person was helping customers the other 5 that I saw were just walking around. I was the third person in line out of 6. 20 minutes later I was still the third in line. At this rate it would be 2 hours by the time he get to me.

I recently was denied a passing inspection due to head light being out.I stopped at O Reilly s and was helped by Jarrett.I was confused by high beam, low beam, fog light, head light wasn t sure which needed changing. Another worker overheard and offered to put in light. Thank God for their help because on my car you have to remove siding by tire to get access to light.Turns out gentleman who replaced light was store manager David. Very thankful. Great service. My day turned around to their time and effort.I passed my inspection!DAVID AND JARRETT impressive customer service!!!

My car seemed to have a hard time starting so I stopped by for a battery check. Ismael found my battery to be bad (5 1/2 years old) and had a replacement installed in less than 10 minutes! Great service - thank you.

If you are in a pinch and need some sort of trim connector or bumper attachment on a Sunday, this place is it. I was putting a grille back together on my Honda and needed an extra bumper plug. I had also broken a bumper clip. It was nice to know that I could trek on down and grab what I need and be back on the road with out any problems. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I have stopped here a few times to get a replacement battery for my kid's car and was a little afraid they would not carry it because it was one of those smaller batteries that gets attached in the passenger side floorboard. I was able to get the battery and have him back on the road.

One of my favorite places to get parts. The place is usually well staffed and well stocked with a wide assortment. If they don't have it they can generally get it same day or by noon the next. They've started same day home delivery also. The staff is always super friendly and are more knowledgeable than their competitors.

Seemed like your classic O'Reilly's. Relatively proficient people behind the counter (They aren't mechanics, but they know a lot more than someone who's never lost a 10mm socket) and the store seemed clean and organized. Nothing out of the ordinary.

They are always so helpful and polite! I needed to get my wiring checked and they did a great job even though the store was starting to get busy. I followed up on a recommendation for a mechanic near by and wasn t disappointed either. There s no reason to go anywhere else.

Very poor experience. Just needed simple help with my headlights hoping they could point me in the right direction but they straight up told me I can t help with that. I get that they can t do certain things because it s a liability. But clearly I m a girl and I don t know anything about cars. Sounds to me you don t want to or don t have patience. That you can t even EXPLAIN or point me in the right direction. I m asking YOU for guidance. Not very personable or slightly friendly. At least smile. If you re not a guy they won t give you the time of day. All the workers just stared at me as I walked out. There is a female that works there that is super informative!
