We love ME Auto Repair! They are so friendly and it s easy to get an appointment for inspections/oil changes.They are also honest. A few months back my husband had a problem with his truck and was originally quoted $1500. ME found a cheaper alternative to repairing the truck and only charged us around $500! I recommend them to anyone in the Kyle/Buda area.

I ve gone here multiple times for inspections and oil changes and they re always fair, never pushy or sales-y. They just get the work done and for a fair price. I ve really enjoyed finding somewhere I feel I can trust to care for my vehicle.

There is a lovely associate, Cali, who will greet you warmly, and even sit in your lap as you wait for your service! A+ customer service by her as well as the other associates in the office. Super fast for my inspection - literally no wait, other than the time it takes to do the inspection, but I could've waited all day with a cat in my lap!

I couldn't be happier with my experience so far with ME Automotive. They did everything they could to work with me. He let me pay up front for my parts so he could order them, and have them ready to get my car out faster. I can't leave without my vehicle very long. They finished the job on the very same day. I had to have my motor mounts replaced. Oh my goodness the difference it made. I spoke with other mechanics in Buda, not only did they want more money they didn't seem sure they could even do the job. ME automotive gave me a quote over the phone. And did the work for the price he quoted. I shopped around and the price was fair, it seems like they've done amazing work. It's really hard to find a mechanic you can trust. I'm very pleased with their professionalism. Thank you so much and I will tell everyone about you, and I will be a loyal customer.

The guys are great! We had a company vehicle needing brakes done. they were quick, efficient, polite and reasonably priced. They had us in and out in just a few hours. Jonathan was delight to work with, I highly recommend!

Do not go here! Went in for an inspection. Left with one of my jeep handles torn off because some heifer pulled on it super hard. I asked if they can put it back and they said no. So I re arranged their little ghetto tires out front for them. You can t fix your mistake, but you WILL get up and fix your parking lot lol

Great customer service from Jonathan. They had competitive pricing and got the job done quickly! I never felt pressured into any purchase and never was under the impression I was being taken advantage of. Brought my car in for 100k maintenance and will be bringing my next one as well. Also, they have a shop cat . Bonus!

Friendly, welcoming and professional shop! I had my car inspected here and will be recommend this place to my friends and family. There s a very sweet cat that hangs out at the shop and will gladly hangout with you while you re in the waiting room.

Independent shops are becoming harder to find, and they tend to provide the most honest or affordable work out there.They were able to diagnose and fix a busted strut on my dad's vehicle and perform a brake fluid flush, four-wheel alignment, and oil change with a quick turnaround.

I appreciate how friendly and professional the staff are. I had my brakes replaced, and they dropped me off at home and picked me up when it was all done. The cost is reasonable and they don't try to sell you on something you don't need done right away. I have been very satisfied with the work they have done on my car.

I've been using ME since moving to Buda 6 years ago. It took me a few months to find an honest and professional shop, but I'm happy I finally did. I have been bringing all my vehicles here ever since.

Went here for the first time today to get oil change and tire rotation. Free tire rotation if you have stock tires blew my mind. Folks in the office are super friendly. I believe if there was ever an issue, they would make it right. Very customer service oriented. Got in and out with an appointment in less than an hour. At the dealership, even with appointments, the oil change and rotation took me nearly two.Will definitely be using this place for all my future maintenance/repair needs.

This should be a review all can relate to. The prices are amazing. Typically when you get great pricing you re compromising service and cleanliness with an auto shop. This place has a clean lobby and a friendly, organized receptionist.I paid $44 for a synthetic blend oil change that s 69 everywhere else. Plus I was able to make an appointment.Highly recommend.

10/10 I worked with Jonathan at the Buda location and his service and team can't be beat. I had a minor repair that he quickly fixed.I was hesitant at first as i always hear horror stories of bad repair shops elsewhere but you will not find better service and a kind staff anywhere else.HONEST AND RELIABLE WORK.Thank you ME AUTO BUDA, I will def be back in the future and refer my friends and family.

Very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I could tell as soon as I talked to them over the phone. The work was done quick and 30% cheaper than quotes I got from surrounding shops. Also, got a 2 year/ 24,000 mile warranty included in service. I would use them again.

After spending half of a Friday morning driving around to different places trying to get an inspection with no luck (no inspection tech available or a "no inspections today" sign posted without explanation), I decided to give ME Auto Repair a try, and I am so glad I did. The technician in the office could not have been nicer, and he informed me that it would be about 45 minutes since there were a couple of vehicles in front of mine that had been scheduled via appointment. He explained that several of their employees are licensed inspectors, so they are pretty much always able to complete inspections at any time on any given day. I had been there for maybe 15 or 20 minutes when he told me that my vehicle was complete and had passed inspection without issue. He then said that it was "on the house" since it was my first time using them. I told him that I will gladly use them for my next synthetic oil change that is due very soon. I don't think I've ever been this impressed by an auto shop!Service: Vehicle safety inspection

This was my first visit to ME Automotive. I heard about it from a friend and Realtor.The front staff was nice and friendly. The office and waiting area was clean and welcoming.The house cat was cute as well They got my vehicle in on-time for my scheduled appointment and got me out quickly.I will definitely return here for future automotive needs. Highly recommend!

I called to see about them having time on Saturday for an inspection. The lady who helped me fit me in. When I arrived I didn t feel like I was being judged and they made me feel comfortable. The lady at the desk clearly has it together, and I got the impression she is organized. One of the mechanics came in to bring keys to the lady and he was polite.I ll be back when I need work done. I do all of my vehicles maintenance but don t touch engines, transmissions and other complicated systems. I have a feeling this place will get your vehicle rolling good. Everything was very professional and people were nice which is much appreciated!

I have been bringing all my vehicles here for the last 12 years. A relationship built on trust. The level of customer service from Jonathan and his talented autotechnicians are beyond exceptional. They take time to listen, diagnose the problem and provide a solution. Their attention to detail and knowledge to fixing cars is superb. I recommend all my friends and family.

Working with ME Automotive has been one of the best experiences with an automotive shop that I have had. They helped me with a very challenging project. Most shops would have given up or gouged me when the project became more difficult than we originally anticipated. Rather than give up, ME worked extremely hard to find a solution and get me back on the road. They communicated with me throughout the entire process, and they charged me a fair price. To say they went above and beyond my expectations is an understatement. Highly recommend this shop.
