These guys are always honest and professional. I feel like they really care about doing a good job. I have used many shops around all of Austin. My vehicles range from off-road vehicles to track cars and daily driven sports cars. Chris and Keith have always taken care of us with a smile. I m always surprised at how reasonable this shop is for the thorough job they do. The most important tell for the quality of ANY shop and team is how clean the shop & bays are. This place is top-notch! This Buda location is a gem of a place. Highly reccomend this Lambs location!

I like the 1626 location the waiting area is nice and welcoming. they have a spot you can connect your computer to wait while the car is being worked on. The front customer service men were easy to work with. I had some questions about car issues that were not related to coming in for an oil change and they took the time to answer them.

This service was amazing! My Hyundai Sonata had a check engine light and they diagnosed it and fixed it in no time! Chris stayed in communication with me at each step and worked with my schedule to get the repairs done in the same week! So fast and so kind!

I prefer taking my granddaughter's car to Lamb's Buda because of their exceptional quality and safety standards. My go to place for safety inspections, etc. No nonsense, courteous and despite the fact that they can t charge you more than $7 for an inspection they re very thorough and professional. Great waiting room/ facilities .

Very polite, professional staff. Shop and waiting area is very clean and organized.Made an appointment for 8:15 oil change but waiting a LONG time past my appointment time before they finally took my car back... where it sat for a long time again before they actually got started.

I took my Chevy Silverado to Lambs on a Monday because my transmission went out, by Friday my truck was at home. I was helped by Chris and he was always there to help and was upfront about everything, which I really appreciated. I ll recommend bringing your vehicle to Lambs if you want good service and good work in a timely manner.

Lamb s listened to me and helped me figure out what was wrong with my tire! You were right! It was the valve! Also very competitively priced oil change done in less than an hour despite being busy. I ll be back!

Took my 2018 Lincoln MKX in for a nail in a tire,(wasn t leaking bad unless the nail was pulled out). Asked them to fix tire and service while it was in their care. They called and said it was ready for pu, that it had been serviced and tire fixed and tires rotated.Took it home and noticed the nail was still in the tire and the tires were not rotated like had been agreed on. They forgot to fix the tire or it never got checked by the service manager. But did charge me! By the time I got home and notice it they were closed and didn t reopen till Monday. I returned Monday and said please fix this tire as I was charged for it and I was on a tight schedule do not rotate tires. 2hrs. later the car was brought back up front and I was told the tire was fixed and the tires were rotated even after I told them not to. Thanks to Lambs I missed my next appointment and cost me $. They also said it needed a rear windshield wiper which I had just replaced two weeks earlier. Not a very trustworthy business they will never get any of my business again that s for sure. BEWARE

DO NOT GO HERE! I went to get my tires replaced a week ago because I had a flat. The mechanic did an inspection on the car and said everything was good HOWEVER that wasn't true. 6 days later I hear a loud squeaking whistling sound and first thing comes to my mind is my breaks, but it turned out to be more. Not only did I need new brake pads the pads were so worn out that there was metal to metal contact to my rotors and scuffed and damage them all up. When I took it to another shop, I asked the mechanic there is that something that you would miss in an inspection especially when you took the tires off to rotate them and he said absolutely not. That pissed me off so much because I could have gotten this fixed before, but lambs mechanic failed to do his job or lied on the report which is unacceptable. Don't trust these people especially when they check your car and send you a car report clearly their mechanics are incompetent in doing the job properly.

They were fabulous! I called and spoke with Keith and he was super nice. He gave me the name of a towing company, called new when the car arrived and gave me updates. I will definitely take my car back there!

This local gem has super fair pricing, a good selection, and they are very efficient. I've purchased tires, and they also offer replacement warranties and roadside assistance. They are even super cheap at just fixing flats. No heavy up-selling.

This place is awesome I needed to come in and get an oil change they checked my registration and it turns out I needed an inspection and I was probably already going to get that anyway so I might as well get it and so I got that done and I used a coupon for the oil change which was super helpful. Ended up getting some new windshield wipers as well the restrooms were very clean. The lobby was real nice super open kind of wish we could put something on though on the TV but no complaints honestly everyone was super friendly and helpful.

Fast, affordable, and very professional. What more could you want in a shop that goes above and beyond to get you in and out as effortlessly as they do. I had my truck in for a tire issue and received a text outlining everything they worked on as well as maintenance items for upcoming visits and I was duly impressed that they didn t hound me to do extra work just communicated what to keep an eye on. I would highly recommend Lamb s and it looks like they ve got a new customer.

I went in for an alignment check, after having my tires rotated and balanced where I bought tires more than a year ago (at Costco). Lamb's discovered the cause of the problem and made the needed repairs in less time than they predicted, and at a reasonable cost.

I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Very professional and polite people and their facility is clean and state of the art and five stars as well. Their quality of work is second to none. They fit me in on the spur of the moment without blinking an eye! Go there get your service needs repaired and you won't regret it!!!

Keith and Chris at the front were great and very helpful. everything I asked to do was done correctly. Also thank you to the mechanics that were able to get the job done in a very quick timeline as I am leaving town in the morning. I ll be recommending this shop to all my friends in the area

Keith and the guys did a great job, and working with Carshield, I got front end tie rods replaced on both sides of my 2006 Mustang, as well as a front end alignment, brake fluid and power steering fluid both flushed so I was back on the road in a day.

Went in on a Monday morning without an appointment, I asked if they had time for an alignment. They said that there would be one car ahead of me. They offered a ride home. It was done in approximately 2hrs. The alignment seems good too!
