Honest and fair. Could have steered me towards expensive repairs but they didn t. They listened to my plans for my truck and helped me decide to trade it in. They even took pictures of it for me to use when I was negotiating at the dealership.Russell and the guys at the Buda store have my loyalty!Oh AND their facility can work on dually trucks!

I have been taking my Toyota SUV over here for a while now, and every time I go there these guys have been great. It took me a long time to find someone to work on my vehicle that I felt confident in leaving it with. Sometimes, people don't understand the unusual bond between an owner and his vehicle. lol But these guys treat your car like a baby. I've stopped by several times and when I stopped in a few days ago, I saw another customer stop by. She delivered a bunch of pizza to the staff and thanked them for helping her out of a bad situation. If free pizza delivery is not a good sign you have taken your vehicle to a great auto repair shop then I am not sure what will convince you. It's good to know that people like this still exist and work hard to do the right thing and try to help the customer. I highly recommend Austin's Automotive Specialists in Buda Texas.

Nick was very accommodating! I called in last minute because my car was making a scary noise, they took me in and fixed my car within 10 minutes I was so shocked and grateful. If you want good service, hospitable employees, and to feel like a valued customer I highly recommend seeing Austin auto motives for car problems! I will definitely be back if something else ever happens to my car :)

Russell and the team are all incredibly nice and very transparent about services your car needs without trying to oversell you on stuff that you don t. Just to the point and everything that was wrong with my car was explained in detail and I was shown the parts of my car that had been replaced so I could see the wear & tear myself. They have a great attitude in the office and I ll definitely continue to use them for future car services.

Fantastic service and support. Russel, the manager, made sure to take time to explain what exactly is going on and possible directions the repair could go. He even drew a bunch of diagrams. I understood what was going on very clearly which is the most important thing for me when it comes to this kind of repair work. I trusted them implicitly.

The guys in front office are very helpful and will go out of their way to make sure we are taken care of. The mechanics also are great guys since they will be very honest and straightforward with what is necessary to be fixed or taken care of . I have a lot of respect for these awesome people ! Much recommended for anyone needing their vehicles to be taken care of ! I have been coming here for the last 5 years and still am satisfied with their services.

The service manager Russell was extremely professional. He gave me honest feedback and suggested I don t do a certain service because it wasn t necessary. He answered my questions honestly. Never got the feeling I was being hustled or he was trying to take advantage of the situation. Will be back for future services.

They know me and my car event though I'm not there often. If there's ever and issue, they fix it simple as that. Russell is respectful of people's time and I know it's gonna be a fast, easy experience every time.

Stopped in on a Friday morning for a vehicle inspection and they were able to accommodate me right away. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Great service and kind people - can't ask for much more.

Had came in for an oil change and the service upfront was great. They were a little busy but still took time to give a overall vehicle inspection. Have 60k so there was some recommendations. That I will be doing with them. Quality service and hospitality. Buda A.A.S great place to go have work done. Highly recommend

I had a busy week of driving ahead of me and wasn t able to fill up my gas tank because of the filtration issue. A neighbor recommended I go here and I m so glad I did. They were able to get me in right away and I had my car back within 24 hours. Friendly service and clear explanations Of what was going on with my car. I will definitely be back.

I needed to get my horn fixed. I called them, the got me in right away and had it ready the next morning. They were able to fix the radiator as well and got my oil changed. I was very satisfied with the work done and price was reasonable. I m happy with the results and I will continue to use this place for all my cars.

Have used them for state inspections for years, and always have a positive experience with all the staff. Recently had an oil change, and all went smoothly. Appreciate the online coupons, and the online payment option, as well.

After my tire burst on the highway, I needed help changing it. My car has custom rims, which means the lug nuts are also custom. A mechanic from another shop years ago forgot to return the lug nut key. However, my regular mechanics and other shops I ve been to have never encountered a problem removing my tires. I arrived here for help to change the flat tire out. The man at the desk asked if I had the lug nut key for the rims, and I explained the above. He told me there was nothing he could do. I asked if he could at least see and try a few sockets, and he said no. Lol I just needed help. I was exhausted, and he didn t even try. I would understand if he took a look and tried out a few sockets but no, he said I could take it to another shop 4 miles down the road. So, I m currently sitting outside of this shop and waiting an hour and a half for a tow truck to go to another shop. What a waste.UPDATE: I had my car towed to another shop that actually came out to see my rims and turns out, a regular, millimeter socket works out just fine. The mechanic showed me and tested all lug nuts. How much time would I have saved if Austin s Automotive Specialists just checked out the rims before saying they couldn t help me?UPDATE2: I asked for the man to look AND try out a few sockets, not just look at them. He refused to even try. Of course I wasn t going to wait days for my tire to be changed out on a holiday weekend.

The guys are super cool and very quick! My family and I have been using AAS for years and Russel's always been a standup guy. If they notice another major problem they're sure to tell me before doing any work that may not actually solve the issue I brought it in for and always get the job done quicker than expected!

They were great in a time of trouble; nobody likes a broken down vehicle. Squeezed me in, we re empathetic, and fair prices. They go by the book price/time. I appreciate that. Know I m not getting scammed.

Overall a good experience. First time customer here. So far, my car is operating great, they did a great job diagnosing a wheel/brake problem and fixing it, along with routine maintenance. My only complaint is that there was some grease left on the driver's seat. I was able to clean it off with some dish soap but obviously not ideal. I will still plan on coming back but details like this do matter.

After 3 prior shops and not knowing what the shops had done before getting our vehicle or even whatvthe original issue was, the team at AAS were able to get us back on the road. We are grateful for their efforts and recommend them to everyone.

I came in to get my car check engine light looked at I was just trying to get it look at I was fine with the fee I was told I would have to leave my car I was just wanting them to find out what was wrong with my car so thay could order the parts and I would bering my car back when the parts came in the person was very pushing on me leaving my carCome to see when I got back in my car the light went off.I WILL NEVER COME TO ANY OF THERE LOCATIONS AGAIN.

They told me my ball joints were bad and I need sway bar end links because the nuts were loose.My ball joints are brand new. Liars. They told me truck needs $2100 in work and didn t do the alignment. Complete waste of time. Theses people are only here to take advantage of the unknowing. Take you business elsewhere. I m a mechanic. I knowService: Steering & suspension repair

I just moved from Houston to San Marcos. I gotta say, it's been a long time since I've trust a mechanic to do the right thing. The response on the phone was perfessional, with my questions answered. They sourced parts, performed the labor, and saved me quite a bit of money in the process! New to the area, I needed my car inspected in order to get Texas plates. Not only did Austin's Automotive provide a same day appointment, they walked me through the best locations to get plates and a driver's license. Saved me tons of time!

I don't like to leave negative reviews, 3 stars because they did fix some things... but I went back multiple time to fix the same issue and it was never fixed... spent over $3,000 as a disabled veteran and single mom... that was too hard of a hit for it to not be fixed.... not saying they are bad, I just felt like a number and not a human

Austin's Automotive has been servicing our cars for years and we are so grateful! We used to visit the location on Parmer, and are now in Buda. Everyone on the team in Buda is fantastic! They are always flexible and helpful and get the cars fixed up right and right away! Thank you for keeping us safe on the roads.
