Go to ATX Bimmer if you want your BMW or Mini or European Model fixed right and at a fair price. The employees of ATX not only know cars, but their customer experience and car education is Top Notch and is 5 Star Worthy.I took my R53 06 Mini Cooper S in for my water pump and some electrical and exhaust work and the staff was so helpful in informing me of my options and what was necessary at that time to tackle.Thanks ATX Bimmer- I'll be BACK....Services: Electrical repair, Exhaust, Auto water leak repair, General repairs & maintenance

Super accommodating on scheduling and they do a good job. And bonus: when I picked my car up following the service, the mechanic spent about 10-15 min. going over things to watch for now that my BMW 328i is approaching 100k miles. My second experience with ATX Bimmer was even better than the first. William, Patrick and the team are all very knowledgeable and professional. The team here performed a detailed and thorough diagnostic + safety check on my car. They took the time to review each repair and explain it's urgency (or lack there of.) They answered all my questions and even took the time to make the adjustments I requested. The repair costs were much lower than the dealership, and they were even willing to find the overlap in the repair labor. To take it one step further, they accommodated my provided parts, and were even willing to install some bolt on performance parts in conjunction with the repairs. I was kept informed throughout the whole process, and my completion date was sooner than promised. I have had two exceptional experiences with this location and will continue to bring my BMW and Mini here for work.

Patrick has been absolutely wonderful to work with for any issues that have come up with my mini f55. He s gone above and beyond and been able to diagnose and address problems in a timely manner. Other bmw specific shops I ve tried have required you to leave the car with them for 2+ days just for them to perform diagnostics, not including service and repair; which is ridiculous and usually not a feasible option for me to just be without transportation for 2+ days. Atx bimmer has always been able to get me in for same day service or able to schedule service within a reasonable timeframe and so far I ve never had to leave my car for multiple days. Excellent experience, well worth the drive.

This mechanism is very poor labor had my BMW suppose to be repaired the broke my gas line wasn t starting my car while iit was sitting for Months i tried to contact them will not return calls after my car was damage I wouldn t trust this shop very unprofessional, they will find thing wrong with your car that isn t true please BEWARE cr repairs are not cheap on are vehicles but to have people like this to purposely do what they did it s sad but they forgotten God still in control, I pray for the wicked.Rodgers,

Sorry if you use this body shop to have repairs done my BMW 750 LI my insurance company was paying for the repairs, when I received my car I had damaged it inside my engine I tried to contact them and speak to them and they won t take my calls It s no possibility of trying to get a hold of them, they weren t professional they wasn t communicating like they needed to they re not to be trusted especially on my vehicle now I have a BMW that an adjuster saying that the damages that was done was not there before and they tried to deny it I would never use this company again a bunch of Flixster s tell you anything you want to hear and if they don t get their way you can just imagine what s coming next beware . Karma in life will get them.

ATX Bimmer has worked on both my Mini and 330i and I have found them to be friendly and courteous. My experience has been very positive there. ATX Bimmer is a very transparent company. I had many repairs to my vehicle, but they were all handled with care and professionalism. It took some time to get my vehicle back, but it was understandable for the amount of repairs it needed. They are an honest company that is fairly priced. I ve always gone to the dealership, but I am very impressed with how my vehicle and I were handled. I will definitely continue to bring my vehicle to them for service and maintenance and recommend them to anyone else with a BMW. We all know that car trouble can come at unexpected times and be super stressful. These guys did a great job and made the whole process easy and stress free. Just recently brought an 07 535i in for pulleys, belts, oil filter housing gasket and o rings for the oil cooler. 5/5 these guys did an excellent job. This helped me with preventative maintenance before the leak slipped the belt.They provided me with a quote for additional service that'll be needed soon. Had everything ready in two days. Just a great experience. James and I shared some stories for a half hour when I came to pick up too. Great staff. Even cleaned off the excess oil from the front of the block. I ve brought my BMW E92 into ATX Bimmer a couple of times over the last year or so for several things, from oil changes to more major repairs. While I appreciate their professionalism, speed on the job, and quality of the repairs, it seems that EVERY time I bring my car in for something, there are multiple (costly) unforeseen issues that get added on to the bill. Be prepared to pay more than you initially anticipated.

Amazing business! I had my BMW towed to their shop, and after they diagnosed it, James spent lots of time talking to me about possible options. Although I got bad news about my car, James thoroughly listened to me and gave me honest answers, all the way through. Great experience with ATX Bimmer.

Woke up to a no start before work on a Monday morning. Searched the web for a place close by and had it towed in. They were extremely busy, but managed to diagnose my starter as the culprit and took care of a few other nagging issues within a few days. Honest people, good prices, and great service. Took my Gem to these guys. The tech who worked on my car, Daniel, ordered a part he thought he was going to have to brake to service my car, he didnt break it. He then walked through and educated me on a lot of stuff about my car that I didnt know,[I also am a bmw mechanic]The bill was less $ than i was originally quoted, im 100% confident in these guys, including the guy in the office, i forget his name, possibly the owner?Thanks guys!
