These people are completely incompetent. First, they quoted me WAY over the cost of labor...knowing that, I still went forward with the repairs, until they continued trying to get more and more out of me through lies and deceit. I kept countering with LOGIC and common sense (something they clearly lack), until I finally had to leave because they were such jokes. Real men don't have to scam people to make a living. Their work speaks for itself. Not only did they misdiagnose what was actually needed, but the blond guy threw a minor tantrum when I asked for my keys. It was truly embarrassing to watch grown men stammer through trying to scam a female obviously smarter than them. Misdiagnosing and overcharging can mean only one of two things: Incompetence/stupidity or scamming. So which is it guys? You choose.

All I can say is WOW! Todd and his staff are absolutely amazing. We just bought our first RV and had a pretty hard dismount at our camp site. We had a metal on metal noise on our back wheel and thought for sure we were toast. We called around and EVERYBODY in the area said take it to Todd. Sure enough he found the issue, repaired it, and took the time to educate us as he worked on it. That s so rare these days and is beyond priceless. I wish there were more than 5 stars. FYI I know you are reading this because it s so hard to find a trustworthy mechanic. Look no further.

These guys did a great job on my old truck. Everyone is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and the customer service was great as well. I will definitely be using them in the future! Five stars!

We love Quick Brakes, but I cannot lie, I do miss seeing Chris and Kaitlyn s smiling faces behind the counter. They made my day just a little bit better. They always remembered my name; my cars; and welcomed me with a smile. I would go out of my way to take my cars & trucks to Quick Brakes solely because of Chris and Kaitlyn. While the boys are doing a fine job in their absence, they cannot replace Chris and Kaitlyn. Gotta love Quick Brakes but it makes us sad that the ladies have handed over the reins to the men. Change is always hard but this change is a tough one to swallow.Service: Oil change

Fantastic organization! Customer service , customer service customer service. Yes I said that 3 times! Trust is a valuable thing. I ran my business with trust as the centerpiece and that's what these folks are all about. In a culture losing its way these folks are a beacon of light for your automotive needs. Highly recommend!

Chris and Todd the new owners are very awesome! They pay great attention to detail and have the best customer service. The lobby here is very nice to wait in with a coffee bar, snacks, and drinks. I m excited to see this place finally open!

Todd and Chris are the best. If you need service work done, bring it here. Everyone is very nice. The front office and service crew treat everyone with respect. We have had quite a bit of service work done here, and we have zero complaints.

We had a huge problem w our battery hook up on our RV and Todd Knew exactly what to do immediately. And with a smile and friendly attitude!! We could not have continued on our trip without his excellent service. Hard to beat a family owned business too! Todd s beautiful wife and daughter were quick to greet us with a smile too! I recently had oil gaskets replaced on my vehicle. During the process the mechanic found that the turbo was cracked. Todd and Christy worked continously with the extended warranty company that I hadAfter numerous call ,they were able to reach an agreement and got the claim processed. Thank you all for taking the time to help me get my vehicle fixed. You guys ROCK!

Honest service! The lady,Kris, I believe. Was straight forward with honest pricing after diagnosis. Gave the option to do the work with a quote before just doing it and charging after the fact. Nice people

5 STARS!!! This car repair center gets my vote - and my money - for being high integrity and high competency. They did a brake job, suspension work, and alignment on my Lincoln MKX. And then replaced the body mounts on our older model Ford Expedition EL. Without me asking, they showed me the old parts they replaced. And they did it all at a fraction of the dealership's costs. PLUS, they're only 4 miles from Inks Lake.If your car needs repair, you can trust these folks!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim, Wheel alignment, Brakes

This is a family owned and operated business which is rare these days! Their customer service is fantastic and you won't find better quality workmanship. They take pride in every aspect of doing business. Price quotes are very fair and best of all they are HONEST!!! I won't take my care anywhere else!

Worst communication EVER!!! People working in the shop don't inform person in office or vice versa. Had our vehicle towed there after not starting. We checked battery, no starter problems either. Our truck sat there for 9 days before anyone looked at it! It was the chip in the key. 12 days later after numerous calls, we finally have our truck back."TODD" was so rude. Second time he has been an A-hole. DONE! Had a lot of work done previously on both vehicles. IF YOURE TOO BUSY TO TAKE ON MORE WORK, LET THE CUSTOMER KNOW SO THEY CAN MAKE AN INFORMED DECISION BASED ON THEIR NEEDS! We had a tire literally fall off our travel trailer and were lucky enough to have it happen just a couple of miles from their shop. We limped in there and Todd fixed us up so quickly. He calmed our nerves and was just such a nice and honest person. He was super knowledgeable (even on our 1954 camper) and got us right back on our way. We are so thankful for all of them, especially Todd! Will absolutely be repeat customers!Service: Tires

This is a one stop shop! I needed tires, alignment & state inspection & I was able to do it ALL in one stop & it didn t take all day. I didn t have to tote my child all over town to get all 3 services at different places. They were extremely quick on getting back to us with a quote & getting us in. They make you feel super comfortable & explain the work they completed to you in a way you can understand. They are kid friendly (which is a plus, you don t find places like this around much) offer snacks, drinks & coffee. Chris & Todd are some outstanding people & we will definitely be back!

We stopped on our way to Rockaway RV park, in the middle of the week due to battery issues. They were extremely busy, but took time to diagnose the situation and Todd fixed it Johnny on the Spot . The entire staff were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. If you have any type of brake, mechanic, or battery issues in Central Texas ..it would benefit you to bring your vehicle to QB for all repairs! Todd and Chris are great people. I had both children with me and needed a tire patched and my AC checked. The waiting room they have is great to keep children entertained and the snacks certainly help. Todd explained everything in great detail and Chris was super helpful in making sure my kids stayed entertained. Highly recommend there shop to anybody I talk to.

Wednesday afternoon on my way back home from Llano I could tell there was something wrong with the brakes on my car. I remember there was a new brake place on highway 29 Buchanan dam so I drove there. I was really happy when they could take me in right then and there. The owner and his wife were very friendly and accommodating. Their prices are reasonable and their work was quick. They're waiting room is very family-friendly. They also do other types of mechanic work not just brakes. I found out they have been open there a little over 3 months. They are a very welcomed asset to the neighborhood. I highly recommend quick breaks what used to lube & tire.

Very pleased with the work done at Quick Brakes. I have a motorhome and Todd was quite knowledgeable in my tires and air conditioning problems. I am from Ohio and I truly believe he treated me as if I was a regular customer. Got home safe. Thanks Jim

This is the friendliest and most professional place I have ever been. From offering very clear quotes on a variety of tire brands to a pick-up/delivery service while getting a/c work done so I wouldn t have to wait with my baby. These people are such a blessing!

Noticed I had ran over something & it cut my tire, I got in touch with Caitlin on Monday & she ordered a new tire just in case. The tire arrived at the shop Tuesday before noon! She let me know it was there & I went to have it checked & sure enough I needed that new tire! Service was very professional & quick. They also have a spot for kids & are super kid friendly unlike most places I ve been to in the past. They also do way more than just brakes & tires! :) definitely give them a callService: Tires

They are very reasonable on there price and take pride in there work . It doesn't matter who u are they will be willing to make sure u are tooken care of, the gentleman that changed my tires was very respectful and professional. I was on my way from dallas to llano and got a low fuel pressure indicator. Pulled in and Todd came out and helped us right away. Very professional crew . Clean shop and waiting room.
