Excellent service and quick turn around. Installed an inverter, lithium battery and cut-off switch. "Inverter ready" doesn't mean much and they ended up having to run more wires and add more things. Very professional job! I had them put on a sewer hose holder, install the KoolRV (again, more trouble than the directions indicated). They went out of their way to contact the manufacturer of my SoftStart unit and after a Facetime with the company, they determined the part was bad. I picked up the camper and brought it back when the replacement part came in and they got it all working. (They had offered to come out to my place in Snook, but I happened to be going right by there and dropped it off.) They also devised a small strut to keep one of my cabinet doors open that opens upward. They even contacted Chad's Mobile RV wash for me and had the rig washed and waxed while it was there. I'm a very happy camper!

Marcus and Dylan are courteous and committed to excellence. They considered my schedule and completed the work on time. The quote for work to be done was fair, and they delivered as promised. They focus on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. I recommend them and will return to them the next time I need my trailer serviced. Thank you guys!!

We called Marcus about several issues with our RV and he had us drop it off the very next evening so he could start investigating. The following afternoon he had an estimate ready, walked us through the problems and solutions over the phone, then did the work and was ready for us to pick it back up by that evening. On the way home a pesky problem that of course didn t show up until we drove away suddenly reappeared, and Marcus had us bring it immediately back to the shop. He and his son Dylan interrupted their dinner prep to do more detective work to solve our problem, which they did, and we were on our way again. We ended up with yet another issue (something new) after we got our RV back home and they were immediately willing to drive to us the following day to do the final fix. Talk about great customer service! We are extremely pleased with this first experience with them. They were both super helpful and friendly, interested in doing what was best for us and our RV, didn t talk down to us in any way, and gave plenty of explanations for what they recommended. Definitely a 5-star experience!

Wonderful people! Owner Marcus and son Dylan are super guys and know what they re talking about. The first time I used them they had to repair the floor on one of my slide outs. The last time they came and replaced one of my A/Cs that had been giving me problems for the last couple of seasons. Prices are responsible and they will treat you right. If you re needing something fix end I m sure they can take care of you. Marcus has been working on RVs for over 30 years so he s probably seen and fixed it all.

I stopped for a replacement part. Marcus and his son Dylan were very friendly and helpful. My part was reasonably priced. Overall great experience. It looks like they do everything RV related. I would highly recommend this shop for any RV needs!

Marcus and Dylan embody the word Teamwork! Great customer service and technical skills, Professional, Fair, and uncompromising integrity. You will not find better service. I will not take my RV for service /repairs anywhere. I recently took a month long trip to Tetons, Yellowstone, Rocky Mountains etc.... Had them give my RV a look over before the trip and had zero problems on the road.

We had Marcus at RV Repair work on our new 2022 RV - correcting many things that should have been done correctly at the factory and he and his staff did an outstanding job. We were loading the RV for a trip and a strong rain (downpour style) rain started. We waited for it to stop and proceeded to pack for our trip. When we opened the door we found a flooded floor and a pouring leak from the slide-out. I called Marcus right away and he was as shocked as we were since he had done some repairs and fixed many things that were not done correctly that caused us many problems. We took it back for him to see what was happening this time. He found the problem right away and fixed it. He kept the RV over night since it was going to rain again and he wanted to be sure everything was fixed and not leaking. He went out during the rain to check for leaks and potential problems. He didn t find any so we picked up the next morning and headed to the lake. Marcus even washes & dried the soaked towels we had on the floors to soak up the rain water. We are so thankful that we can depend on Marcus and his staff !!

Called The RV Shop to take a look at my camper roof to inspect and see if it needed to be resealed. The RV Shop got me in same day and conducted the maintenance in a couple of days. Not only did they conduct the work I requested, but they went the extra mile to test for leaks and offer other repairs I didn t even know I needed, but would have been a surprise on my next camping trip. Would defiantly recommend!

I d like to thank Marcus at The RV Shop for supporting my wife and I over Good Friday and Easter Weekend when all the other competitors weren t open! We contacted him Thursday evening about our toilet breaking, he ordered a replacement that night and installed it the next day after it arrived. If you need honest and straight forward service, we highly recommend The RV Shop!

I was unable to get the hot water tankless heater to work on my class A RV. I called and they gave me ideals on how to fix the problem before they had to come to correct the problem. They took care of several other issues. I received excellent service from these two men. You will not regret it

Marcus did a great job getting our Alliance 5th wheel into the shop and repairs made, including interfacing with our third party warranty service provider to get repairs approved. We will definitely be back if service is needed. Thorough and professional!

We highly recommend The RV Shop! The AC on our 2006 horse trailer was the original& we knew it needed to be replaced. Not only did The RV Shop replace it, they also relocated the thermostat since it was under a vent & beside the mattress & bedding. Instead of leaving an open hole where the thermostat had been located, they added a USB charging station! You never have enough of those! Our water heater was leaking so The RV Shop repaired it AND added a switch to make it dual fuel. So we can use electricity as well as propane to heat our water. Our awning had seen better days & The RV Shop replaced it as well with a no seam awning. The exterior plugs needed new covers plus one was for cable tv cables which is outdated. Now one is a USB charging station! The RV Station also had our trailer washed for us. It looks great. They were wonderful to work with and had great ideas. We highly recommend them!!

Guys did a great job! Came out on site and fixed several trailers at the horse show over the weekend! Had time to check out our a/c and let us know we did not need anything at this time. Did not take advantage of the situation to make a sell!! Would recommend!

Had my manual awning rip off from a bad wind storm. Marcus and Dylan came out that day to secure it. Then had me a new electric awning installed the very next day. The only people I will trust with my RV repairs. Highly recommend!

I can t say enough about this fabulous father and son duo. We couldn t get the slide out no mater what my husband and son in law did (and they are both mechanics) We called and they came with in 10 minutes on a Sunday. They are closed on Sunday!!!!! The had it out in less than 30 minutes. They answered some major prayers for us. I will not call anyone else if my daughter and son in law need help ever again. Thank you so much both of you are greatly appreciated.
