I can t say enough about how phenomenal the folks at Texas Customs were. These guys worked so hard to help me fix my motorhome after I hit a deer. It was intensely slowed down by my insurance company, but Houston, Matt, and Chris kept fighting for me to get my RV fixed. The work they did on it was unbelievable too. Custom parts to replace discontinued pieces, they handled body and chassis work. They were top notch from start to finish. The attention to detail that they had and the determination to not just get it done, but get it done right was so refreshing. This is what a repair shop should be. To notch service, great communication, and outstanding results. Thank you all so much for getting us back on the road and looking better than ever. I took my Newmar Dutch Star RV in to get work done and was thinking it was going to cost me a lot $$$$$, it was not even 1/2 the cost that I was thinking. Matt and Danny was so helpful and very knowledgeable. These guys are the best and very honest. I will be back for sure. If, I could give 30 stars I would. It s hard to find a shop that you can trust but, I did.Thank you Texas Customz and have a blessed Christmas.

Purchased New RAM 3500 for commercial purposes from dealership in Dallas. Moving the Ranch Hand bumper and fuel cell in truck bed over from my 2020 RAM 2500 was part of the deal that they couldn't fulfill. That was my first mistake, not having Truck Customs involved at this point. And after visiting a second dealership with the same miserable results, my Truck Customs service manager (Houston Fowler) sprung into action. Assessed the job and formulated a plan to complete the work the next business day! Fabricated and Installed the missing brackets on the RH bumper, transfered over factory sensors, customized wiring harness and scheduled a third party company to re-calibrate the adaptive cruise control and collision avoidance. This all while simultaneously fabricating a custom deflector for my turbo intercooler. Pure magic executed with military precision! And it looks Thank you Houston! Great job....And also, I must say the Machinist there (Dave) obviously enjoys his work and is VERY good at what he does. Which I'm certain is everything he touches.Finally, I spoke with the owner Chris Moore. This is a man that is very serious about service and customer retention. He has built a winning team there at Truck Customs, and I am looking forward to our business in the future. Good job sir! Thank you....

Houston and Chris at Texas Customz are super honest, and were very supportive throughout the whole purchasing, installation, and payment processes. Honestly I walked in without much knowledge to what I needed or wanted, and they did a great job finding out what s available and laying everything out. Will absolutely recommend to everyone!

In September 2023, I had Texas Customz install a Rangemaster Falcon 2 towbar, baseplate on my 30" Motorhome and a Demco Stay IN Play braking system on my towed vehicle -2014 Honda CRV. The installation was great. I have used this setup on several long trips and everything worked flawlessly. Chris, Davey and Matt are knowledgeable, great to work with and stand by their products. Appreciated their testing of the system and customer overview on the set up. I highly recommend this business. Will definitely use them again.

Had them install a 6112/5160 Bilsteins with a BMC, 2 Icon spring in the back and 285s put on! Called multiple shops around town, but the only one that would even attempt a BMC! Very well done work! They worked with my crazy schedule and kept me in the loop. Will return for future projects on my 4Runner!

Honest options, quality results, reasonable prices. Chris has been my go to guy from aftermarket customizations to OEM repairs & Maintenance for the past 10 years on all of my vehicles. I Can t say enough good things about this shop. If your looking for honesty and quality over a quick commission sale, this is the place you need to pull your vehicle into. Amazing crew and management.

They have done work on my last 3 vehicles and I was treated fairly and got great service with every one of them. Recently I tried to get in to get minor work done and was told they were far too busy to get to it for at least a week or two, but instead of ending it there they recommended another very reputable local shop that I previously knew and trusted unbeknownst to them to get the work done. That kind of honesty and willingness to help even if they don't get the business means a lot, and it definitely means they will continue to get my future business when applicable.

Today this shop earned a customer of a lifetime.I had a pre scheduled health check at another shop on a 2009 CTS V that I was looking at trading my truck for, however the other shop doing the health check canceled on me last minute, and created a hell of a bind in my plans. It was difficult because both parties, me and the owner of the CTSV, had taken off work and made pre arrangements for this to workout.However, on a last ditch effort I called up Texas Customs and it was the best decision I ever made.Davie worked with me all day from early morning past lunch doing a health check on this car to find out it wasn t quite up to par. Davie was very very knowledgeable about performance upgrades and just what to check for as well as to what can cause weird noises or be potential future issues. I ve been into cars my whole life and Davie was able to point out several issues with the car that I would have never even seen!! Davie also went into detail pulling up sketchy tunes from the previous owners and running the car, data logging to see how the car was performing.The front staff did great helping me out as well and the shop has a lot of cool projects all the time.Good job Texas Customs, its hard to find quality shops in todays world.

Chris and the guys are great. They have used their equipment and expertise to make me custom brackets/signs and their work has always been excellent. The guy that is complaining about it taking an hour to get his truck the shop has obviously never been to a shop where unfortunately sometimes they get backed up and can't get right on it even though they would love to. I have another shop in town and sometimes we get stuck on a job and it takes longer than we planned. That being said, Chris and his crew have made my life easier on a number of occasions. Thank you for the great service!

I manage a storage company in College Station and we had some repairs that needed done on our box truck. I was referred to Texas Customs and was given service to exceed my expectations. They did top level work on the truck quicker than I expected. They charged a very comfortable and affordable amount to complete the work. They will have all my business going forward and I ve already referred them to people I know. Thanks guys!

My first experience with Texas Customs was very positive so I returned when I needed the same service again. I was amazed by what the service tech showed me for saving money by reducing their sales income. The Boss Ashley knows what the tech did for me & was just fine with it. These are good people!!

We are travelling across the US in our RV and we had a problem with our Blue OX tow bar. We called them and "Nick" ordered the parts that we needed and had them available when we arrived. The repair was done promptly and at a fair price. We were very pleased with the service and quality of their work. Highly recommend.

I have had 3 different trucks worked on here and theyve always done a great job. I had the most recent one in this past week for a lift and they did awesome, had it done in one day, looks great. Always been friendly, honest, and reliable. Ill put it like this- I am from B/CS originally but live 2 1/2 hours away in east texas now. And anytime that i need anything done to my trucks, I WILL drive 2 1/2 hours just for the peace of mind i get by having them worked on at Texas Customs. Highly recommend to anyone.

This place is great. I had a big dent in my bumper and they sold me a take off. I was a little skeptical about the fitment but the guy I talked to assured me that it would fit. I got it on and it looks great. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, after hours of research I found nothing about the compatability of these bumpers and they knew right off that it would work. They really know their stuff!

Amazing customer service! I went in the shop with a list of parts I needed for an issue with my truck. Almost immediately, Chris came out from behind the counter and said "put away your card, lets go for a ride". He drove my truck, showed me several tips and tricks, and explained my issue (a 70-74mph vibration) was actually something very easy that I could fix myself. I asked how much I owed (since every other shop in town charges a $120+ 'diagnostic fee') and he said "no charge". I grew up in this area and have dealt with almost every shop in town and have now found a new home. Any shop that says they value honesty over revenue is where my loyalty lies. If you have any truck accessory need, suspension, aftermarket part or upgrade, this is the shop in the Brazos Valley to visit. Texas Customs will get my business from now on.

Fantastic quality and service!I thought my converted cargo trailer was a goner, and was ready to replace it.. Texas Customs not only saved it, they made it better than new!! The upgraded axles have been an absolute lifesaver! They also worked with my hectic schedule, as I use the trailer daily and can't be out of service for very long.I'm taking it back next month to have some more work done, and look forward to doing business with them again! A++!

Texas Customs is definitely where you wanna take your baby as my husband calls his truck lol. The guys here are amazing! Weve been a couple times so far and keep finding ourselves coming back! They know what theyre doing, friendly, very reasonably priced and reasonably timed as well! Theyre not the type of place to try to screw you out of as much money as possible, as ive dealt with several times and actually went to them after dealing with so many crooks! Theyre honest and reliable! They also are very good with communication which is a big thing for me as well. A lot of places ignore you, never call you back, etc that is NOT the case here in fact if you dont answer them they call again to make sure theyre able to speak with you about whatever you may have called about, ordered etc! They even sent me to the GMC dealership they often use nearby to see about getting stock parts ordered to be delivered to them and then have them install. It was all super easy i didnt even have to look up a phone number they did all of that for me! You cant go wrong with them! Youll thank me for this recommendation later these guys are awesome!

Texas customs has excellent customer service, I'm often greeted by name when I walk in. I'm treated fairly and with respect. I dont know alot when it comes to auto care but they always take their time to explain it to me. The owner Chris is so nice, such a family man. I've taken my car there before when another shop said I need and expensive fix. I took it to Chris for a second opinion and ended up saving a ton of money when he did not recommend that expensive fix. I wasn't even charged for him taking a look. They have definitely won me over. I often feel like shops try to sell me stuff because I'm a woman and "don't know". Texas customs has never tried to sell me anything I don't need. CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!!!

The staff did a great job installing the lift on my Tahoe and have really been helpful working out any kinks in the system. I highly recommend these guys. They really know their business and provide great service.

It's hard to find a mechanic that truly cares but the Brazos Valley has an absolute gold mine with Texas Customs. They are extremely honest and will go over and beyond to please their customers. We have had them work on several of our vehicles and are always very pleased with the service we receive.

Called several times and left a message twice asking for a quote on some work I am needing to get done. They did call me back after the first call telling me I needed to speak to Chris but never received a call and not a single call was returned after that first call. I was referred to them by several people and really wanted to work with them but ended up having to go elsewhere.

Took an aftermarket bumper to get sprayed and they just sprayed over old paint and got over spray on my truck. Also have taken money from people without fixing their trucks properly or within a week the vehicles they work on start having problems. Would not recommend going here.

Came to Texas Customs on the recommendation of a friend and they did not disappoint. They installed my new front struts for a fair price as well as fixing another problem in my suspension. While on the lift the tech found that my motor mounts were broken and probably saved me thousands by catching that. Nobody in College Station is as friendly and professional as Chris. I will be coming back!

These guys are great!! I am from out of town and had a work traile break an axle on me and needed it back very quickly . Not only did they do a good job with my trailer, but they did it quickly and we're very fair and friendly. I highly recommend this shop.
