It was very nice, They went above and beyond on my expectations, even had my car washed without a charge, the techs were quick and perfect, I got my tires rotated and a a important points inspection done. And the parts and oil thy used are OEM!every time Sterling Autogroup is the best choice

My car kept giving me an alert to shift to park every time I parked that was faulty. I had the service check on it and they gave me a quoted for over $500 to replace a parking sensor. The part needed to be ordered so it was going to take a few days. However, after leaving the service the shift to park stopped being a problem. It seems to me that the sensor was loose and not faulty. The part did not needed to be replace just adjusted. So the issue was fixed but if they would have had the part in stock they would have charged me $500 and replaced it without me knowing it was not faulty. I do not trust their assessment anymore.

Everyone was very kind, patient, knowledgeable, and communicative. I so appreciated being given a ride to my alternate vehicle after dropping off my truck, as well as being given an accurate estimate for when it would be ready. Sterling Service has our business, for sure!

My husband and I bought our first brand new car together and it was a wonderful experience. Tony Walker helped me from day one when I was just browsing online. He didn't pressure me at all. He followed up with me and met up with me for an initial look around just to feel out what we were searching for. We then scheduled an appointment with him for the following day to make final decisions. We closed the deal in no time yesterday and we are very happy with our decision. Tony made us feel so comfortable and took wonderful care of us. He is super knowledgeable about the cars he is selling which gives me as a customer more confidence in my buying experience. He was a delightful person all the way around. I highly recommend stopping by and giving him a chance to earn your business. You won't regret it!

Do not recommend taking your vehicle here for service. I brought my new pickup here the other day for an oil change and tire rotation. When I went to pickup my truck I noticed old oil all over my truck there were also large scratches all over my driver's side front fender from the service guy dragging the oil hose all over it. Was told they were going to order parts to fix it but haven't heard anything back from them. Do not recommend this place at all.

So first time I bought a used car since prices are so expensive. Went to CARFAX and found a 2020 GMC Yukon Denali to replace our 2008. Josh seemed helpful. I flew down from Colorado, rented a car, drove over and stayed the night. Met Josh saw the rig and liked it but had a few blemish's. I realize it is used. Worked the deal even after the Sales Manager lied to me over a $100. Hey is it still a $100.Started driving home got up to Fort Worth and the low tire light comes on. Had to fill with air 2 more times to get home. Let Josh know. Didn't care. Got home took it in and bent rim. $1000 later for new rim and alignment. On my way. Then headliner and left front trim piece started rattling. Turns out the headliner had been taken down that put up half a.. I took it into my local GM dealer and had them look at it. They confirmed that whomever did the work did not, in any way, do it right. I mentioned the A/C didn't seemed to be cooling that well. Turns out it hardly had any agent in it as it had a crack in manifold. After fixing these problems I am in it $4000.00. I was told at time of purchase that I was in luck because it had a Certified 12 Month Used Car Warranty since it had been maintained at the dealer for its life cycle. Well as you can imagine it doesn't. I have put only 2K miles since purchase. After many calls to Josh's VM and the new Sales Manager Patrick, who said, oh I will check into it and get back to you, it has been nothing but crickets! I would steer clear of this dishonest dealer and everyone in it. They are the reason people hate Car Dealers. I guess they say there is a sucker born every minute. Looks like that is me! And I have to try to explain this to my wife. I'm sure all the sales guys are standing at the counter of their Sales Manager's desk and laughing about how they soaked another customer. Need less to say I will never return and tell everyone not to buy here.

We went into the Sterling dealership in Bryan TX because my wife received a discount letter from y'all. We went in and started a conversation one of the sales people. He kept pushing and pushing for us to purchase a vehicle. Before you know it we in the room to where you sign the contract of purchase. In all of this time we are constantly asking to see the vehicle. They kept telling us that it is getting cleaned out and washed. So out of the pushing and nagging we went and signed the paperwork sight unseen. Remember all of this time we were asking to see the vehicle and they kept putting it off. Then the first time we saw the vehicle was they it for us to take home. We were very pissed off because this not the vehicle that we wanted. We tried to set up some time to fix a few things that they promised to fix and again they put us off. I finally get pissed enough that I got ahold of the bank it was financed through and told them what happened at the dealership. We asked them what can we do about it. This not a repo this was a voluntary return as the bank to take it to them. They also said this would not go my credit report because this was a voluntary return. Well low and behold it was put on my credit report as a repo. So to make a long story short we were screwed from the dealership and the bank. We also received letter from the bank or dealer ship saying that the vehicle was in a serious wreck and that my name was not taken off of the title so that was added to my credit report. I would appreciate it if you would would stop sending me any of your sales items or that pertains to your business in any way shape or form. I was screwed by you, your company, and the bank that you go through. No I am not satisfied AT ALL!!!!!!! FROM ADAM ALVARADO

Horrible place. Will sell you a dead beat car and make sure you can't use your warranty. Got a car last year, drove it for a couple weeks then they had it in their shop for over a month before telling us the cam shaft was bad, only got to drive that car for 16 days. They tried to make it right by making us put down a second down payment on a different car so we would no longer have to make payments on the other and just worry about the new one. Same day I got home, check engine light came on. Bad o2 sensors. Got those fixed, 5 months later, bad water pump and blown head gasket. I would never suggest this place to my worst enemy. Been a terrible experience since the very start. Took over 50 days to even get plates, I cannot wait to be rid of this place one I pay off this junker and sell it.

My service experience was excellent from the scheduling start to picking up my vehicle. The scheduler was efficient and collected all the information necessary to identify the problem and make the appointment at a time that was convenient for me. When I dropped my vehicle off the shuttle was available to take me to my office after confirming the diagnosis with the professional service manager. My vehicle was ready when I expected to be and all was handled professionally.

Upon driving up with my vehicle, no one asked if I needed help, the few employees at the front of service look either aloof or stressed. I left my vehicle with Sterling service dept. at 8:30am on 9/26/23 for an oil change, and for them to check why the engine light is on. I had to call several times in the day to check if it was ready for pick up - finally I go to get my vehicle at about 4:30pm. They told me why the engine light was on and scheduled to fix the problem but forgot to do the oil change. ALL day my vehicle was with them and NO oil change was done! I m pretty patient so I didn t let that keep me from wanting them to fix it. So we scheduled service for the engine light issues for 10/2/23. I drive almost an hour out of town to bring my vehicle in and upon arrival I am informed that the part that is needed is not in and was told I would need to come back. I m patient so I scheduled for Thursday 10/5/23. When I left there I received a phone call letting me know that they do not know when the part will be in. The lady Harley helping me was very apologetic and seemed just as frustrated as I was about the situation and it did seem to be out of her control. I understand parts being on back order but the service there is not great. They did offer to schedule the oil change to be done quickly on 10/5 but I m wondering if I should go back.

Kenneth Birdwell got my truck in, set up for my transmission to be replaced, got my oil changed, a coil issue taken care of and a extra I added in to ave some aftermarket lights wired up. I spent a pretty penny, but everything was smooth and the detail on my truck was beyond amazing! the detail job on my truck looked as if it was going to be on the lot for sale like a new vehicle! The job the guy did was amazing, very detailed clean up of my truck! Even the engine bay was spotless!

Stopped in at this store to look at an Escalade. The person that walked up to help us told us that the two they had were sold, so we asked about placing an order. He said good luck getting anything, the workers are on strike and walked off. I won't be buying a vehicle here after that.

My vehicle came from a different source in Houston. However, I was super grateful for yall readily accepting my truck. Especially yall accepting the parts I brought from elsewhere (I work for O'Reilly Auto Parts and get discounts on parts). Great communication and catering to my work schedule was super awesome, as well.

I took my car in for an oil change today. I have to say I received the best customer service from a guy named Daniel (green shirt) in service! He was very polite and professional! He walked me to my car and removed the plastic seat protector that was left behind. Daniel made sure that my car was ready for me to drive away! Thank you for being so nice and helpful!
