Called in a road side assistance call at10:30. Explained we had split rims and gave them the tire sizes. We explained we are hooked up to a wrecker and paying $350.00 per hr. Please hurry! The dispatcher said the would be there in 1 hr 30 min with new tires. 3 hrs 15 minutes later the repairman showed up. Looked at the situation and acted extremely unprofessional throwing a fit. Called the owner of the rig screaming he didn t change split rims. We explained to him we told the dispatch they were split rims. The service tech got in his truck after throwing a second fit and drove off. We had to call Mitchell Tire in Caldwell. They arrived in 30 minutes and changed out the tires.

put 4 new toyo's on the back of our 5500 made it less than 1k miles before one blew and ruined the wheel too... they say no warranty on tires besides mfg. warranty and it wont cover this tire. wheel $225, tire $479 we have 6 of these trucks , really want to do business with these guys but am upset

Everyone there was absolutely amazing and great customer service is hard to come by. I had a small balance problem and valve stem caps issue, but they fixed the balance issue with no extra fee and are going to replace my valve stem caps. The inconvenience of having to waste my gas and my time going back was the most frustrating thing ever. I am glad y'all stand by your work, and you know how to treat your customers with great customer service. Jai was amazing and so understanding.Thank you

My kids and I were on a road trip, and I heard something going on with my tire. We were just pulling in to college station to visit a friend. There was an entire screwdriver in my tire. I called the store in Bryan, and they were so friendly and helpful. They were genuinely concerned and ready to do whatever they could to fix it. They showed up the next morning, bright and early! The service tech was professional and fast. He did great work, and he even check my other tires! Top notch service!! Thank you!

They will leave you stranded if they feel like it. I have an account with them, they had the tires I needed, I called emergency roadside assistance line on Saturday,6/4/22, I had a bulge that developed in one of my steer tires and wanted to replace both of them. The on call Tech refused to do the call because he wasn t comfortable with doing my repair???? First time having this happen with southern tire mart. I use them all over Texas for my tire needs and this incident happened with this particular store. Kind of weird for them to refuse an emergency call when they had the tires in stock. Had to get a 130 mile tow home. Reference number for emergency call #602640

I have had OK service at the front desk in the past that's why we quit using them. I hope the new building also improves customer service. The technicians in the back have always been helpful and friendly and ready and willing to work. I hope they are taking care of also.

We needed tires for our class A motorhome. The staff and manager were welcoming and knowledgeable, both on the phone and in person. They gave me several options. They had the tires I wanted in stock. The prices were better than I found online. Will definitely buy our next set there! Great place for RV tires.

Shop handled mount and balance for tire purchase through Tires Direct. Tires Direct set up appointment and shipped tires there. Dealt with Tyler and he was friendly, professional, and handled his end very well. Waited quite a while during the actual installation, and the tech doing the install had to have another guy put the "completed" tires on while he continued trying to balance those that remained. Once on the road I knew something was wrong, but live out of town and had to get back home. Ride was absolutely terrible, tires obviously not balanced. Took the truck to another shop in town the following week and all tires had to be rebalanced, with one tire having been previously mis-balanced with way over 20 weights. Cost me an additional $40 to have it done right, but the ride is now good.

We operate an interstate motor carrier business. Tires and other items required to maintain a commercial vehicle are exempt from state sales tax.Southern Tire refused to follow the law and charged state sales tax in addition to the Federal Exercise Tax (FET) that is already charged.The manager was incredibly rude and unprofessional and refused to even read the law. He said, 'if you don't like it, leave.'DO NOT do business with this company. They are ripping off hard working truck drivers. Truck drivers keep America running!Recommend getting yourself set up with a company that understands and follows the law such as Simple Tire.

Southern Tire Mart in Bryan Texas is the place to go for tires whether it s commercial or your personal vehicle. The manager John Manuel is extremely knowledgeable and able to answer any questions you may have. I felt he went above and beyond to help us find the best tire choice for our vehicles. I highly recommend this place. Talk with John Manuel, he is great and you won t be disappointed!

Came in on 10/7/21 with a tire I wasn t able to find anywhere else in town. I arrived at 1:50 pm with a blown tire and by 2:05 pm I had a new tire mounted in my vehicle and was headed back down the road. Great service highly recommended this company!

Never go back $330For new tire another 300 for mounting..Ha! Red Flag RIPOFFVERY RUDE also..they need to visit Southern Tire Mart in Beaumont Tx and see what treating people with respect is
