Took the truck in as I couldn't diagnose if it was a radiator of water pump issue myself and they determined it was the water pump and recommended me elsewhere free of charge. They were very prompt. If I do need radiator repairs in the future, I'm coming back here.

I brought my truck here for a coolant leak. Turns out it wasn t a radiator problem. They didn t charge me for the diagnosis, recommended someone else who could help, and got back to me quickly. Next time I do have a radiator problem I will definitely come back here.

My 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee was leaking so I visited Mr. Martin at Siegert Radiator Shop in Bryan, Texas. Mr. Martin looked at my radiator and gave me a written estimate (parts, labor and tax) to repair it. He said if I needed any additional parts (such as radiator hose) he would call to obtain my authorization before installation. I dropped off my Jeep on the agreed date. It would have been repaired in one day, but a special transmission cooling hose had to be obtained from Chrysler which delayed the repair by one day.I was very satisfied with the repair and with the cost. The shop is not all "bright and shiny", but the repair was done quickly, the workmanship was excellent, the price was very fair, everyone was courteous and helpful and I would recommend Siegert Radiator Shop to all who require radiator work. I will be a repeat customer if I have future radiator problems.

Quick, dependable, professional, reasonable. Saved money getting my old radiator fixed/repaired rather than buying a new one made partly out of plastic.

Try these guys first if you're in town! I HATE dealing with auto repairs but these guys are honest, friendly, and genuine. They helped me diagnose my problem and helped me understand what needed to happen next, despite not being able to help me directly. I highly recommend giving them a call if you're having trouble.
