On my first visit to this location the staff opened my sunroof and caused the parts of my vehicle to become extremely wet. When calling to notify them of the issue they instantly tried to put the blame on me the customer stating that I must have left a window open. I being a person that suffers from really bad allergies I don't drive with windows or sunroof open. So if I did leave a window open wouldn't they have to close it to properly do the service I paid for which included washing the windows (playing devil's advocate here). When returning to the business I spoke to the owner who immediately once again placed blame on me and my vehicle saying that my sunroof had to been leaking. I tested this theory by putting pressurized water to the entire sunroof area with not one drop of water entering the vehicle. Please believe any and all bad reviews that are here on Google. I wish I had and now I am spending extra time and money to fix what this company refuses to take responsibility for doing. The company is not registered with the BBB so there is no way of filing a complaint. I wish that zero stars was an option for a true Google review. Truth and integrity are things lacking in this BCS business.

This is the only place I bring my truck to get it detailed. They are just so nice and always do a great job. I don't even live close to B/CS anymore, so I make sure I stop here before I go back because I know they do a good job.

I paid for a deluxe cleaning for my car. They did a half job my windows spotted. They didn t even clean the cupholder. I wouldn t recommend to go get your car washed there.

One of worst experiences with car wash!! I paid for delux and got nothing! Fragrance? It is a joke! My car smells stinky and sweaty! Chairs look dirty and trank looks messy and they ruin its carpet liner. Never will back here!

I went for car wash, oil change and vehicle inspection. They did a beautiful job on all of them. Definitely recommend them.

The day that I took my truck there, I was first in line. I wanted an oil change, carpets clean, and an overall thorough detailing of my truck.Now the oil change is what is keeping me from totally hating my experience there that day.My truck didn't get cleaned and detailed properly, so I will not be a returning customer of theirs.I could have done a much better job at my apartment. Working graveyards and I was trying to treat myself to a clean and deodorized truck but that's not what I received! You live and you learn! I'll pay someone else to get it right!

We bought a used car and it was pretty dirty. They got all the dog hair out of the carpet. It looked wonderful! Great job.

The crew cleaned our Subaru like I would. They had cleaned all the door frames, that's how you can tell this is a quality operation. I did an oil change, inspection amd wash within 45 min, that is value received.

Took my car in for a hand wax. Employees took their time and did an excellent job! I've been there several times and have always had a good experience. Highly recommend Shammy Car Wash!

One of the best car washes ever. How many places will stop the line so they can get all the mud out of your wheel wells. Every time in town I come by and always the same great wash.

Made me wait in line 20 minutes while allowing 7 cars to pass me. been here waiting an entire hour and my car hasn t even been through the car wash yet. I ve waited an hour and a half for my car to not look as clean as i d think a deluxe wash would be. Very not pleased.

They did an excellent job they were stains I didn't think would ever come out and the carpet and everything looks like a totally different vehicle. Price a lil high but worth it!

I went to get a deluxe car wash today 08/12 and was not satisfied with the job they supposedly vacuumed it.. and stains all over my windows and doors very poor job.

The crew at Sammy did an amazing job on my wife's car!!! She took it in for a full detail and they made it look like it was brand new! My wife was so excited! Thank you!

What a GREAT place for a full service car wash! My car was a mess and they took the time to make it like new!People were super friendly and seems like a nice family-owned, family-run business with Christian values based on some of what I saw there.

I am very pleased with the service I received on my Yukon. They did an absolutely fantastic job washing and hand waxing my SUV. I opted not to get the interior cleaned because it didn't need it. Wanted to share the experience my grandmother had. I have been dealing with a bad knee since April. My car sticker was due in May so I finally was able to take the car to get it inspected. I go to Sammy car wash, they realize my knee problem after the car got wash they parked the car where the ramp is located where it would be easy for me to get to my car. This is what I call great service. They take care of the vehicle and the customer. Thank you

Dang good car wash. They truly do a great job. I have nothing but great things to say! The older man with the funny socks is a gem. He took his time cleaning my car, I m guessing he spent extra time on my car because the line was dead. He ask if I was in a hurry! I said no! And he said do you mind if I take some time on your car? So he sprayed and scratched off some bugs!! Spent at least 5 minutes doing so. I had to tip him because I had never had that service done for me before at all the car washes I have ever been too.

I get my car washed two to three times a week. Most of the time the staff does a great job. Every now and then. I have to remind them to dry my grill in front of my car.

Everyone is nice and the outside of my car looks super clean . The inside is another story. This is the 2nd time my leather seats have not been vacuumed out or wiped down. When I used this place in the past there was always attention to detail, I m not sure what happened! I understand I m not paying for a full detail but it s a waste of money where there is visible crumbs and dirt left in the seat. I will be going somewhere else from now on.

While I can t speak about their work,as far as service they were polite but wouldn t wash my vehicle as they only hand wash if your getting your car detailed as in I m guessing 100bucks worth of waxing what sad is I d be happy to pay 30-40 for it if given the chance for it to be washed ..
