This is a gas light and smoke screen locationI brought my truck to this shop because I was having problems with my generator not functioning properly it kept wanting to turn off and I was also having electrical issues with my truck it not wanting to start.they brought the truck in and said everything is working fine and they sent me on my way.the only thing they did was adjust the brakes about a month later I ended up taking my truck to Montgomery Alabama to the Ryder shop over there and they were able to discover the reason why my truck wouldn't start...is because I had faulty batteries and this shop here could not even fix a simple dead batteries.I also took my truck to the same location which was next door to the Thermo King and it was found out that the switch inside my bunk was faulty and all they had to do was put on a new Switch and now my truck is running greatand this location here couldn't even help me with these two issues.so I don't recommend this shop to nobody they didnt have the knowledge or the experience to know what to look for with my truck And generator.I don't recommend this shop because they did not seem like they wanted to work on the truck they never even bothered to check the batteries they even called a Thermo King technician to come out and they turned it on and it seemed like everything was working fine and it wasn't the yellow triangle kept coming on so that's why I say don't bring none of your stuff here to get them to work on it they will push you away and then you're left with your problem and then you will have to find a different shop that is competent enough to fix it I will go on to say that there is a location in Houston Texas that I absolutely love I haven't had an issue with them yet they are off of Wallisville Road off of the 610 a couple streets down from McCarty I do absolutely love this shop but I will say that this location is extremely busy so you have to catch them prior to coming in and set up an appointment so that you can get seen and have your equipment looked at there is another location that I really like as well and that's way over there in Fort Worth area right off of the 183 Blue Mound Road it's north of the 183 off Blue Mound Road and there is a truck stop over there just north of the 183 that Ryder location is a brand new facility and parking could be a little touchy even though it's a huge place just make sure you call them and let them know that you're coming in advance and set up an appointment with them I really love that shop because the last time I was there to get some work done they didn't have any problems attending to my vehicle and getting my issues resolved but please don't even bother wasting your time coming here it's pretty sad that the Love's truck stop a few miles down the road is more willing to work on your equipment than this crazy location Hearne Texas there's a Love truck stop right there at that location and it's pretty sad they are more than willing to work on your truck for you it's a sad day when you can get more response out of a Love's truck stop then you can from the place that you lease your truck it's a sad day

These are some of the best guys to deal with! Im glad I have to go this place instead of other locations because these guys really take great care of my truck
