I was blown away by the customer service at this location! They closed at 6:00 but remained open until 8:00 to make sure and get my wheels installed before going home for the day. They took extra care to keep my white interior clean during the process. They even took the time to explain the process to me and teach me about the new lug nuts. They answered all of my questions with answers I could understand - as this is the first time I've had rims installed, so it's been a learning process for me. I was extremely impressed with everyone who helped me b/c they were all very kind and knowledgeable in their respective field. I will definitely continue to do business with RAW and recommend them to anyone in need of their services! I truly wish I could give them a bonus star!!

Roberto and the staff were excellent, I bought some wheels from another raw tire and wheel location 400 miles away over a month ago and they didn't have the lug nuts for the vehicle and a month later still couldn't get them. Then I called Roberto here in Bryan and not only did he have what I needed, they installed the wheels on my vehicle that day.

Used TiresDirect to order tires. Also 50k warranty & road hazard with free installation and disposal. Scheduled with RAW online through the TiresDirect website. The folks at RAW were awesome and did a fantastic job balancing the tires.

My tire popped across the street from RAW Wheels and I was able to pull in, find and purchase a used tire, have the tire installed, and pull out within the hour. Roadside assistance would've taken 45 minutes or more. RAW's team was kind, professional, and they've earned a recurring customer

Raymond and his team were quick and friendly. I am only in the market of looking at wheels, Ashley was very informative with the process. The Store Manager, Assistant, and Account Manager even took the time out of their day to stop and ask if everything was going okay and take wheels to put against my car for me to see! Shoot even the tire tech came to speak with me. I felt like a real VIP. I would recommend this place to everyone. Who can beat $20 for your first week? I might not have went through with the deal but that s only because I am getting a new car! I 100% recommend Rent A Wheel!

I got a flat tire and was recommended to stop at rent a wheel by a friend. As I pulled in their tire tech was very helpful he came out to me as I pulled up and the staff all made conversation while I was getting informed. Unfortunately, I found out my tires were under warranty or else I would have definitely done business here!! I recommend this place.

Awesome experience great people love doing business with them. The accounts manager, assistant and the general manager all helped put me together a nice ride and all got there hands dirty. Love this place

A little late but sure. Bought a set of FUEL Wheels and everyone at the store was of great help. After installation I noticed the steering wheel was shaking a little bit and figured out it was the bore axle displacement because of size difference between axle and wheel. Bought some center bore rings and the guys installed them for free. Even gave me some cleaning products for the truck.

My wheels got stolen at aspen heights, I was upset that I lost the original factory tires but wasn t so sad when I saw their selection of top shelf sets. The manager even let me barrow his jack which made it a lot easier to put the new shoes on.

The guys here were absolutely amazing!!! Best experience I have ever had. I absolutely love the new wheels and tires they chose for me. They did a wonderful job. They will have a returning customer. They went above and beyond for me today. They even helped me with my 3 Littles running around like crazy. They were very kind and understanding. They helped me step by step through the entire process. I highly recommend them.

These guys are very friendly and helpful. I went all over town looking for aftermarket black lugs for my VW Jetta. They were the only ones that I found that had them in stock. Joey was very friendly and helpful to me. I went back the next day to buy Rims for our truck that I liked and they didn't have them for my truck but found me other options that were similar to what I liked and got the ones I picked out ordered. I definitely will recommend buying from these guys.

Came to get new wheels and tires ordered and put on my truck and could not be more impressed. The staff is super friendly as well as helpful and I m extremely happy with how the truck turned out as well. I got a great deal on the wheels and tires and am super happy how it turned out. I would definitely recommend this place!

Would give a negative in the stars but you aren't able to do so. This place gives you the run around and doesn't even have what they advertise online. Was told 24 to 48 hours so I called just to be told they didn't even place my order, after speaking to them again was told they would call me back after figuring something out that would work for me never got the call. Ended up calling back just to be told that nothing they had would work for my price range on my payments that I would have to call the finance company to get my money back. Called the finance company to be told that they can't give me the money back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Been doing buiness with them for over 2yrs. Ive purchased 2 sets of rims and tires from them. They taken good care of my vehicles and always top notch service. They will always have my buiness and the employees are very engaged and helpful. If you need tires and rims this is the place to go.

I worked the the manager, Manny, and he was a huge help throughout the process! He got me set up with rental wheels after mine had gotten stolen, and ordered my replacements. It only took a week for him to get them in! I was very impressed with the service and will go back if ever needed again.

I bought two used tire from Roberto the new manager and he got me does two $150 and really need it and no one on Bryan give me that prices the tech tire guys was quick and love the new manager he was amazing

There is a lot I can say about this particular location but I ll try to keep it short. Starting out when I first visited this place I kept getting the run around on the wheels and tires I wanted. They didn t have a thing in stock. After 4-5 weeks they finally come in. If you don t pay upfront they do a weekly payment plan. This didn t work for me so I asked for bi-weekly payments and they said that was fine. But this was an issue after the fact. So now they are saying I m behind. Instead of upholding what was agreed, they are refusing to work with the schedule we originally agreed upon. I even spoke with the people above the employees at the store. Still no help! So the wheels are going back and I m perfectly fine with it. I just wish they had a better system and friendlier people working there. The man who runs the store Manny is never clear on pricing and is not very friendly. I was told so many different prices when originally trying to choose wheels.Now my business is going somewhere else and it s definitely for the better. I will never recommend this company and I hope this review helped.

My husband & I went to visit this location on 6/26/2021. We filled out the application & put $100 down to start the process. We were told then by Sebastian that we would here something from them on the following Wednesday which puts us at 6/30/2021. No go!!! I checked our bank account the next day, which I always do on the daily, & they took out an additional $132.37 on 7/1/2021. I had to call to see why they did that & spoke to Manny, he then credited our account. I told them that no one called to tell us why they wanted to draft our account without our permission!! On the next Saturday 7/3/2021 we still have not heard anything from anyone at this location, mind you we NEVER had an agreement with them either!!! Still we were told the tires were on backorder, but nobody knew an ETA on the tires. We gave them enough time to get the order in. We waited a FULL 2 weeks on 7/10/2021, still nothing!! I called Manny to tell him just to cancel the order & we will go elsewhere, bad customer service & WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!
