Came in 1/6/22 to get an oil change and my wipers replaced. When I went out to get back into my car I noticed a brand new large crack in my windshield. All of the employees working that day denied that it happened while my car was being worked on but the crack was definitely not there when I arrived and it s so large I definitely would have noticed it. I notified the employees before leaving and they stated there was nothing they could do and that a supervisor would be calling me. It is now 1/18/22 and I have not heard anything since. I don t believe this was done on purpose and I understand accidents happen, but I m very upset that this occurred and that I have not heard anything from a supervisor. Cannot in good faith recommend this place to anyone.

This place is garbage. I used the drive through car wash several years ago and it scratched up the paint in my car.Today I wanted to rinse off my wheel wells at the wash bays (which was a simple enough request.). I swiped my card to start the water and only a trickle came out. I tried multiple settings, with no change. I saw the big green flashing button and wondered if hitting that would start the wash but it ended it instead. Thanking me for my business and charging me $4.00 for maybe 30-45 seconds of trickling water.No one was around to help and I called the number listed on google maps and it rang for several minutes then disconnected.

David is the man ! I only go to this guy he is very intentive to my needs ! Mike also is a great help making sure my car is clean and going for extra mile ! Good job ! Highly recommend this spot they are fast as hell and pay attention to detail !

Automated can Not wash Duallys. Their self serve bays can,,thar day 2 solutions must've been empty but still did a good job . Clean and maintained better than most self serves.

We just moved here from San Antonio and Idefinitely be back for all of our oil/lube needs. Very convenient and clean. Everyone here was very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Checked all of my levels and even topped off my washer fluid. Thank you!

Fantastic place. Quick, kind and knowledgeable! I was in and out. The staff was so friendly and helpful. 12/10. Will absolutely be taking all of my vehicles here.

I regret not seeing the reviews before I started! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! for starters no place to make change, and the machines do not give change... Vacuums themselves are ok, but the hose is too short! I had to back my truck half way out the spot so the hose would reach throughout the truck. The ends on the vaccum hose aren't good, it is very hard to not get them stuck on your carpet making it take you twice as long to vacuum.. I wish the vacuums were the worst of it, but they weren't. Washing your car there is a joke! Absolute waste of money!!! All the button choices are warn off, you can't read them, you have to decipher the sign, count down to what you need, then count down on the buttons all while your paid time is ticking away. The foam brush does not foam, just squirts water, the high pressure soap does not put out any soap, the clear coat does not disperse, and the spot free rinse still leaves spots all over. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

I went in for an oil change on 12/18 and they were so quick, friendly, and efficient!!! I was in and out in about 15 minutes with the most affordable prices in Bryan/College Station!!

Used spots dog wash or whatever it's called. It's WAY over priced. You get 8 minutes for $5. And with the water pressure that's barely enough to wet your dog. Not to mention the water is ICE cold. Then the shampoo settings don't work so you have to use your own and the dryer is more like a fan where as the air coming out barely blows your hair and it's cold air. Then the leash to keep your dog from jumping out was a completely rusted broken chain that i wouldnt want anywhere near my animals and there were roaches on the equipment. If I could give negative stars I would.

This place was great when it was Mobil Lube Center. I always got my oil changed there. Now that it is Rally, they don't have enough people working and they didn't have the basic things to do and oil change in stock. The two guys they had working on a Saturday afternoon were very nice, but I won't be back.

Yet another car wash that not only leaves your car with streaks, but scratches as well. I can't even get these streaks off after hand washing my car!

I couldn't select negative amounts of stars or I would have. Chose the $7 wash and was charged $10 on my card. No change machine to get coins for vacuums. Don't even think it touched my hatch back door.DO NOT GO HERE

Really nice. I liked the shaded areas especially with the heat in Texas. They were only accepting dollar bills at the time (coins stuck in coin slot) but it gave you almost 3 minutes for $1. Water pressure was nice and very specious.

I came here for state emissions testing. I tried out three other places on the testing center location and this place was the only one actually doing them. Was in and out really quick and the employee was a super nice guy.

I have had the chance to give the car wash another chance, and this time it was a better experience. Only this time, the slot machine, in the bay second from the right hand side was munching dollars like the Chuck E. Cheese ticket machine. They should really get that checked out.

I got my oil changed here and Elijah and Nicolas were very friendly and helpful!! They were quick and let me know what I needed to get fixed I will be back for my next one!

Gray was super helpful and fast with my oil change. I don t know much about cars but they were super helpful with explaining what I needed and why. I never felt up charged or taken advantage of. Rally Lube Center provided excellent service changing the oil and filters on my car. Collin and Heather took the time to help me select the right grade for the performance I needed. I would recommend Rally Lube Center because of their superior knowledge and service provided to customers. I have came here twice in the past week the first time the spray wand was leaking profusely and I got soaking wet. The second time yesterday everything seemed to be working okay in a different bay except for there was no soap coming out of the brush. These folks need to be held responsible for people like myself wasting our money and things are not working properly or at all.

First time here. I hand washed my car and it came out looking good. I like that when you select a wash mode it says it. Place looks new and clean. Definitely coming back.

Do not come here! The vacuums say $1.00, but it took $1.25 to start, and to top it off, they have no suction! Horrible! I d rather pay $2.00 at Ducky s and know that I won t get scammed! One star for this place. I d give it no stars if I could, but it s one star minimum to leave a review. Take your business elsewhere.

They need to do some repairs and upgrades leaking hose in the wash bays and the foam brush is slap wore out

Told the workers four times that I wanted synthetic blend and still ended up getting full synthetic. I only went because I had a coupon and it was still twice as much as it would have been if I got what I wanted... Will not be returningService: Oil changeService: Oil change

This location has great vacuums and great wash bays. Although I didn't experience the automatic car wash and can't speak to that, everything else was great. Strong suction on the vacuums. It didn't take many quarters to vacuum my crew cab truck. The wash bays were clean. The spray wand and the foaming brush worked well. I was able to wash my F250 with fewer quarters than normal. Overall my expectations were exceeded.
