Rapid Recovery severely damaged my car. And the young lady in charge is nasty and rude . I need my car fixed and they are giving me the run around. She had me sign the paperwork before she handed me, my keys to my car. I called the big office and she is rude and nasty as well.

They were extraordinarily communicative about finding out exactly what I needed.I got the impression they really went out of their way to be accommodating to my schedule. I was extremely pleased that they took the extra moment and took the extra steps to make sure that my car was treated like it was their own. They were very very helpful when dropping it off as well making sure It was exactly where I needed it to be placed. Superbly professional experience from start to finish. Highly recommended. Will use them in the future for sure.

Excellent service, friendly, and great communication during the entire process. I had an unfortunate experience of my car not starting in a A&M parking garage late at night. David came over to help me get my car out of the 7 ft. clearance level garage. His eta was spot on and he was able to get my car out with no problems. Not only did he ensure the safety of my car throughout the process but he took a look at my battery and saved me a trip to the service shop by fixing the cable attached to my battery. First time having to get my car towed, and will be using them again if anything ever happens in the future. Highly recommend!! Thank you David.Service: Car towing

Precision Towing and Recovery did a great job at helping me out. My truck wasn t starting and they came to pick up my truck and take it to a shop within 30 minutes of me calling them. My truck broke down again today and they remembered helping me out last week and came within 30 minutes again. They are very friendly and super reliable. The nicest people ever! Had to use Precision Towing twice; once to tow my car to the mechanic shop and once to tow it back. Talked to John, the owner, on the phone a few times and he was a great help scheduling a time and keeping me updated. The driver who came out and gave me & my car a ride up there was incredible as well and did so super quickly. The second time they towed my car, they did so without me there and that experience was seamless as well! Definitely hope I don't need to get my car towed again but if so I'll definitely call Precision Towing! Highly recommend!Service: Car towing

I was calling around to get my car towed and my god the prices are terrifying - however at first it was out my budget then the gentleman called me back and said he would make ot happen for what I could pay - I cried I'm a very greatful person an with the things I got going on it was truly a blessing for things to fall in my favor- I would highly recommend this company to anyone- they treat people fairly. Part of this isn t really their fault, but they took 3-4 days to actually get my vehicle towed to the dealership. The owner was nice, but I did have to really pester them to get updates and get it done. I m giving them 4 instead of 3 though, because they did pick up the keys and handle the details on their time instead of mine. Their price was also half of their competitors.

I called this company in a hurry in hopes they would be able to get to my car 1st thing. They were in fact able to help me get my vehicle to the Ford Dealership 1st thing this morning and was VERY prompt and professional about everything. It was a breeze working with them and will definitely use them in the future for any of my needs and will recommend them to everyone. You have my business sir! The guy who helped me unlock my car was the best. He came not even 5 minutes after the call, and he unlocked my car within seconds. His attitude was amazing and just did a genuine job. Price was way lower than most other places, it seems they understand that college students screw up too. Very awesome job couldn't be more pleased!Update: so within the same hour, I had locked my keys in my car again because I was having one of the worst days ever. I called again and he was yet again quick to come help. Awesome service, I'm probably only going to call these guys.

Precision Towing was very friendly on the phone. When David arrived to tow my car, he was very nice and genuinely cared that I only got my car towed if it wasn't a problem I could fix myself. He messed with the car for a second and figured out that all I needed was new battery connections. Saved me a lot of money! As a college student, it was greatly appreciated to see that not everybody is out to get my money.

I live in Garland, Texas and working in Bryan. Around 7 pm after working all day on my way to the hotel my vehicle died and I exited the service road. I called Precision Towing. John asked me where I wanted to take my vehicle. I explained I am from out of town and I don't know any places to take my vehicle. He asked where I was staying and I said at the Embassy Suites. John told me he has a garage that will take care of my jeep. He also said that the driver will take me to the hotel and drop me off there and then take my jeep to the garage. This is what I call excellent service, understanding a customer's situation, going beyond and taking care of the customer more than just towing a vehicle. Words cannot express the gratitude I have for John and his driver for what they did for me. And he was absolutely correct about the garage where he delivered my jeep. I was back on the road heading back to Garland at the end of the next day. As a business owner, I must add it is very rare to see companies these days do as much as John and his company did for me. I needed my car to be towed to get new keys programmed, David was the man they sent and it s the best towing experience I ve ever had. The price was reasonable, David was very polite, and I got where I needed to go pretty quickly even though it was a football game day and I was parked on campus. Definitely recommend!

Needed a tow back to town. David showed up right on time, even though he had to travel 100 miles to get us (showed up before 7 am). He was kind and tolerated my 4 year-old the entire trip back. My only complaint is that he wouldn't let me drive the car up on the truck ;). Great company, great experience. It is hard to put into words how relieved we were to have a friendly face show up when we were feeling stranded.

Nobody is happy about having to get a tow. But I want to share my experience with Precision Towing. I made the call after 6 pm. My call was answered within thee rings and Derek, the driver arrived less than 30 minutes later. A very prompt response! My vehicle was moved to the repair shop, and the price was very reasonable. I'll be keeping their card in my glove box should I ever need their service again (But I hope not). Kudos to Derek - very pleasant attitude and experienced in what he does. Five Stars!

We called 3 towing companies before we found Precision. John did exactly what he said he was going to do. He got our car home safely, promptly & for less than we expected. He was professional on the phone & very nice in person. (After hours on a Friday.) We couldn't have asked for anything more. Thank you, John, for making a stressful day a little better. Saving his number in case we ever need him again.

My truck broke down at work. I work for FedEx ground so I am out and about throughout the day doing deliveries. Spoke with Precision who quoted me $85 for a rollback truck. I didn't even bother price shopping because it was by far fairly priced. Picked up the truck in the morning and I didn't hear from them all day, which was a good thing (they weren't badgering me all day at work asking for payment). I called when I got back to our terminal and we were able to do the payment over the phone. By far the BEST EXPERIENCE I've ever had with a towing company. Thank you and I will use Precision Towing in the future if the need arises! Thanks again!

They were so unbelievably great which sounds odd for a car tow, but they made it so easy and stress free AND they were fast even though it was so early in the morning and the price was SO cheap. Definitely the only people I would call for a tow in the Bryan-College Station area (but hopefully I never need to be towed again lol). Thank you so much!!Service: Car towing

David Hobbs was so friendly and professional! He was able to help me figure out what my vehicle issue probably was, get it to the right place to get repaired, and saved us a ton of money (previous repair issue). I would call him specifically any time I needed a tow!

David Hobb!!!- Had just got my car out the shop last night. this morning it stopped running. Called Precision towing and david tightened loose bolts the mechanic didn t. God is great and David is a blessing.
