I made an appointment for first thing in the morning when they opened. I was there 15 minutes early. I told them when I made the appointment that I was coming from over an hour away and would hang out in town till they were done. So when I got back at noon figuring they might be done only to find out they hadn't started working on my polaris yet as you can imagine I was pissed

I didn t even buy anything and they were more than happy to help me figure out what s wrong with our 2002 arctic cat. They re the third closest dealer to us but the first and only one to pick up the phone.

I dropped off my Ranger for it's first service and I asked when they would have it done. They told me Wednesday and I got the call on Wednesday evening that my bike was done.Good people and service!!!

Not the salesperson's fault!I guess it's more of my fault than anything. I bought a used Ranger as is, with no warranty. Turned out to be a lemon! Never ran right. Still doesn't. I only had it a week and they took it back into"fix"it.... Still never ran right. 2 months later. Trying to get rid of it now. Not a great experience to say the least.

As a Texas realtor a large percentage of my Real Estate listings and sales transactions are in the Farm & Ranch market. One of my often used tools is my Polaris Northstar Ranger so maintenance predictability and dependability is important to me and my clients! Polaris Fun Center s service procedure insures a predictable maintenance schedule for me. It s nice to be able to call them and have them check their work schedule while you wait, then they ll schedule your drop off date and depending upon the maintenance requirements they ll usually have your unit ready for pickup the day after you drop it off.They re a full service Polaris sales and maintenance dealer and that s important if you need parts. My last unit was a Kawasaki Mule and it was a nice unit, but finding a professional service center was a challenging and troubling process. That s no longer an issue with the Ranger and Polaris Fun Centers support. Give them an opportunity you ll be glad you did.

Friendly staff, reasonably priced parts department on 75% of the items (honestly, that's typical. Everything is cheaper online but they have similar prices on most items) and sales is always friendly.The only thing this place needs is more mechanics- it takes AWHILE to get things through service, diagnosed and so on. If you need something done fast, don't hold your breath. Beyond that, it's a solid dealership.

Update- Michael has called me to apologize for the miscommunication of his staff. I am grateful that he recognized the issues and wants to rectify the situation. Sad that it takes writing a review to get treated with better customer service, but at least they will be working on it.At 945 am on 10/4/18: I will never buy there again. I purchased in December 2017. Customer service should not stop after you buy. They transfer you to every department because no one can answer questions. I started a warranty issue conversation in March and just now getting it resolved in September! After being completely straightforward and rude, the ball got to rolling on getting my issue resolved. The young lady Sarah was very sweet and even said let me personally walk over and figure out why they are not answering the phone. Frankly I work in customer service every single day and I would never have any of their staff working for me.

Dropped off my ranger for a idle and engine misfire. I was told they it needed 2 spark plug wires and 2 spark plugs and throttle body adjustment and the parts were in stock. Also recommended change A-arms and oil change. Denied the oil change because I had purchased the oil and gear oil from them a couple of months before. Was told they would call when ready. Was called two weeks later since they had to order the parts?. $378 was the ticket I picked up to find speedometer not working on test drive prior to leaving. Service manager reviewed and then told writer to put back in the line for service ( really back in line) Was even told service the mechanic also agreed the speedometer was working prior to drop off. Left it for them to fix and was billed close to $200. Asked why I am paying and service manager asked how he could have broke a the sensor. Then was informed he would put broken sensor back on if I didn t pay something (ie half. ). And to think I have to trailer my ranger 5 hours back for service here.

They certainly need to take a class or two on customer service. Just spent over $6000 in their service department and they couldn t even come out to help me load my atv on the trailer. Was also considering to trade while I was there and the salesman couldn t seem to care less about the trade value or even attempting to make a sale.. If you need service or are in the market for a Polaris do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!

Have purchased two Rangers from this company - will not use them for a new purchase or repairs/service again. Even if it means driving to Houston to have my Ranger worked on.Dropped my Ranger off on 10/29/18. Was told the parts were likely in stock and it would be just a few days to do the repairs. Never got a call back. After 1 week, I called and magically they had just looked at it. Was told they would call back with an estimate shortly. Took another 3 days. Got a call with the estimate and I ok'd the items listed. Was told just a couple of days. Fast forward another 2 weeks and it is just now finished. They acted like they were doing me a favor. The basic idea of customer service is to reach out when things don't go as planned. Add to it that the charges were more than expected & it looks like a Bait and Switch. After reading reviews on here I should have known better. I did call Chad the general manager and he apologized. I would also like to call out Corbin in this organization who tried his hardest to make things right.

Have had 2 great dealings. First they were the best price and easiest to deal with when buying my Ranger.Second, they handled an insurance claim/damage from attempted theft very well. Punctual, kepte updated, and did the job right. Thanks guys.

These guys have worked on my used Polaris, yesterday I bought a new one. All their personnel are informed about the machines, the parts, the service and the sales. Dealt with friendly people at every stage of the business. Glad they're here locally.Update: Just had my Polaris delivered by Leo, great guy just like Mike and James, very knowledgeable took us through the operation and maintenance. Helped me make decision to upgrade to the glass windshield. These folks really got it together.

Denver was the salesperson, purchased without ever visiting dealership before pickup. Great to deal with, kept me in the loop and great pricing and customer service. Highly Recommend!

I dropped my 17 ranger 900 off to these people for a starting issue, get a call 2 days later telling me the starter was bad and had one ordered. It took them 19 days from the day I dropped it off. 19 days to replace the starter, I went to pick it up sat 8-19-17 and it was making some God Awful noise and shuttering when I drove it 50 feet to my trailer, severely irritated is an understatement. I went back in and had the service writer come out and check it out, gave him an earful at the same time. Especially since they had my machine for 19 days already. I get a call yesterday saying that when the technician was putting my seccondary clutch back in ( apparently it has to be removed to replace the starter) he left out some sort of washer or spacer from the clutch and that was causing all the hell raising that my once quiet bike was making. Picked it up yesterday and so far so good. These people are a joke might have good prices but they are seriously lacking in the service department. Will drive out of the way for any future service my machine may need.

I never write reviews, but my experience here was so bad I just have to. The GM Tim was so rude both times I was in here. We came before they closed but since they were about to close he said we could not purchase anything, and that if we did we would not be able to leave with it. I could not believe the way he spoke to us, it was such an unfriendly and rude tone. We were ready to make a purchase of about $15,000 and he said he would not stay even 5 minutes late to finish paper work. Are you kidding me? We someone else got the purchase, I cannot believe they think they are the only ones that sell any type of ATV. This place it horrible they do not care about customer service one bit and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Tim needs to learn how to talk to people and learn some customer service skills. Worst place ever!!!

I went to this place today expecting to test drive a slingshot! I have never seen a place profile a person! I had came a couple of weekends before spoke to a very nice lady and she was super sweet and helpful! I was going to test drive then but had my son and really wanted my husband to come since we would be buying together. So we came since he was finally off to come and we get told that in order to test drive a slingshot he had to run my credit? I have purchased a variety of things and never have I been asked to run my credit unless I am purchasing! But my question is how are you supposed to purchase something without knowing if you like it? Then when I tell him isn't that what insurance is for he asks me like a idiot you have insurance? DUH! Then he says something about a motorcycle license which me and my husband have.? So then he says well are you paying cash for it or financing it? This guy was trying to be a smart ass! Then after all this back and forth he tell me well I'mNot even for sure about that when test driving so for him to ask! I just told him never mind...why would anyone want to purchase something from where they feel belittled! Plus the only reason he was giving us a hard time was because he had to move stuff around to get one out usually they are outside ready to go! So I guess just being down right lazy & rude lost a customer! All I was wanting to do was test drive and if it was something we like we were thinking about purchasing! Bad service! I would only rate 1 star for the nice lady I met before!

If I could give a negative i would. Went to look at a UTV for my husband. Walked around outside and looked around for about 10 minutes. No one came to help us. Went inside and u could've sworn we were invisible. The receptionist sneezed and my husband said GOD bless you and he got no reply, needless to say no one acknowledged us so we left. Im like this if you don't want my money that's fine. We will take our business and money elsewhere. Have a great day.

Mike and the Polaris Fun Center Team were great to deal with through the entire process. Dealing with people who have honesty and integrity was refreshing. Even James and the service department was great and helpful in showing me items about the ranger. I highly suggest buying from Polaris Fun Center or having your UTV/ATV serviced by them.

Today I drove from Beaumont with my brother to pick up his new Polaris Slingshot. The deal had been worked prior to us getting there, basically it was a sign the papers and drive out kind of deal. The guy we dealt with was Tim Lynch. When we arrived, the Slingshot was cleaned, had it's black tag on it (paper license plate), and sitting in the shade so the seats would be more customer friendly (black seats in the sun when it's 100*F, you feel me). Tim was very amenable, made the process quick and painless, and had us out in under 30 minutes. While 5 hours later, my brother still has yet to let me drive, as a sales consultant at a Ford dealership, I can honestly say Tim's service was spot on. I would feel perfectly at ease dealing with Tim, and by extension, Polaris Fun Center.

If your Polaris is over 10 years old don't take it here. When I took my ATV there only to be told that I owed a diagnostic charge and the parts to fix my unit we not available through Polaris, so they couldn't repair it. I bought the parts online within 10 minutes and repaired it myself. They should have told me that when we brought it there. I took it there to be repaired and it wasn't.

I've got a 17 polaris ride command general that was having some minor charging issues and a few recalls that needed looking into. Dropped it off to Ray over in service and not only did he take charge of the situation, he was able to get my entire touch screen replaced, and the charging issue taken care of in a matter of days. Before I knew it he was calling ME asking when I could come pick it up. I know most of the crew up there and a few since i was a kid. To everyone at Polaris fun center....OUTSTANDING work!!! Thanks yall

Very clean, and great staff they really act like a family. They will really work with you to get you in what you want. If you're gonna get a Polaris anywhere this is the best place in the state.
