When Rush said repeatedly nothing wrong with my truck they fought with Cummins when my truck was new and using 2 gallons of coolant a week. They had the truck 47 days but it was holidays and Cummins holding up testing procedures. They found the head was cracked in 7 places and washed 5 liners and Cummins said only do the 5 liners but Performance Truck fought and did all 6 liners and pistons all at 83k miles. They work with you for getting in if simple repairs when they can. Almost 500k on truck now and everything they did has held up great

These folks understand life on the road. Cory, the shop foreman, makes an honest effort to balance shop demand with a driver's schedule. There experienced and friendly crew communicate with the driver and share knowledge regarding the work and repairs needed.The large and clean service bays show pride in what they do. They have a spacious driver's lounge and kitchenette. The huge accessory shop is a great place to pass some time and find some of those extras you've been wanting for your truck.If you are in the Houston area and in need of repairs or simply want some accessories Preference Truck Bryan should be first on your list.

Don't rely on front desk personel to give you the right parts ( they lack the experience on parts knowledge) or to assist you on time without throwing you on to the next staff member at the counter while they take care of their own personal matters. Not only were the guys rude but they also gave attitude for requesting to be helped.

Poor customer services at it's finest!! My husband recently tried to get a oil change for his box truck by this company for the past 2 days (7/25 and 7/26/22). He was told by a worker in the service dept they were able to complete the oil change on the same day. It never happen. No one called to notify or follow up. When he arrived he discovered his truck had not been service. Please do better performance truck bryan

Horrible staff. Worst experience buying a trailer or anything I've ever had to do. salesman and financial Manager both had their heads in the ground it seemed. didn't know what to look up what to ask for how to verify stuff just a nightmare. I'll never go there again I will never refer anybody there I'll drive to Oklahoma to get a trailer or parts I'll never stop there again the trailer I bought broke down on the way home if I could give you all the negative star I would

Very bad experience they kept my truck for 5 weeks trying to figure out the problem though they fixed it. Got over on I-20 in Abilene broke down again with the same problem..

You guys helped me get right back on the road where a man of there word love this place saved me from losing a contract did everything right and the price was fair worked with my warranty as well will definitely come back!

I drive an hour to have work done on my truck and to buy parts they are hands down the best place to have service or buy parts. Also avoid all the dealers close to Houston when you can get service where the next time you come back they'll remember you and be truly happy to see you.

Can t get the right stuff order and say it s will been done in a few days! My truck been up there since December and it s done this week and it s march! Don t use them.Finally got the truck back an guess what they lied to me and said it was going cost 2500 got the bill it was a lot more. They did stuff I didn t tell them to!! Plz go to someone else!! They have done this to a few other people I know!

the parts they use are very good, but their mechanics always forget to adjust clamps and other errors that could leave you stranded on the road, they charge like good and I always have to check my truck before I leave the workshop

Service department is unorganized and slow to respond. I had a truck in the shop for 3 months and I had to finally go pick it up to take is somewhere else because they could not find the problem with the transmission after they charged me over $7,000 to fix it. They do not take care of business. I walked into the service department to pick up the truck and the man at the desk was asleep. Very unprofessional place, I highly recommend not doing business with them.

I love dealing with Performance in Bryan, Bruce and Chris go above and beyond to get me the parts I need. I dont get the run around like I do from other vendors. They always have recommendations on what to use and are very knowledgeable. Prices are set at a competitive rate which my accounting department likes. If you're looking for fluids, general supplies, Mack and Kenworth parts, and even tools, this is the place to go. I like the fact that Performance has parts guys with a sense of humor and dont carry themselves like robots. Even when there is a line of customers at every available parts guy, they stay calm and collective, and still answer the phone lines to help customers over the phone. Awesome place to go to.

For those of us that work on the north side of town this place is a lifesaver. Damn near everything you would ever need for your truck or trailer is here. Can't speak for the service side, but the parts are terrific

I am a owner operator and have poor service with thre Bryan location. My last experience they installed a rebuilt Eaton-Fuller transmission in my truck for the sum of $9000. I drove from Bryan to Phoenix where it broke down and I spent $4000 to have the transmission Performance just installed repaired and I was down for another week while the repairs were completed. Performance had no help for me even though I had just had it installed the week before, I asked to be reimbursed the 4000 but that was also turned down. i will not use them again or recommend them to any other drivers.

Rude, uncooperative and seemingly 100% disinterested in making money. 3 guys at the front desk and not one of them could be bothered to help.Their loss, however, I spend thousands of dollars a month on maintenance and repairs for my fleet and I ll take every bit of it to Brenham
