Thought I might have gone to the right place, realizing I was totally wrong.Went in to buy a battery for my car. I was totally insistent I needed to make certain the battery was correct.I'll give this kid credit. He checked like three times. Made a couple of mistakes on his screen trying to locate the right one.I know the manager, I'm assuming, had to hear of my question and concern. At the time, there were no other customers. Do you think he would use polite customer service and double-check my concerns? Not even close. I again asked the kid after buying the battery, are you sure? He stated 99.9 %, and it was right.So my son called our mechanic to put the battery in and low and behold for 235.00 and clear across town he was wrong.My car needed a minimum of 750 amps, and he gave me 600.Needless to say, after returning that battery and sending the mechanic to Auto Zone, we got the right one.No more O'Reilly for me.I give Juan the kid credit, but I fault his manager for not taking the initiative himself, so this could have been avoided.

Their customer service is horrible! Some of them need to be retrained or FIRED especially the Manager!!!

I'm not sure why people keep saying the employees are depressed looking. Every time I go into the store they are always happy, helpful and have the part I need, or can at least get it by the next day. Sometimes the truck runs a little late, but that's not the stores fault. But I've had far better experience with O'Reilly's getting me the right part the first time, every time, especially this location. Adem�s, la mayor�a de los empleados hablan espa�ol con fluidez.

Aldo is very professional, has gone out of his way to help me on multiple occasions and is always my first call if I need help or have any questions. I highly recommend him, and this location for any and all help you need!

Customer service is good, but I feel it's a little too much of being a yes man when coming to shelf products. They will say yes to those miracle engine restore additives you question, even after describing how terribly your engine is performing. I understand the retail need to upset as a retail store manager, but saying yes this will help to and obvious by description engine beyond help by a canned product, shouldn't happen. Still love the friendliness and quick service they provide when getting parts.

We called for a part they said they had to order it and it would be in at 6pm the next day , and. One to find out it was already in the store it wasn't even a special order part so the ( KID ) that told us that didn't even know what he was doing so be aware people.

I bought some freon from O'Reilly freon it was coming put on its own. So I took it back. Instead of them talking to me. The assistant manager on Sunday July 31 started whispering to the guy that was suppose to help me. They made me feel like I stole the freon but I just had paid $67.00 for it. What i mean by stole because they saw i bought it. Like i used the freon up. I'm 52 yrs and I've never bought freon. My husband was out of town so O'Reilly was my only help. They wouldn't even tell me how to put it in my car. Would even help me. I will never go there again as long as I live. I felt like dirt.

Store front is clean, but the employees seems to be a little clueless when your trying to find specific parts. I know O Reillys has a poor reputation regarding how they treat their employees, and I can only assume it s still a system or poor pay and overworked staff. The staff seemed beaten and depressed. They didn t have what I needed, but coming to this store just makes me depressed. How a company treats their employees very much is reflected by what kind of experience the customer gets. I think I will stick with Autozone.

Not knowing about cars at al myself, the man that helped me provided exceptional service and even changed my break light for me so I didn't leave with the wrong bulb. I wish I caught his name to tell the manager how amazing it was that he helped me and took care of me. Will be back if something happens.

I ordered a part at 9am showed up to the store on time at 4pm expecting to pick up my part to drop off at the shop but went inside and the manager Sergio told me to come back at 530 bc the parts truck hasn t come so I drove 22 miles home and came back at 6 they told me 730 for sure so I went to eat then I called before coming back and asked for Sergio the manager and he told me that it was never on the truck and to come back tomorrow ?!! I mean they told me it would be here today and the truck in the shop ready to get done but I m gonna have to pay for another day for the shop nice never coming back

Super friendly, nice and helpful. They tested my battery and alternator. Battery was bad. They showed me my options and I was on my way with my new battery. Great customer service!

Parts are competitively priced. People working the counter are fairly knowledgeable. Good place to pick up parts if you're doing work on your vehicle

O stars if it was possible worst auto parts store in Texas!! Lady was rude on the phone!! Talked over me and cut me off mid- sentence when trying to give information over the phone, then proceeded to argue with me over what part I needed telling me I would have to spend another $50 on a part I already purchased from there wouldn't listen when I told her I had already purchased the part and that it would be a waste to buy something again that I had already purchased and didn't work on my vehicle!!! The staff is not knowledgeable about auto parts at all!! Was also told at the same I had to heat up my lugnuts with a torch to remove them!!! Wow when I went to Auto zone and found the lug removal socket withing 30 seconds!! DO NOT USE O'REILLY UNLESS YOU WANT THE WRONG PARTS AND MISINFORMATION!! save yourself a trip and go to NAPA, AUTO ZONE, or Advance Auto Parts anyone but these jokers..

Third time I ve been told the part was available on the phone only to be unavailable when arriving at the store. Very frustrating. Update your online inventory records already. It s napa for me from now on.

Another oreilly. They usually have the parts you need and knowledgeable staff. Although you do get a bad egg once in a while.
