We have always come here to get paint mixed up but here lately we keep getting pushed away claiming no one knows how to mix. I have waisted multiple trips and jobs now take longer to get completed. This is so frustrating. Why do you offer services but then do not train the staff on how to operate?

Needed a part (so my car COULD be in- spected)& they were on my way to other stops. They DID not have the part, could get it by ordering & WOULD be back in time for installation & inspection.

Employee didn t get my warranty write and said I was wrong went in for break pads that cost $70 they said they didn t have any so they offered me $40 pads that weren t Evan the same ones then wouldn t give me the difference so I asked them to look again and they found the same ones that were $75 so I opted for those then they tried to charge me $40 because that was the difference between the $75 and $70 pads

This is my favorite auto parts store in town. The employees are always so helpful and knowledgable. Need some vehicle help this is the place to go.

It s where I buy 95 percent of my parts because they keep track of everything I buy and I buy the lifetime warranty on a lot of things and they have just taken care of me and my family for decades now

Have been to this store numerous times (check engine light, rear wiper blade, to name a few. Great results). The other day I had my old parts and James was very helpful getting me set up. Very helpful in getting me correct items at a reasonable price.

Placed a buy online, pick up in store order at 12:40 p.m. You are supposed to get an email around an hour later when order is ready. 4 hours later, I hadn't heard anything. Contacted customer service chat, who contacted store to check on status. I was then told the associate was just scanning the items and then the order would be ready. I asked if I was simply forgotten. Attached is the response. She wasn't sure if they were short-handed or what. This is poor customer service. BTW, when I got to the store, it was disheveled, the associate seemed out-of-it, and couldn't make change for customer in front of me. They were out of quarters. That cries poor management. I will choose another company for any future needs.

Decent prices and helpful staff. Even loaned me tools to install the bulbs I bought. Quicker sticker tried to charge me $15 per (3rd brake light on an old escape, it takes 5), 2 for under $5....

I thought I was going insane when the first guy saw that everything was OK with the battery, starter, & alternator, but after the manager helped me make sure my hood didn t fly into my face, he found out that the battery wasn t conducting enough power (metal or steel wasn t producing the energy required), and my car starts fine now.

Good guys, reliable service and good selection on inventory. Whether it's your battery or a bushing, they have what you need. Just make sure they have some in stock or what time it will take to be ordered given the current circumstances.

I can usually figure out what I need when they help me pull the codes. Most customer service reps are fairly knowledgeable about car issues. The only complaint I have is the maintenance of some of their tool loaners, but I can't complain much about something they are letting me use for free.One example was their A/C manifold gauge set leaked when connected.

Smart managemnent they dont close untill 10 becauae time has nothing to do with the flu crisi. The more hours they open the less Clusters of people are together !!!. Good job guys and they are very friendly and wiling to help out. they look like they love their job.

Great customer service,my boyfriend and I went to get a part for his car we weren't sure what part was it we just knew that the third light of the car wasn't working and Jose (i think thats the name of the guy who helped us) went to where we parked the car to see what was the problem with it & even helped us to fixed Thank You Jose For the Help!!!!

I managed to make it to the front door with only a minute to spare before closing, however the employee closing up didn't mind helping me out by letting me grab what I needed while he did his closing duties and I already knew exactly what I needed and where it was. Much appreciated nameless car parts hero.
