This is a horrible company. They prey on college students. They charge the maximum the state allows to tow cars a couple of miles. They told my daughter that the Baptist Church she parked at during the late evening keeps their gate open so the towing company can make money. They towed 39 cars at over 300 a piece and weren't done. Dear Baptist Church.... That's not very Christian of you either!!!!

Tried to seek shelter from extremely bad hail at this place. Got yelled at & cursed at, the owner told me to move my car so he could move his truck.. annndd turns out he just moved his truck so no one could park there. Mind you the streets are flooded at this point and I have a small car. Mattress Mac would be disappointed in this dude to say the least. Will never be doing business here. Poor character.

HORRIBLE!!!!! I'm going to report these people to the IRS under the counter money that they force people to pay cash and don't give you your change. Tryed to pick up my vehicle that I had only left for 15 min is and had to pay 300 dollars to get it the same night then have to wait for someone to get it out. This is unethical for them to scam people and take advantage of them!!! I'm digging deep and reporting to everyone. I feel rally bad for the people who don't have the $ other towing company's rates are much better. Then when you can't pay to get it out it seems they have a dealership where they make money that way too. It seems that just because they have a tow truck they can pick choice cars to tow then sell when someone can't make payment.....scam!!!?

The Hyundai Azera I bought from him started having problems 24 hours after I bought it. Dan is a lying snake. Email me and I'll send you the correspondence proving this to be true. Wish I could give 0 stars.

This car lot sold me and my boy friend a 2016 ford focus on Nov 21 2018 the next week on Thursday Nov. 29 2019 the car started messing up. We told Fernando who is the person that sold us the car about it and he said that there is nothing he could do about it and for us to take it to the Ford shop. We told the to give us our money back or to give us other car but again they did nothing. We have been unable to go to work and it's going to ultimately cause us to lose our jobs. This is the worst car lot to do business with and I'll advise any and everybody to not buy cars from here.

Payment due on 6th of $150 repo on 7th never late always paid ahead accept that time said they wanted the 150 plus an extra payment of 150 and the towing cost. Put on sale on Tues. 3 days after they picked it up. It is a jeep look under floor mat it's rotting 3 of 4 windows don't roll down under carriage problems.... Take your money some where else! Fraud!!!! Please let and say you don't know who I am.

I was in dire need of a vehicle and my friend told me NOT to come to this place and that they were crooked. Said she put $800 down and drove the car for 4 days and it broke down. Company came to pick up the car to "FIX" it and she continued to make her car payments and she said they never gave her the car back and they stated that she need to give them more $ so that they could get the car back up and working....smh...bye Feliciaaaa..WHERE DO THEY DO THAT AT??? guess I'll be looking someone else to find me a reliable vehicle. They won't be figure booing me outta my hard earned coins......NEXXXTTTT!!!!!

The Man David Is Sweet...But This Is My First Time Financing A Vehicle I've Never Seen a Place Where No One Is Ever At The Office...Where They Don't Fix Your Cars When They Are Messed Up...I Had Problems With My Car When I Financed It And He Was Suppose To Order My Parts And Fix Them...I Have An Alignment Problem I Got It Diagnosed And It's the Front And Back Alignment That 400 Dollars...Why Finance If I Have To Fix My Own Vehicle When Things Are Wrong With It...No Offense But I Will Never Get A Car From Here Again And I Will Never Recommend It To Anyone

I bought my truck back in December, I paid a good bit down to make sure I was a few steps closer to owning it. Leslie has been sweet, patient and all around a great rep for MegaHertz. So far I'm a satisfed customer! Thanks y'all.

Bought a truck from these shady characters on Feb 13th, still don't have my title or plates and its March 29th. None of the principles of the company will talk to me, they choose to hide behind a 20 year old young lady who works in the office, because they're cowards. I was told yesterday by the young lady that it would be "several more weeks" before I get my title and plates. Looks like the next place I go is small claims court. Stay away from these idiots and the junk they're peddling.

Jason was great, very talkative, professional and quick. Basically, don't park illegally and get mad when it costs you 300$ because this company doesn't control that price. Thank the city!

Towed a friend of mines car and made it hell to get it back. They claim to open at ten but no one is there. Rude and no help whatsoever.

One of their drivers helped us rescue a kitten from the motor of a car. I dont know what its like doing their job but cant imagine a nicer person in the industry. Thank you megahertz. Wish i could remember his name to gove him credit.

The worst ever bought a 2014 Ford escape and it broke down 2 weeks after buying it...Don't ever buy a car from this horrible place

Do not come here for anything!! They are scammers. We exchanged our starter for one they said that is rebuilt. Installed it and did not work. Sold us a faulty product and won't give us our money back.
