Go elsewhere, car took hail damage, they painted nearly the entire body. Horrible color match, was greenish-grey, now bluish-grey. Hood was painted really well, other than that there is an uneven finish all over, big specs of dirt all over, horrible orange peel, lines under the paint from body work. Scratches, still waiting on trim, all lettering and emblems were reused and were falling off, they are getting new ones. Tail light leaking that was brand new, so was a headlight, probably from overtightening. They replaced a headlight that got fogged up, probably from buffing out overspray because it wasn't fogged up evenly only parts were hazy parts were clear. Scratches, dents, and pry marks on pieces that don't even come apart. Burned through the paint and reached plastic on the bumper. Had to argue with the owner, he said the scratches and pry marks were probably defects or just daily usage but the car was brand new didn't even have the plates yet, only had it like a month. Made me feel like I was being unreasonable but that's why I bought a new car... so I didn't have to deal with these small cosmetic defects.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Go elsewhere! Not sure how they got that rating! PEOPLE, GO ELSEWHERE! Overall pour customer service, delivery, and the quality of performance. Just went through a very unhappy performance.

My son's Camry had a loose front panel, and he was about to leave to drive to Georgia. I called Krause and spoke to someone very friendly on the phone who gave us a same day appointment. We drove over, they took a look, and fixed the problem in 20 minutes! This is the place we will come for any future body work on any of our vehicles.Service: Body & Trim

I dented my car back in September 2021. Trisha helped me to work out all of the details with my insurance company. My insurance company gave us a lot of problems and did not want to pay but Trisha hung in there until she got it all resolved. They are a popular body shop and I can see why. Although they were booked out quite a ways the wait was worth it because they did a good job on my car. Once I put my car in the shop they got it back to me within four days all painted with a replace back quarter panel. The car was tidy and vacuumed and I was very very satisfied. These are great people to work with and I will never go anywhere else in this area to get my body work done.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

As always, Krause Paint and Body came to my rescue! They were easy to schedule and got the work done in a day. Friday the back window in my Tahoe broke and the glass fell down inside the door. I went to Krause s Paint & Body to get an estimate for the repair of a scratch on my SUV. He looked at the scratch and then had it buffed out within 5 minutes. My car looks brand new! These people are AMAZING to say the least. The work done on the front of my 4Runner looks like i just drove it off the Toyota sales lot. If you want professional work done right then please use this company! The service is family style. Always greeting you with a smile and that nice southern hospitality. Krause paint and body are wonderful people to work with. Their staff is friendly and very reasonable. They don't overcharge and are frankly value for your money. I highly recommend them. Love their customer service, friendly demeanor and above all ability to fix any issue of car very effectively and efficiently.

I used this shop in January for repairs after a tree fell on my vehicle. To say I was devastated at the Damage caused would be an understatement. Krause's crew was professional from the very start and very patient but expeditious in dealing with us. They exceeded my expectations. I've dealt with autobody shops before and have always had to have them fix something that was supposed to be done. We did not have to do that and it looked the way it was prior to the tree. You can trust your vehicles with Krause's and you will never leave disappointed.

I am a young professional that just moved to College Station to work for the university. I had a minor inconvenience with my front bumper one evening. I called this place and Mr. Krause told me to come in the morning. I got there, Trisha and Bobby helped me out and got it fixed first thing in the morning. Not only were they professional, but kind, funny, and so very personable. I left with not just a personal go-to auto body shop, but restaurant recommendations too! They fixed my bumper & door handle for super cheap and even washed & vacuumed my car and buffed out my headlights for free. I would highly recommend Krause to anyone who needs body work done. Also the staff is super friendly!

We love the krauses. They are the best in town and by a long shot. Quality service, family friendly staff and above and beyond service. They found me used parts and painted them for a much cheaper price the estimate. They got the insurance to raise their original estimate by double. They saw I had a battery light on and read the numbers to Napa finding out I had a free warranty then took the time right there to install it free of charge. The owner Mr Krause sacrificed many sticky notes teaching my kids to write and draw and letting me handle my crying wet diapered newborn in his back office. We will be back soon for our other vehicle to get a new bumper and wouldn t go anywhere else! Thanks so much to the whole staff!

Had hail damaged repaired on my truck. Mr. Krause and his team did a great job. Just did not like how dirty they left inside of my truck. Other than that I do highly recommend them.04/11/2018 updateMr. Krause called me a few days ago and apologized for not cleaning the inside of my truck. He asked me to bring my truck back in so they could complete the interior of my truck. Not only did they clean the inside but detailed the entire truck. How many companies do you know that would even think about doing something like that at their expense? I can't.I was simply happy that they did a great job on fixing the truck. Looks new! This goes four steps beyond that in my opinio. I am very big on directing my friends or anyone who ask me to good businesses that do good work and are honest people. Krause Paint and Body will more than meet your expectations.If you want first class service by people who work hard then you MUST take your vehicle for auto body repair to Krause paint and body. I am not being bias. I never knew them, nor had ever done business with the shop before this repair. If I ever need body work on any vehicle I own, they will be my first and ONLY stop. Two enthusiastic thumps up!!

Mr. Krause was considerate and efficient. I went in to get my bumper repaired. He gave me a reasonable estimate and explained how they would fix my car. I dropped the car off the next morning, and the job was complete in the afternoon. I'm a college student who doesn't know anything about cars, so other body and paint shops around Cstat and Bryan have tried to take advantage of me in the past. I paid less than 1/5 of what other places have quoted me in the past (for the same bumper problem). If I ever have car troubles again, I would definitely come back.

Krause fixed our dented fender just around closing time in under 5 mins. Really nice of him to suggest the minimum work that was needed for our old car and take care of it immediately. Did not charge us anything for it.

Fantastic, quick service. Had a scratch/dent on the front bumper of my car. Have an expensive car and I wanted to make sure that you couldn't see it afterwards. They did a wonderful job matching the paint colors and removing the dents. I can't even tell that anything was there. Would definitely recommend to anyone considering where to go for paint/body work for their car, especially if you care how it looks afterwards.

Nothing but positive things to say about Mr. Krause and the job he and his team did on my car! My car had dents on the passenger side from someone colliding into me while they were trying to switch lanes and the driver's side of the bumper was coming off. I took my car to Mr. Krause to get the passenger side of the car fixed, but when I returned to pick it up, he had fixed both the passenger side of the car and the bumper. When I got my car back, it was washed, cleaned, and detailed and on top of that, Mr. Krause got my car back to me three days earlier than we originally discussed. I would definitely recommend Mr. Krause's Paint and Body!
