My car has been repaired at Precision twice now and they always do an amazing job! The staff is friendly and notified me with status updates on a consistent basis. There were complications with shipping a tire and working with the dealership, but Ethan made sure to keep me updated every step of the way! He also stayed late on a Friday to ensure my car arrived for repairs before closing for the day. Overall, Precision Hail & Collision goes above and beyond with their customer service and they did a fantastic job repairing my front bumper and grills, one of my car doors, a tire, and more! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs in the Bryan/College Station area.

One of the best body shop repair experience I ever had. I was passing through the area and was in an accident. The folks at Precision helped me and went above and beyond to get my car fixed up properly. They worked with me through complications with my rental car and gave me updates through the repair process. All in all, I would recommend this shop in an instant.

Unfortunately, I was hit by a drunk driver earlier this month and our truck ended up getting totaled. It was sad news for us, but Ko and Raelynn at the front desk were incredible in helping us navigate the process with insurance and the rental car. They helped us with every step and made us feel more comfortable going through the process. Hopefully I won t ever need a collision center in the future, but if I do, I will absolutely go back to Precision Hail & Collision. Excellent customer service!!!

I can t say enough good things about this place! I am SO glad I found them! My car was significantly damaged from a bad hail storm and it was a nightmare trying to find a local car shop to get it fixed. I was being told wait times of up to 3-6 months. I stumbled across Precision Hail and Collision in Bryan and had my car in there ASAP. Hannah did a fantastic job updating me almost every day the status. She also worked very closely with insurance so I didn t have to. The work they did on my car is fantastic and it was completed in 10 days. Seriously, if you are unfortunate enough to have hail damage to your car TAKE IT HERE!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

When I went to go pick up my car from these guys.... no lie or over exaggeration.... it was like it never even had hail damage. In fact... my car looks better now than the day I got it!! I was completely overwhelmed with excitement. I had just gotten my car last September and after some hail hit it my insurance wanted to declare my car a "total loss". Precision Hail & Collision fought tooth and nail with the insurance company and in the end decided to just stick their neck out for me and got my car fixed anyway. They do this work the right way 100% and I have absolutely zero complaints. These people are down to Earth and will work with you no matter what the situation is to get your vehicle fixed. I will forever bring my vehicles to these guys for body repairs. They got my car back on the road and turning heads. And for that... I am so very grateful.Service: Body & Trim

Y'all believe me when I say HANNAH IS THE FREAKING BEST!!!! I have never had such a positive experience with any kind of car shop as I have while working with Hannah at Precision. She has handled everything from dealing with my insurance company to scheduling a rental car for me to meeting me at the rental car place to pick up my car. I cannot sing her praises enough! She made what would have surely been a giant headache a very painless process. The crew at Precision fixed hail damage on my car and my husband's car and they both look brand new! Hannah communicated with us throughout the process to let us know what was happening with each vehicle and their turn around time was very quick! HIGHLY RECOMMENDService: Body & Trim

Amazing group took all the worries and concerns I had regarding the recent hail we had in April. They came out to my home to give me the first estimate letting me know all of my options. All I had to do is make a one phone call they took care of everything for me. Including bringing the loaner to me and pick my truck up. Truck looks like new again I am very thankful I found them. The whole staff is friendly and amazing especially Hannah she answered everything for me. I highly recommend there services for any auto needs. Amazing company !!Bruce

These guys fixed the hail damage to our 2016 Ford F-350 Super Duty. Dent repair is great. You wouldn t even know that the truck had hail damage. Engine hood had to be replaced. Paint matches perfectly. Even went out of their way to have the bed cover replaced thru another company. Very very helpful. Quick in and out. Precision is the best! Hannah and Trey are amazing, you won t find another Hail Repair / Body Shop that will take your needs into account like they do. My vehicle had over 250 dents, but they were still able to turn it around in less than 24 hours! They got it looking perfect again! Any other place would have weeks and weeks of wait time. You can see and feel the passion Trey has for his work and the pride Hannah takes in her customer service. Truly a great team, I d recommend them to anyone who needs work done!
