Warning to the public. DO NOT GET YOUR OIL CHANGE HERE.I got an oil change at jiffy lube January 30th 2024. located at 3000 Towne center drive byan Texas. My milage was 171, 726 right now my milage is 175,270 i got 3,544 miles on a 5,000 mile interval. Today My motor oil was empty. EMPTY. which means jiffy lube did NOT fill my motor oil properly. I had to do an emergency oil change my self as I trust no one anymore. Shame on you. I have receipt. Photos, if my engine starts acting up. You are to blame. What ever happened to good moral, ethical, service, Shame on you jiffy lube. And even more shame too you if you don't correct your unethical obligation to the public. What you did is theft of services.

Bradley B. and the rest of the crew at Jiffy Lube provided excellent service. We were having my son s oil changed and his vehicle inspected and they were quick, courteous, and professional. I would recommend this Jiffy Lube to other people needing an oil change or inspection.

The technician showed me two different filters,Cabin filter and the air filter and how dirty they were. I did not have the money to replace them, so I didn't. When I got home my son checked them both. They did not even pull out the cabin filter as it had never been opened. And was not what they showed me. Same with the air filter. Mine is not that dirty as the one they showed me. I am an 82 year old grandmother and feel I was taken advantage of.

denied anything happened to truck when truck slide off lift.I was there for a tire rotation. I watched my truck slide off lift. Javier was very unprofessional. He did not want to resolve issue that they caused. He was so sure that his employees did not cause break in fuel cover. Do not come here with a 2500 truck when its wet. He will blame it on the rain then will find what he can to show they did not do it.Thankfully it only rubbed my exhaust. Damamed fuel cover. down 130 bucks now from a 27 dollar tire rotation

So thankful for this jiffy lube!!!! The guys there were very kind and very helpful.I dropped my car off, not really sure what was wrong with it but pretty sure it was brakes. They kept it and looked it over and within 12 hours had the diagnosis and car fixed (brakes/rotors); the price was super reasonable and the speed with which they had my car ready was fantastic. Definitely will be going back to this shop if I need something for my car! Thank y all!Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes

Worst experience to date. We took our car in around 9:30 a.m. for a fix that was according to the shop was going to take 30 minutes. We were told it is FCFS which is why we dropped it off early as they also stated the mechanic would not be in until 11. There was minimal communication to us about the work being done we had to call multiple times throughout the afternoon to get an update. We finally went in person around 5 in the afternoon and the car hadn t even been worked on. We went on their word that they would get it done priority FCFS to come back at the end of the day and the car to be just as we left it unworked on. It was a wasted day not being able to plan anything waiting for the call the service was done. This is not how you treat customers or run a business. Be more upfront with your customers if the job cannot be done. It would ve saved us an entire day. Shop around there are better more deserving businesses out there that will treat the customer with decency and respect.

I have been here over an hour, there are two cars in the bay. 3 techs. Appears one of the cars is the employees or a shop friend. Let s put us in front of the customer, great business model.Company vehicle, lease plan instantly approved. My car was here before the other. Don t know why it s taking an hour to do a 10 minute oil change with 2 cars in the bay and three techs.I hear yelling and shouting so either 1. There s an error they re attending to and not updating the customer or 2 they re just very very slow. Possibly both, just glad this is a fleet vehicle and not my personal.Would love to enjoy some coffee but their machine is broken.Would love to go about my day, but no I m at the mercy of incompetency either in customer service or workmanship; potentially both.As I was finalizing this review tech advised they had to remove a skid plate to access the oil nut. Last time I checked a skid plate may have 10 screws, with a drill this should take 7 minutes max to R&R. Now I will have to check the skid plate to ensure no damage and proper re-installation was completed. Techs are young and I understand they need to learn, but let s not do that on fleet vehicles ..Tech did apologize for delay, let s keep the customer updated throughout the process next time.

Never again! Never ever again! I've been a very long time customer since 1997, have taken my vehicle to jiffy lube religiously. I came to this jiffy lube last night and was denied service @6:47pm even tho the "BUSINESS"hours are closes at 7pm. The excuse was we aren't taking customers as of 6:45 so we can clean. I said I workass hours, this is the only time I can get in, my vehicle needs an oil change can you please help me. The young man said hold on let me go ask the manager. So when he went toj, I got off and went in low and behold the front door isn't locked maybe because you don't close until 7pm. I walked in the so called manager Kathelene was laughing and I over heard her saying we ain't gonna svc him, I said hello and explained my situation and she denied me svc. ... I went to TAKE 5 OIL CHANGE and got service there. 175$ on a company I'm not familiar with, a company that uses different oil. But my vehicle needed it. Ya know Take 5 is not bad at all. Good quick service, I had to buy a new cabin filter which escalated the price but other than that, better faster and more friendly and they had no problem with me showing up 29 minutes before they close. Satisfied and I have now become a new customer to take5. .......because your employees are riding the clock and are lazy and denied service you lost a long time customer since 1997 jiffy. I suggest if your going to stop taking customers 15 minutes before the close of "BUISINESS" hours then change your hours. I wouldn't let employees like that ride my clock and steal money from me. Close your shop at 630.

The team at this location did a great job. I had a check engine light they diagnosed in under a minute for me for free. They truly care about doing a great job. They also check their work after it s done with all customers verifying the oil level. I noticed they take time with each customer if they need other issues with their vehicle addressed but they don t pressure any up sales, just suggesting and leaving it up the customer to decide. The lobby has coffee, very clean bathrooms and a waiting area to relax.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Came for a yearly vehicle inspection. No customers, no vehicles in the bays. Was told they'd have to check to see if they could "fit me in" with the inspector. What?! There's literally no one but me and the employees here!After a very "take your sweet time" kind of inspection, I paid and told them I would be right back with another to get it inspected. Employee informed me that they were too busy for any more inspections today. Mind you, there are still no other customers here and at the very least 3 employees just sitting around chilling. I get that the business doesn't make any money on these $7 inspections, but just don't offer it as a service if your employees aren't willing to do the job.I'd hate to see what it looks like when actual work needs to be done. Definitely won't be returning here.

So My technician Javier told me that the only oil that can be used on my 2019 Camry 2.5L 4 cylinder engine is SAE 0W-16. If not using that oil then it would damage the engine.After reading my owners manual that is a lie.0W- 16 is recommended for colder climates, not Texas weather!So I was charged 126.99 and given and 18.00 rebate for AAA or vetran I have forgotten which on one. Total out the door $115.75 RIPOFF

Best experience by far at any Jiffy Lube. Fletcher and Katelene were very professional and courteous. Went in to get an inspection done and they went above and beyond my expectations. Super fast and friendly and listened to my concerns! definitely recommend this place for all of your auto services!

Was not called at the conclusion of service despite requesting it, car was returned dirtier than when I brought it in with greasy handprints on my wheels for some reason?Complete with my cabin air filter cover found on the floorboard after just not being put back on and an oil covered rag preventing my hood from closing that I only found at a gas station when I noticed MY HOOD WAS STILL UNLATCHED!Glad I went cheap, that is not the quality for even a $65 service. I ve been coming here for a while so I know they re capable of much, much better.

Seemed the Jiffy Lube was run by college students who are very casual and lack a sense of professionalism. Not my style. Although, I can sense they are technically trained, this place seemed very disorganized compared to other oil change places. Multiple essential parts were out of stock, and communication was not prioritized. I would not recommend this location

Visit #1. This business start doing vehicle inspections after 11:00am, it was 10:00am. So, I had to come back, later.Visit #2. The printer was not working. So, I had to come back later.Visit #3. They did the vehicle inspection in 10 min. Finally they did their job.Holding some business with discount tire across the street it allows me to visit them several times otherwise I would go with somebody else.

Very friendly and they did an awesome job with my car that needed an alignment done. The tech guy even waited for my car to finish getting tires balanced and rotated even after his shift ended.

Took a while even though it wasn t busy. Other than that the experience is as you would expect oil has gotten expensive but that s not jiffy Lubes fault. If the wait times were closer to 20 or 30 minutes it would be a higher review. When there is 3 people working on one car with only 2 cars getting an oil change it shouldn t take 45 minutes to an hour but it did.

I presented for a routine oil change, and departed within 30 minutes...oil change without pushing other sales.To my pleasant surprise my car was vacuumed out when I got in to leave.THANK YOU JIFFY LUBE!!

Most AWESOME service ever!! Polite, and quick when I had a tire with nail on a Sunday. Appreciate the fact that the young men there even opened the door for me to walk out .Switching all my business over to here

Bad experience. Misdiagnosis. Huge waste of time. Ruined one of my $400 tires because of bad alignment. Went in to get them to fix it and they just kept pushing me off. Mechanic/manager was on site in basketball shorts and tank top but wouldn't come talk to me about his screw up. Christian Brothers saved the day.

I can only speak for the oil change.. But it was fast friendly service.. They have a few new guys it seems like, so feel free to keep an eye on things.. But dont let that stop ya.. We have all had to learn a trade somewhere right.. I will be back for sure..

The guys here were friendly and super helpful. I liked that they even showed me the dipstick after my oil change and suggested my air filter after showing me what it looked like.
