Took my car to J&S back in 2015, parts to my car were lost that I replaced out of pocket. Pushed the deadline several times. When I picked up the car it had a few runs in the paint, within a couple weeks the paint started to delaminate. Here it is in 2024 the car has complete pain failure.

Hit a deer and had some other things that needed repaired. Joseph took great care of us and once again we were very pleased with everything. Vehicle looks great again. We are never happy about needing repairs but J&S always does a fantastic job

I have used them on a couple of occasions. Once with a car from a northern state that had some light rust on the hood, of all places. They were able to perfectly match the paint and even after a couple of years the rust hadn't returned. Also used them for a collision/insurance job on a car only a couple years old. Turned out great and never had that sinking feeling whenever you get a new car back and you know the paint job isn't exactly right. Keep up the good work!

J & S is not a trustworthy business. Instead of replacing the damaged unibody of my car they instead cut it into little pieces to pull the metal in the back forward and then saudered them back together jeopardizing the strength of my car and the safety of my family. By doing this they didn't even see that the back layer of metal was also damaged and it was not touched at all. They also took a fender from a completely different vehicle and simply covered a light hole in it with acrylic, made it "fit" and then painted it. Well, nothing really fit right because instead of fixing the remainder of the unibody they poured a layer of acrylic so thick over it that the complete alignment of the body on that side of the car was off (and still is to this day). They didn't even replace the door with a new door, but a used door of another vehicle with a worn out hinge, worse than the already existing door on the car. This is the only door in my car that collects water inside when it rains and has since shown corrosion 4 years later. What's worse is they recieved a check from my insurance to replace the door and fender with with new, original parts. I took my car here because the tow truck driver reccomended them saying Sam is a friend of his and does good work, even offering to take my car straight to their shop. That should have been a red flag, but I had never been in major acccident until then and didn't know better (knock on wood). I was told by a police officer later that the tow truck driver might have even recieved commission from the body shop. Also like other reviewers have mentioned, they repromised me at least twice the date of completion, taking twice as long as they said they would. They seem so nice and trustworthy at first but were only a pain to work with in the end.

J & S is a great place to take your vehicle. They are super nice, incredibly friendly and extremely helpful; from fixing the vehicle to handling the insurance claims. They really helped me out with the insurance aspect and kept my costs low so my much older vehicle didn't get totaled out, instead it got fixed. Great place, great people, willing to help you out, will definitely recommend!

I have been taking my vehicles to J & S since 99/2000, and i receive excellent service every time i go. Jackie & Sam are great & very knowledgeable. My vehicle has always been ready on the very day they promised it would be. They always go that extra mile if they find something else that needs attention. Their quotes & estimates has always lined up with the insurance company's info. I will always recommend this business to family & friends. They also have good ppl working for them that know what they're doing.

This is a GREAT place to go! Sam is one of the nicest guys I've ever met! I needed a new door put on my truck and he got it done in one day,painted and everything! I couldn't thank him enough! Definitely recommend taking your vehicle here.

Great job repainting the hood of a GM car - done in time, as promised. Great quality, great price. They even went beyond the call of duty, and they fixed some spot where the paint was peeling.

Since I know very little about cars, I'm always a little nervous taking my vehicle in for maintenance or repair. I worry that I may be talked into paying for work that doesn't need to be done. So when a part of my car (underneath, in front of the left wheel) got damaged and started to fall off, I asked some coworkers to recommend a good body shop. I'm very glad they told me about J&S Paint and Body. When I called to set up the appointment, the mechanic was courteous and professional. Although I probably gave a poor description of the problem, he was able to figure it out over phone. I brought my vehicle in and was seen right away. Turns out all it needed was to be screwed into place. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes, at no charge. From now on, I will be using J&S Paint and Body anytime I have work that needs to be done on my car.

The receptionist is very unprofessional! Our truck was towed there by a property owner. I called to get pricing for picking the vehicle up, and when I expressed how expensive they were she went on to tell me everything the property owner had told her as if it was her business. She wouldn t even tell me what documents to bring without calling me racial slurs and continuing to hang up in my face. I work in personnel and couldn t imagine behaving in this way, even if I was dealing with an irate customer. She was unprofessional, childish, and racist. I wouldn t recommend this company solely based on my encounter with the secretary.

Great ppl. They know and understand ppls situation and give you the best option. It's a business but they take care of their customers and community especially if you have to pay out-of-pocket. Trust them to get the job done. Thank you so much. She looks brand new.

Will never go or tell anyone to go to this place ever. Was told my truck tailgate would be done monday. Then I was told tuesday. Here it is thursday and it wont be done till tuesday. Horrible customer service. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
