My husband and I came with a hole in our tire. They quickly patched it and put it back on within 5-10 minutes! Great customer service and price. If we weren t from out of town this would be our go to spot. Not sure names but we visited on 12/16/23 at 3pm.

From out of down and not knowing anyone. I was DoorDashing my way home and had a flat and a flat donut. Very low on cash, they still offered the Bryan hospitality and helped a gal out! I appreciate yalll! Great customer service.

I visited House of Tires prior to my road trip to Montana, seeking a quick tire of four off-road tires to the original four factory radial tires which I kept for just this reason. Initially, I was impressed with their swift and efficient service, as well as the responsive and enthusiastic staff who catered to my expectations. However, my experience took a negative turn soon after I hit the road.Approximately 30 miles into my journey, I noticed faulty PSI sensor readings on my dashboard. Hoping it would self-correct, I gave it a day, but the problem persisted. Out of concern, I sought help at Power Ford in Albuquerque, where the professionals discovered that the sensor was missing entirely. They kindly offered to replace it for just $50, but due to my imminent return to Bryan, I decided to wait.To my dismay, the following morning I woke up to a flat tire while camping 35 miles away from the nearest town. This necessitated the use of my spare tire. I then stopped at a tire center to get the tire patched, only to find out that the tire sensor was missing from this tire as well. Shockingly, I learned that all four tire sensors were gone, and the cost to install new ones would be $250.Considering the circumstances, I reached out to House of Tires, hoping to resolve this issue in a fair manner. However, to my disappointment, my attempts to communicate with the owner went unanswered. On another occasion, when I visited their store in Bryan and requested to speak with the owner, they merely inquired about the details of my concerns without providing any assistance. Regrettably, I never received the promised return phone call.I am extremely dissatisfied and frustrated with the lack of customer service and resolution provided by House of Tires. Their disregard for my predicament, coupled with the substantial inconvenience and additional expenses I incurred, compelled me to drastically lower my previous five-star rating to just one star.I strongly caution potential customers to reconsider choosing House of Tires for their automotive needs. Their negligence and unresponsiveness towards addressing customer concerns is unacceptable.

This is what happens when you take your truck to this tire shop. Then they refuse to pay for damages. Fortunately a sheriff witnessed the unscrewed tire as it fell off mid turn on highway 21. I am reporting them to the attorney General office. All others who have had this happen to. Please do the same. I will not stand by and allow this to happen again to someone else.

These guys are great! came in with tires I ordered online and they mounted and balanced them for me in under 20 minutes. Also extremely affordable! They are definitely my tire shop of choice in BCS. 10 out of 10!

I went to house of tires to get my tire patch and they were very professional and also the gentleman who serviced my tire was very polite and even open the door as I was leaving they me feel valued as a customer. I will be returning there and also telling my friends and family to go to house of tires.

They made sure my tire needs were met. They ordered one set, but only 2 came in with a back order on the other two. The guys had already put the first two on. They decided to order me a different set to make sure that I had a matching set because they were not sure if the other two would come. They left the other tires on until the new tires came in. It only took a day. I was happy with the customer service I received.

I had a blowout and had $2 to my name and all of a sudden an angel appeared his name was REDBIRD. He fixed my tire and we were on our way Thank you young man I will forever remember you.

This place is the best! My boyfriend and I got stranded down the street from House of Tires and the owner took it upon himself to drive his own car to our location and personally changed our tire. Took no more than 20 minutes total! Great service, great prices and quick!!! Definitely recommend!!!!

Do not go to this tire shop. They use the wrong tools to take lug nuts off and broke my lug nut and told me it was not their fault and I needed to go someone else. They charged me full price for a used tire and refused to discount the tire for a mount and balance. The owner is very rude and lied saying they did not break the lug nut. I was sent down to another shop where they were able to take it off and proceeded to tell me I was not the first person to be sent down from that shop with broken lug nuts. We are filing a lawsuit with this company. Again I do not recommend this tire shop.

Do not go to this shop!Went to get my tires balance and rotate because I bought my tires from this shop. After they were done I only madeit to hwy 21 when my tire fell off I'm the middle of the hwy 21.I immediately call the house of tire shop and told them what happen. They still wanted me to drive back to the shop when I told them my truck was not dribble. They told me that they were going to fix my truck but the mechanic was not available til later. I decided to use my insurance and chose where to fix my truck. After a month, had a estimate of the damages to my truck. I went and talked to Mrs Kim I only them to pay my deductible after all it was their fault! She was very rude and un professional. And told me they were not going to pay anything. By this time I had to return my rental car. And I had to pay out of my pocket for more time on my rental. Later that day the owner called me telling me he didn't know about the accident. And only called because we posted the pics of my damage truck. Over all this was a very estressing situation and me n my family went through because the job was not done right the first time. I don't recommend this shop for any tire services

Take your business elsewhere. The owner is holding hostage the airplane of a man that landed on his property after losing his engine in flight. He has had the aircraft for 9 weeks as he fights the insurance company for $250k citing emotional distress to his cattle. This is not what we do as Texans. Bobby you should be ashamed. You obviously have not learned from your grandfather. My grandad always told me, "Leave it better than you found it,"

Great local place I go to first for all my tire service and used tires! David the tire technician always has been helpful every time and hard working. The owners have been very helpful and friendly as well. Definitely feel good supporting local business here everytime I leave

Bobby and his staff always do a great job. No, this isn't discount tire, ntw or any of those other chains that make you sit around all day for a tire. But, if you want a fair price and good service, this is the place.

I had two tires with slow leaks but no visible damage. They found the leaks and repaired them, double checking to make sure the tires no longer leaked. Excellent service, very little wait time and a reasonable price!

They patched my tire and got me back on the road in no time. They checked and aired all of my tires and took the time to put my spare back under my 4Runner, which is really a big pain. They didn't even charge extra! I love these guys. Any time I need any tire related services, this is my stop, has been for years. The owners are friendly and so is the staff. I've never had a bad experience here.

If your are after aesthetically pleasing chain stores then this place is not for you. The old saying "don't judge a book by it's cover." sets well with this place. I had been trying to find tires that were specific to the vehicle my daughter drives. After calling around..Walmart, discount tires..they gave me the same answer, "Sorry we can't help you." or tried to sell me tires that didn't match what was needed.The House of tires was different. Not only did they give me great customer service they also directed us to financial help to pay for the tire. Since my daughter needed to build up her credit and was on limited monthly budget she not only would be able to establish credit, House of Tires went out of their way to order and get her tires in the next day.The people of House of Tires are what i call family. They communicate with each other to get the best service done for your vehicle. Beauty on the inside of one's business is not done in fanciful set ups but on how well you treat those coming into your business. . Thank you for helping my daughter not only get the tires she needed but also with helping manage her financial well being.

This place is amazing!! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!! Super nice, super fast, and great work!!! Best prices for used tires and price included installing and balancing! Jose was amazing!!!! Will definitely go back for any other tire needs while in the B/CS area. Highly recommend!!!!!!

Working on construction sites as I do I get nails in my tires constantly. Was driving by on rainy morning one day and stopped in to have them look at my tires. Well, after all was said and done he wound up pulling 5 nails and screws from 3 tires and patched them all in less than 45 minutes and under 50 bucks. Great service at a great price.

These guys did all four of tires for $150 less than other tire places in town. And they did it in less than an hour! They have speedy service and a great warranty. We had a flat tire and with their warranty they offer free repairs when you purchase all 4 tires with them. AMAZING SERVICE!

they broke stuff on my friends car and told her to go somewhere else to get it fixed. they not only still charged her but over charged her. then when she confronted them about breaking parts the manager got in her face and they all threatened her

Do not, do not go to this tire shop bought three used tires and the two gentlemen that were doing the tires didn't even make sure my lug nuts were tightened I got in a wreck and called to talk to the manager and still have not received the call

Had a great experience with these guys, D helped me out filling up my tires free of charge when I was in a pickle, all the Air stations were broken and he helped me out. 10/10 for service thanks
